本发明涉及过胶机, 具体是指一种过胶机的加热装置。
背景技术
过胶机又称塑封机,是采用滚动加热方式产生高温对热熔性胶膜 片和包括文件、照片、图纸的过胶扁平物件进行定型处理的专用设备。 现有的过胶机都是采用两辊式辊压机构,在两辊式辊压机构的外围设 置有铝合金板, 在铝合金板上设置有加热元件, 加热元件将热量传递 给铝合金板, 热量通过铝合金板对辊压机构中的过胶辊进行加热, 所 述的加热元件有发热丝、 云母片等, 一般都需要使用温控开关或热敏 电阻进行温度控制。上述的加热方案使整机的结构复杂。需要铝合金 板和温控开关或热敏电阻, 造成成本高。加热元件通过铝合金板对辊 压机构中的过胶辊进行加热的方式, 其热传递的效率过低。
现有技术中还公开了一种过胶机及其内发热装置,它包括两个压 合配合的过胶辊, 过胶辊为管状, 过胶辊的中心是一个空腔, 过胶辊 的空腔内装设有内发热元件,过胶辊的空腔内还填充满具有导热功能 的填充物。上述方案增加了过胶辊的重量, 使过胶辊的滚动的灵敏度 降低, 同时增加了能源的损耗。上述方案还需要温控开关或热敏电阻 控制温度, 增加成本。
发明内容
本发明需解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、热能利用率高、成本 低的过胶机的加热装置。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明设计出一种过胶机的加热装置, 包括 支架、 上过胶辊、 下过胶辊和马达, 上过胶辊、 下过胶辊分别安装在 支架上, 马达与上过胶辊或下过胶辊连接, 驱动上过胶辊或下过胶辊 转动, 所述的上过胶辊、下过胶辊分别由内圈的金属管和外圈的硅胶 套管组成,所述的上过胶辊和下过胶辊的金属管内部设置有贯穿其中 的加热元件, 加热元件与金属管内壁留有间隙, 所述的加热元件包括 有 PTC元件和套压在 PTC元件上下的金属套管。
更优地, 所述的加热元件的两端安装在支撑块上。
更优地, 所述的 PTC元件为长条状的结构。
更优地, 所述的金属管为铝合金管或其它金属管。
本发明过胶机的加热装置不使用铝合金板和温控开关或热敏电 阻, 使得整机的结构简单, 成本降低。 本发明通过贯穿过胶辊的金属 管内部的 PTC 加热元件, 有效地使得过胶辊上的硅胶套管很快的加 热, 并能够使温度稳定在一定范围内, 提高了热能的利用率, 从而提 高的工作效率和实现了更好的工作效果。 同时, 本发明过胶机的加热 装置使用了 PTC元件, 利用 PTC元件的良好性能, 实现了加热的智能 控制。本发明不需温控开关或热敏电阻进行控制温度, 从而降低了成 本。 本发明还具有节能和环保的有益效果。 附图说明:

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面将结合具体实施例及附图 对本发明的结构原理作进一步的详细描述。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 一种包括支架 9、 上过胶辊 2、 下过胶 辊 3和马达 1, 上过胶辊 2、 下过胶辊 3分别安装在支架 9上, 马达 1的马达轴上连接有齿轮 12, 在上过胶辊 2的一端安装有齿轮 11, 所述的齿轮 12与齿轮 11齿合, 驱动上过胶辊 2转动, 所述的上过胶 辊 2、 下过胶辊 3分别由内圈的金属管 5和外圈的硅胶套管 6组成, 所述的上过胶辊 2和下过胶辊 3的金属管 5内部设置有贯穿其中的加 热元件 4, 加热元件与金属管 5内壁留有间隙, 所述的加热元件包括 有 PTC元件 7和套压在 PTC元件上下的金属套管 8。 所述的加热元件 4的两端安装在支撑块 10上。
为了达到更好的效果,可以在下过胶辊的金属管内部设置有贯穿 其中的加热元件, 加热元件与金属管内壁留有间隙, 所述的 PTC元件 包括有若干串接在一起的 PTC材料和设备在 PTC材料上下的金属层或 金属带。
本发明将所述的 PTC元件 7做成长条状的结构。 本发明所述的金属管 5为铝合金管。 也可以是其它金属管。
在本实施例中上过胶辊 2和马达 1的连接,以及加热元件 4的安 装方式可以是多样的。 马达 1也可以与下过胶辊 3连接。 上过胶辊 2 和下过胶辊 3之间通过齿轮传动。

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的过胶机的加热装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的的加热元件的两端安装在支撑块 (10)。
