Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Messvorrichtung zur Messung einer Messgrösse eines Fluids, insbesondere einen Sensor, wie einen Drucksensor (1) oder einen Wegsensor. Die Messvorrichtung weist ein Gehäuse (2), eine im und/oder am Gehäuse (2) angeordnete Membran (8) und ein in der Art einer Blattfeder ausgestaltetes elastisches Element (9) zur Rückstellung der Membran (8) auf. Mit der Membran (8) und/oder dem elastischen Element (9) steht ein Signalgeber (10) in Wirkverbindung und mit dem Signalgeber (10) wirkt ein Signalaufnehmer (11) zusammen. Das elastische Element (9) ist an dessen Rand (14), und zwar insbesondere lediglich an Teilen des Randes (14), am Gehäuse (2) befestigt
