现有的儿童摇椅一般主要由底座、摇摆机构、座兜构成,座兜通过摇摆机构安装在底座上并在摇摆结机的带动下摇摆,而摇摆结机通常由通过一个转轴与基座相转动连接的支撑架来提供,基座上设置一驱动装置使得支撑架带动座兜绕转动轴摆动,以实现座兜的往复摆动。这种摇椅的座兜的运动路线单一,缺乏趣味性和舒适性。
摇床的结构与摇椅相似,一般主要由可移动或不可移动的底座、摇摆机构以及摇篮构成,摇篮通过摇摆机构安装在底座上并在摇摆机构的带动下摇摆,摇摆机构的结构即如上所述。
公开号为CN101773344A的中国发明专利申请披露了一种比上述结构功能相对丰富的儿童摇椅,其座兜与底座之间设置一摆杆,该摆杆的两端分别与座兜、底座通过第一转轴、第二转轴相转动连接,这样就使得座兜相对底座的摆动有了两种路线的结合。但实际上,座兜的摆动只是两种摆动的结合,而第一转轴和第二转轴本身是位置固定的,因而座兜摆动的路线还是过于简单,且缺乏可调控性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可用在摇椅或摇床等童车设备上的摇摆机构,并提供一种应用该摇摆机构的儿童摇椅,其摇摆路线和方式更加多样化且可根据需求作调节。
本发明一方面提供一种儿童摇椅,包括基架、设置于该基架上的座兜,基架包括在底部对整个摇椅形成支撑的底座、安装于底座上的固定架、可移动地连接于固定架的活动架、用于将活动架与固定架相对锁定的锁定装置、第一摆杆、第二摆杆以及座兜支撑架,座兜设置于该座兜支撑架上,第一摆杆的上端部与固定架相枢轴转动地连接,第二摆杆的上端部与活动架相枢轴转动地连接,座兜支撑架的两端分别与第一摆杆的下端部、第二摆杆的下端部相枢轴转动地连接,座兜支撑架分别相对第一摆杆、第二摆杆转动的转轴线与第一摆杆相对固定架转动的转轴线以及第二摆杆相对活动架转动的转轴线相平行。第一摆杆相对固定架摆动,第二摆杆相对活动架摆动,使得座兜支撑架带动座兜摆动。相对固定架移动活动架,可以改变第二摆杆相对活动架转动的转轴线与第一摆杆相对固定架转动的转轴线之间的距离,从而使得座兜的摆动路线发生变化。

见图1-10所示的实施例,在该实施例中,固定架2和支架3一起固定在底座9上,座兜1设置于座兜支撑架8上,座兜支撑架8分别通过第一摆杆6和第二摆杆7与固定架2和活动架5相连接。底座9通常在地面上,对整个摇椅形成支撑。
第一摆杆6的上端与固定架2通过第一枢轴相转动连接,第一摆杆6的下端与座兜支撑架8的前端(对应于图2中的左端)通过第二枢轴相转动连接,此处的上端和下端对应于第一摆杆6的上下枢转位置,可以为靠近端部的一个区域内的任一位置,并不严格限定于第一摆杆6的端点,下文用法相同。
第二摆杆7的上端与活动架5通过第三枢轴相转动连接,第二摆杆7的下端与座兜支撑架8的后端(对应于图2中的右端)通过第四枢轴相转动连接。
上面所述的四个枢轴的轴线为相互平行的关系,图2中的A点即对应于第一枢轴的轴线,B点即对应指第二枢轴的轴线,而C点对应指第三枢轴的轴线,D点对应于第四枢轴的轴线。
如附图2-11所示,活动架5上具有活动杆4,该活动杆4连接于支架3且相对支架3可以滑动。见图11所示,支架3为空心杆件构造,活动杆4插入支架3内,活动杆4相对支架3的伸缩使得活动架5相对固定架2移动。当摇椅放置于水平面上时,活动杆4的插入支架3中的部分的轴线最好沿平行于水平面(通常即地面)的方向延伸,如图2-10所示的那样。

第一摆杆6与第二摆杆7共同与座兜支撑架8相连接,第一摆杆6、座兜支撑架8和第二摆杆7整体形成一连杆机构, C点与D点即为连杆机构的连接点。
支架3或固定架2(图2中所示为支架3)上还可安装电机组件31,电机组件31驱动第一摆杆6绕A点所示的轴线摆动,由第一摆杆6、座兜支撑架8和第二摆杆7组成的连杆机构跟随第一摆杆6在平面内联动,使得座兜支撑架8带动座兜1来回摆动。当电机组件31发现连杆机构位于极点位置时,电机就会自动反转,驱动第一摆杆6反向旋转。此动作通过常用的电机即可完成,在此不作赘述。当然,也可以通过驱动第二摆杆7绕B点所示的轴线转动,来使连杆机构运动。
A点与C点之间的距离和B点与D点之间的距离最好相等或大体上相等,这样的话,当活动架5相对固定架2调节到使A与B的距离等于C与D的距离时,A、B、C、点可以构成一平行四边形,如图1-4所示。在这种情况下,当第一摆杆6被电机驱动而摆动时,第二摆杆7和座兜支撑架8跟随第一摆杆6联动,座兜支撑架8几乎作为直线形的前摆(图3所示)或后摆(图4所示)运动,使得座兜1随之作近乎平移的摆动。

如附图8-10所示,滑动活动架5,调节AB两点之间的距离,至A与B之间的距离大于C与D之间的距离时,电机组件31同样驱动第一摆杆6绕A摆动,第二摆杆7和座兜支撑架8跟随第一摆杆6联动,此时的座兜支撑架8带动座兜1作幅度相对较大的弧形摇摆,在这种摆动方式下,座兜1的摆动半径较大。
上述活动架5相对固定架2的移动还应有所限制,也就是说,当活动架5相对固定架2移动到一所需位置时应能使两者相对定位,这种定位可以通过活动杆4与支架3的卡紧配合来实现,也可以如图11所示的那样,在活动架5上具有凸柱51,该凸柱51插入固定架2中,通过其与固定架2的卡紧配合来使活动架5相对固定架2被定位。在图11所示的实施例中,在凸柱51上还形成沿径向突起的凸筋52,该凸筋52与固定架2配合可使活动架5相对固定架2锁定。
座兜1和座兜支撑架8之间可以设置一旋转机构,儿童摇椅供使用之前,可以通过旋转机构使座兜1绕座兜支撑架8进行适当角度的旋转,这样的话,就可以实现座兜1作更多向的摆动,例如左右摆动。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,如将座兜更换为摇篮,即可应用于摇床,而在底座上安装轮子,又可应用于带摇摆功能的推车,这些都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

1. 一种儿童摇椅,包括基架、设置于该基架上的座兜,其特征在于:所述基架包括
底座,该底座在底部对整个摇椅形成支撑;
固定架,所述固定架安装于底座上;
活动架,所述活动架可移动地连接于固定架;
锁定装置,用于将活动架与固定架相对锁定;
第一摆杆,该第一摆杆的上端部与固定架相枢轴转动地连接;
第二摆杆,该第二摆杆的上端部与活动架相枢轴转动地连接;
座兜支撑架,所述座兜支撑架的两端分别与第一摆杆的下端部、第二摆杆的下端部相枢轴转动地连接,所述座兜支撑架分别相对第一摆杆、第二摆杆转动的转轴线与第一摆杆相对固定架转动的转轴线以及第二摆杆相对活动架转动的转轴线相平行,所述座兜设置于该座兜支撑架上。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述活动架上固定连接有一活动杆,所述固定架上具有一支架,所述活动杆可滑动地插入支架中。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:当该儿童座椅放置于水平面上时,所述活动杆的可滑动地插入支架中的部分的轴线平行于水平面。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述第一摆杆分别相对固定架和座兜支撑架转动的转轴线之间的距离与所述第二摆杆分别相对活动架和座兜支撑架转动的转轴线之间的距离相等。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述第一摆杆相对固定架的转动由一电机驱动。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述第二摆杆相对活动架的转动由一电机驱动。
7. 根据权利要求1-6之一所述的儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述座兜与座兜支撑架相可转动地连接。
8. 一种摇摆机构,其特征在于:它包括
底座,该底座在底部对整个机构形成支撑;
固定架,所述固定架安装于底座上;
活动架,所述活动架可移动地连接于固定架;
锁定装置,用于将活动架与固定架相对锁定;
第一摆杆,该第一摆杆的上端部与固定架相枢轴转动地连接;
第二摆杆,该第二摆杆的上端部与活动架相枢轴转动地连接;
摇摆支撑架,所述摇摆支撑架的两端分别与第一摆杆的下端部、第二摆杆的下端部相枢轴转动地连接,所述摇摆支撑架分别相对第一摆杆、第二摆杆转动的转轴线与第一摆杆相对固定架转动的转轴线以及第二摆杆相对活动架转动的转轴线相平行。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的摇摆机构,其特征在于:所述活动架上固定连接有一活动杆,所述固定架上具有一支架,所述活动杆可滑动地插入支架中。
10.根据权利要求8所述的摇摆机构,其特征在于:所述第一摆杆相对固定架的转动由一电机驱动。
11.根据权利要求8所述的摇摆机构,其特征在于:所述第二摆杆相对活动架的转动由一电机驱动。
12.根据权利要求8-11之一所述的摇摆机构,其特征在于:所述第一摆杆分别相对固定架和座兜支撑架转动的转轴线之间的距离与所述第二摆杆分别相对活动架和座兜支撑架转动的转轴线之间的距离相等。
