Description

可换电源灯管 技术领域
本发明涉及灯管,更具体地说,涉及一种可换电源灯管。
背景技术
目前常规LED日光灯管大部分AC/DC电源模块为灯管内置结构,由于内部电源放置的空间紧凑,布线难度高,不便于用户日后的维护,必须由厂家处理,技术人员安装。由此,使得用户维护成本高,时效性较差。因此,需要开发一种方便拆卸、方便维护和方便升级的日光灯管。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的LED日光灯管维护成本高,时效性较差等缺陷,提供一种可换电源灯管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种可换电源灯管,其包括壳体,在所述壳体上设置有电源安装槽,在所述电源安装槽内插装有电源模块,在所述电源模块的一侧设置有电源输入插件,在所述电源模块的另一侧设置有直流电源输出插件。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,在所述电源安装槽的内壁上设置有与所述电源输入插件相匹配的电源输入接插件和与所述直流电源输出插件相匹配的直流电源输出接插件;所述电源模块通过电源输入插件和电源输入接插件相接插,及直流电源输出插件和直流电源输出接插件相接插,以插装在所述电源安装槽内。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,在所述壳体的两侧分别设置有针脚组件;所述针脚组件包括两个针脚。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,在所述壳体内设置有LED灯条。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,所述电源模块包括顺次电连接的EMC滤波器、输入整流电路、输入滤波电路、变压器、输出整流电路和输出滤波电路。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,还包括设置在所述壳体内的与所述电源模块电连接的控制模块。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,所述控制模块包括顺次电连接的基准电压比较器、PWM控制器和开关电路,其中,所述基准电压比较器与所述输出滤波器电连接,所述开关电路与所述变压器电连接。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,所述壳体由金属外壳和灯罩拼装而成。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,所述壳体有两个端盖及位于所述两个端盖之间的塑胶外壳、金属外壳和灯罩拼装而成。
在本发明所述的可换电源灯管中,所述灯罩是高透光率非透明灯罩或透明灯罩。
实施本发明的可换电源灯管,具有以下有益效果:通过将电源模块设置在灯管外部,使得电源模块可以从灯管外直接取下和安装,以方便用户后期维护。同时还便于灯管的升级,即随着产品功能的不断升级,用户可以在原灯管的基础上,只需更换电源模块就可以实现功能方面的改进。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,在本发明可换电源灯管的第一实施例中,其主要承载部件为壳体,该壳体由金属外壳2和透明灯罩1拼装而成,在具体设计时,金属外壳2主要是由铝合金材料制成,透明灯罩1由PC(聚碳酸酯)材料制成,其具体可以是透明罩,在该透明罩上可添加条纹等装饰件。在实际使用中,在透明灯罩1内设置有LED灯条(图中未示出),且该LED灯条安装在金属外壳2上。
本发明的创新点在于,将电源模块3可拆卸地设置在壳体的外部,如图1所示的实施例中,在金属外壳2上设置有电源安装槽7,电源模块3可拆卸地插装在电源安装槽7内,在电源模块3的左右两侧分别设置有电源输入插件31和直流电源输出插件32,该电源输入插件31作为与外部供电电源连接,进行供电的接口,而直流电源输出插件32作为该电源模块3将输入的供电电源进行变换后输出的直流电源的接口,为该灯管进行供电。在本发明中,可适用的外部供电电源为85V~270V之间。由此,电源模块3可以从灯管外直接取下和安装,以方便用户后期维护。同时还便于灯管的升级,即随着产品功能的不断升级,用户可以在原灯管的基础上,只需更换电源模块就可以实现功能方面的改进。在具体设计时,该电源输入插件31可以是交流电源输入插件或者是直流电源输入插件。
为了便于电源模块3可正确无误地插装到电源安装槽7内,如图1所示,在电源安装槽7的内壁上设置有与电源输入插件31相匹配的电源输入接插件34,及与直流电源输出插件32相匹配的直流电源输出接插件33,从而在安装电源模块3时,仅当电源输入插件31与电源输入接插件34对接及直流电源输出插件32与直流电源输出接插件33对接后,才能将电源模块7正确地插装在电源安装槽7内。由此可根据不同电参数规格的灯管,配有不同的接插件防止用户误用,更换电源的操作,用户能轻松完成。其中,对于不同长度及规格的灯管,不同的灯管之间可以具有相同的电源输入插件31和电源输入接插件34,而不同的灯管之间的直流电源输出插件32和直流电源输出接插件33则不同。
为了便于将整个日光灯管的固定,在壳体的两侧分别设置有针脚组件。每个针脚组件包括两个针脚4,其中,一个针脚设置在金属外壳2上,另一个针脚设置在透明灯罩1上。
如图2所示,在本发明可换电源灯管的第二实施例中,该壳体由左右两侧的两个端盖8及位于两个端盖8之间的塑胶外壳21、金属外壳22和灯罩1拼装而成,其中,塑胶外壳21位于金属外壳22的顶部,灯罩1位于金属外壳22的底部。在具体设计时,金属外壳22主要是由铝合金材料制成,灯罩1可以是具有高透光率的非透明PC(聚碳酸酯)灯罩或透明PC灯罩制成。例如,透明的灯罩1由PC(聚碳酸酯)材料制成,其具体可以是透明罩,在该透明罩上可添加条纹等装饰件。在实际使用中,在透明的灯罩1内设置有LED灯条(图中未示出),且该LED灯条安装在金属外壳22上。
同样,在图2所示的第二实施例中,将电源模块3可拆卸地设置在壳体的外部,在塑胶外壳21上设置有电源安装槽7,电源模块3可拆卸地插装在电源安装槽7内,在电源模块3的左右两侧分别设置有电源输入插件31和直流电源输出插件32,该电源输入接插件31作为与外部供电电源连接,进行供电的接口,而直流电源输出插件32作为该电源模块3将输入的供电电源进行变换后输出的直流电源的接口,为该灯管进行供电。在本发明中,可适用的外部供电电源为85V~270V之间。由此,电源模块3可以从灯管外直接取下和安装,以方便用户后期维护。同时还便于灯管的升级,即随着产品功能的不断升级,用户可以在原灯管的基础上,只需更换电源模块就可以实现功能方面的改进。
在电源安装槽7的内壁上设置有与电源输入插件31相匹配的电源输入接插件34,及与直流电源输出插件32相匹配的直流电源输出接插件33,从而在安装电源模块3时,仅当电源输入插件31与电源输入接插件34对接及直流电源输出插件32与直流电源输出接插件33对接后,才能将电源模块7正确地插装在电源安装槽7内。由此可根据不同电参数规格的灯管,配有不同的接插件防止用户误用,更换电源的操作,用户能轻松完成。其中,对于不同长度及规格的灯管,不同的灯管之间可以具有相同的电源输入插件31和电源输入接插件34,而不同的灯管之间的直流电源输出插件32和直流电源输出接插件33则不同。
为了便于将整个日光灯管的固定,在两个端盖8上分别设置有针脚组件。每个针脚组件包括两个针脚4。
如图3所示,该可换电源灯管在电路结构上主要包括两个部分,即电源模块3和控制模块5,该电源模块3包括顺次电连接的EMC滤波器31、输入整流电路32、输入滤波电路33、变压器34、输出整流电路35和输出滤波电路36。在实际工作中,通过控制模块3对电源模块3进行信号控制,该控制模块3包括顺次电连接的基准电压比较器53、PWM控制器52和开关电路51,其中,基准电压比较器53与输出滤波器36电连接,开关电路51与变压器34电连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可换电源灯管,包括壳体,其特征在于,在所述壳体上设置有电源安装槽,在所述电源安装槽内插装有电源模块,在所述电源模块的一侧设置有电源输入插件,在所述电源模块的另一侧设置有直流电源输出插件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,在所述电源安装槽的内壁上设置有与所述电源输入插件相匹配的电源输入接插件和与所述直流电源输出插件相匹配的直流电源输出接插件;所述电源模块通过电源输入插件和电源输入接插件相接插,及直流电源输出插件和直流电源输出接插件相接插,以插装在所述电源安装槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,在所述壳体的两侧分别设置有针脚组件;所述针脚组件包括两个针脚。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,在所述壳体内设置有LED灯条。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括顺次电连接的EMC滤波器、输入整流电路、输入滤波电路、变压器、输出整流电路和输出滤波电路。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述壳体内的与所述电源模块电连接的控制模块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,所述控制模块包括顺次电连接的基准电压比较器、PWM控制器和开关电路,其中,所述基准电压比较器与所述输出滤波器电连接,所述开关电路与所述变压器电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,所述壳体由金属外壳和灯罩拼装而成。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,所述壳体有两个端盖及位于所述两个端盖之间的塑胶外壳、金属外壳和灯罩拼装而成。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可换电源灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩是高透光率非透明灯罩或透明灯罩。
