在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中, 所述油灰刀的刀身上设置有通孔和 / 或凹槽。
在本发明的另一较佳实施方式中, 在可换刀片上,套设有可取下的保护壳, 在接近处于容纳槽中的可换刀片的刀尖的前方,自与其相邻的隔片或手柄的侧壁上,侧向延伸出一凸片,防止保护壳与可换刀片脱离。
在本发明中,将现有技术中通常由塑料制成的油漆罐的开罐器代之以强度更高的金属材料制成,这样一方面可将其上起开罐功能的钩状部和/或铲状部,设计和制造的更小更尖锐,从而在开罐时实现更准确快捷的定位;但是这样尖锐的金属件如果暴露在外面时:1)可能使使用者在拿取该油漆罐时会造成对手的伤害;2)可能会更容易勾住其他物体;3)会对其他物体造成损害和/或伤害;因此非常有必要将该金属开罐器设计成可折叠的方式进行收纳。当设计成可折叠的方式后,既方便携带,又便于使用。同时还可将油灰刀、割刀等在进行油漆工作时还需使用的工具共同组合在一把手动工具内, 使得使用者在工作时可以根据不同的工作需求,非常方便地进行选择,且不易遗失。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
本申请中涉及的'工具',包括可用于手动工具形式的各种器械,如刀片、开罐器、油灰刀、螺丝刀、剪刀、钳子等等类似器械。而本申请中涉及的'手动工具',具有上述工具中的至少一种。
图1-9示出了根据本发明的一个优选实施例的手动工具。从图6和8中可见,在本实施例中手柄1由两个侧壁13和14组成,侧壁13和14通过位于其两端,如图1中所示的枢轴9固定连接且相互间隔,在其间形成容纳槽2。在容纳槽2中,设置有与侧壁13和14大致平行的隔片15和16,其两端均分别固定在枢轴9上。在手柄1的第一端设置有可在打开位置和闭合位置之间,以第一枢转方向绕枢轴9枢转的开罐器5,当其处于闭合位置时,开罐器5被收纳在容纳槽2中,位于隔片15和16之间。在手柄1的第二端设置有可在打开位置和闭合位置之间,以第二枢转方向枢转的刀架3和油灰刀6。当其处于闭合位置时,刀架3被收纳在容纳槽2中,位于侧壁13和分隔片15之间,刀架3上安装有可更换的刀片4;而当油灰刀6处于闭合位置时,被收纳在容纳槽2中,位于侧壁14和隔片16之间。在其他实施例中,手柄1也可由仅一边开口的方式整体形成,此时容纳槽2中的工具只可从手柄1开口的这一边被旋出展开。如图7和图8所示,手柄1的两端还设置有与枢轴9平行的限位销21,当上述工具展开至打开位置时,工具的尾部会受到限位销21的限制,使工具不能再以原枢转方向继续旋转。
从图6和8中可见,隔片15在手柄1的第一端和第二端方向上分别设置有定位弹性部71和72。在本实施例中,定位弹性部71和72是通过分别在隔片15的两端部分地开缝而形成的弹性片,具有侧向的弹力,图10。其中弹性部71被设置为向开罐器5弹性偏置,当开罐器5处于闭合位置时,弹性部71的侧面与开罐器5的侧面相接触,并在弹性偏置力的作用下,对其施加一定的侧向压力,使开罐器5不会轻易地自容纳槽2中的闭合位置被旋出。而当开罐器5自闭合位置枢转至打开位置时,弹性部71的侧面与开罐器5的侧面脱离接触,此时弹性部71在弹性力作用下偏转,并与开罐器5的定位部8形成锁定配合。在本实施例中,该锁定配合是使弹性部71的端部的直边顶抵在设置在开罐器5的可枢转地连接在枢轴9上的尾部上的平台22上实现的,图12。如图12所示,平台22在与之相配合的弹性部71的偏转方向上还具有一定的上升坡度,从而使偏转后的弹性部71能与平台22自动地形成紧密配合,但如该坡度过大,则在受力下会造成弹性部71在平台22上的偏转滑移,影响其锁定效果。这种锁定配合与限位销21相结合,使开罐器5被锁定在打开位置,不能再绕枢轴9进行旋转,其使用更为安全可靠。当要收拢开罐器5时,则向弹性部71施加与其弹性偏转方向相反的力,使之回复到偏转前的位置,从而脱离锁定配合位置,此时即可将开罐器5旋回容纳槽2中。
从图6和8中可见,弹性部72则被设置为向刀架3弹性偏置,同样地,当刀架3处于闭合位置时,弹性部72的侧面与刀架3的侧面相接触,并在弹性偏置力的作用下,对其施加一定的侧向压力,使刀架3不会轻易地自容纳槽2中的闭合位置被旋出。而当刀架3自闭合位置枢转至打开位置时,弹性部72的侧面与刀架3的侧面脱离接触,此时弹性部72在弹性力作用下偏转,并与刀架3上的定位部8形成锁定配合。在本实施例中,该锁定配合是使弹性部72的端部的直边顶抵在设置在刀架3的可枢转地连接在枢轴9上的尾部上的平台上实现的。与图12中相似,该平台在与之相配合的弹性部72的偏转方向上还具有一定的上升坡度,从而使偏转后的弹性部72能与该平台自动地形成紧密配合,但如该坡度过大,则在受力下会造成弹性部72在该平台上的偏转滑移,影响其锁定效果。这种锁定配合与限位销21相结合,使刀架3被锁定在打开位置,不能再绕枢轴9进行旋转,使其使用更为安全可靠。当要收拢刀架3时,则向弹性部72施加与其弹性偏置的方向相反的力,使之回复到偏转前的位置,从而自锁定配合位置脱离,此时即可将刀架3旋回容纳槽2中。
从图6和8中可见,隔片16在手柄1的第二端方向上设置有定位弹性部73,在本实施例中,弹性部73同样是通过在隔片16上纵向地部分开缝而形成,且被设置为向油灰刀6弹性偏置。同样地,当油灰刀6处于闭合位置时,弹性部73的侧面与油灰刀6的侧面相接触,并在弹性偏置力的作用下,对其施加一定的侧向压力,使油灰刀6不会轻易地自容纳槽2中的闭合位置被旋出。而当油灰刀6自闭合位置枢转至打开位置时,弹性部73的侧面与油灰刀6的侧面脱离接触,此时弹性部73在弹性力作用下偏转,并与油灰刀6上的定位部8形成锁定配合。在本实施例中,该锁定配合是使弹性部73的端部的直边顶抵在设置在油灰刀6的可枢转地连接在枢轴9上的尾部上的平台上实现的。与图12中相似,该平台在与之相配合的弹性部73的偏转方向上还具有一定的上升坡度,从而使偏转后的弹性部73能与该平台自动地形成紧密配合,但如该坡度过大,则在受力下会造成弹性部73在该平台上的偏转滑移,影响其锁定效果。这种锁定配合与限位销21相结合,使油灰刀6被锁定在打开位置,不能再绕枢轴9进行旋转,使其使用更为安全可靠。当要收拢油灰刀6时,则向弹性部73施加与其弹性偏置的方向相反的力,使之回复到偏转前的位置,从而自锁定配合位置脱离,此时即可将油灰刀6旋回容纳槽2中。
如上所述,在本实施例中,隔片15具有朝向相反,且偏置方向也相反的两个弹性部71和72,隔片16则只有一个弹性部73,然而其作用和原理是相同的,即在诸如开罐器、刀架和油灰刀等工具处于闭合位置时,隔片上的弹性部在弹性偏置力的作用,其侧面对工具的侧面会施加一定压力,使得工具不易从容纳槽中脱出,而当工具处于打开位置时,弹性部的侧面与工具的侧面脱离接触,在弹性偏置力作用下弹性部被偏置,从而在弹性部的端边和工具尾部之间形成锁定配合,使工具被锁定。因此根据在手柄的容纳槽中的工具数量以及工具打开位置的朝向的不同,容纳槽中可以具有多个隔片,而隔片可具有多个弹性部,弹性部可向第一侧向方向或第二侧向方向弹性偏置。例如在其他实施例中,隔片还可以具有在同一端上的偏置方向相同或不同的两个弹性部,或者在不同端上的偏置方向相同的多个弹性部等多种形式。
进一步地,如图10在上述的弹性部与工具接触的侧面上,还可设置有一点状突起20,而在工具与弹性部接触的侧面上,则设置有相应的凹槽(未示出)。当使用者压回弹性部并收拢工具时,工具的侧面先与弹性部的侧面接触,在收拢的过程中,工具的侧面越过弹性部侧面上的该点状突起20并与其接触,此时弹性部通过其侧面上的该点状突起20向工具侧面施加侧向的压力,而当工具进入其闭合位置时,该点状突起20滑入工具侧面设置的相应的凹槽中,使得工具在收拢过程的最后有一个自动闭合的动作。当打开工具时,也需克服使该点状突起20从凹槽中滑出的阻力,从而可进一步防止工具自容纳槽中意外地被旋出。在其他的实施例中,该点状突起20也可设置在工具的侧面上,而将相应的凹槽设置在弹性部的侧面上。
如图5所示,在本实施例中,开罐器5为板状构件,其中部具有一个槽口10,在该槽口10的两边缘具有向该槽口10内延伸的钩状部11。在进一步的实施例中,开罐器5的前端还具有向前延伸的铲状部12,使用时根据罐子的具体结构,可以用钩状部或铲状部或者将二者结合起来使用以实现对罐盖的开启。在一优选的实施例中,开罐器5被设计为适于开启油漆罐罐盖,且相比现有技术中由塑料注塑一体成型的油漆罐的开罐器,开罐器5由强度更高的材料如工具钢、铝合金等金属材料制成,这样一方面可将其上起开罐功能的部件,钩状部11和/或铲状部12,设计和制造的更小更尖锐,从而在开罐时实现更准确快捷的定位;另一方面在保证足够的强度的同时,减小了开罐器5的体积,使之能收纳于根据本发明的实施例的手动工具的手柄中,在方便携带的同时,还避免将如钩状部11这样的尖锐部件暴露在外时造成的不便及可能的损坏和伤害。进一步地,还能以根据本发明的实施例的手动工具的形式,将开罐器5与诸如油灰刀6这样 在同一工作中经常会用到的工具组合在一起,使得使用者在工作时可以根据不同的工作需求,非常方便地进行选择,不需要到处需找不同的工具,方便使用的同时提高了工作效率。同时由于将多种工具组合在一起也避免了工具的丢失。
如图13所示,在本实施例中,可更换的刀片4上设置凹槽,而刀架3上则设置有卡扣部件24。通过拨动设置在卡扣部件24上的销钉23,可使卡扣部件24绕将其与刀架3连接在一起的定位销27部分地转动,使其或者卡扣在刀片4的凹槽上,或者被抬起以释放刀片4,在另一实施例中,销钉23也可用与卡扣部件24一体成型的凸起部分替代。进一步地,在与销钉23的拨动方向垂直的方向上,邻近销钉23,还与之并排地设置有凸起部25,以避免使用者在使用中不慎拨动销钉23。在本实施例中,凸起部25是通过固定在刀架3上的条状件26的弯曲翘起的一端形成的,但凸起部25也可以是与刀架3一体形成的。刀片4也可以现有技术中已知的方式卡锁在刀架3中,并且可被解锁以更换。刀片4露出刀架外的部分可套配有可取下的保护壳,该保护壳可由塑料做成,以在刀片4不使用时,保护刀片。刀架3侧面还设有方便使用者将其旋出的销钉17,图8。另外为防止保护套意外脱落,可在接近刀架3处于闭合位置的刀片4刀尖的前方,自与其相邻的隔片或手柄的侧壁上,侧向延伸出一凸片18,图6和图8。在一实施例中,该凸片18由相邻隔片上的一部分切割弯折而成,图10。
如图5所示,本实施例中,油灰刀6仅在其前端和旋入容纳槽2的一侧上开刃,并且在旋入容纳槽2的一侧上还带有一钩状部。在刀身上设置有方便使用者将其旋出的销钉17,图8。在另一实施例中,如图11所示,油灰刀6的刀身上设置有通孔或凹槽19以方便使用者将油灰刀6自容纳槽2中旋出。由于该通孔或凹槽19可在油灰刀6的刀身上铣出或冲出,其工艺相较于在刀身上设置销钉17更为简单,降低了生产成本,也防止了误操作的发生。
从图1、2和4可见,上述隔片与手柄的侧壁具有大致相同的形状,当工具处于打开位置,即隔片15或16上的弹性部处于锁定配合位置时,该弹性部的偏转方向的侧面至少有一部分露出在手柄1的侧壁之外,以方便使用者将该弹性部侧向压回并收拢工具。
如图7、9所示出,在本实施例中,该手动工具的一端为开罐器5,另一端为刀架3和油灰刀6,而在其他的实施例中,也可以将开罐器5和刀架3和/或油灰刀6设置在同一端。即刀架3、开罐器5和油灰刀6可以任意组合枢接在手柄1的同一端或分别枢接在手柄1的两端,以第一或第二枢转方向,自手柄1的任意一边旋出展开。相应地,弹性片也可形成在隔片15或16的任意一端或两端的任意一边或两边。在这样的实施例中,刀片的切割功能、开罐器的开罐功能以及油灰刀的抹灰功能被集成在一把手动工具中,安全方便,便于携带,且不易遗漏和丢失。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种手动工具,包括一个带容纳槽的手柄,所述手柄的一端枢接有一个可被转动地收纳于所述的容纳槽及可被转动地从所述容纳槽中展开的开罐器,其特征在于所述开罐器由金属材料制成,用于开启油漆罐的罐盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄的任一端还枢接有一个可被转动地收纳于所述的容纳槽及可被转动地从所述的容纳槽展开的油灰刀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述手柄的任一端还枢接有一个可被转动地收纳于所述的容纳槽及可被转动地从所述的容纳槽展开的刀架,所述刀架上安装有可换刀片。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述的手柄上安装有位于所述容纳槽内的具有侧向弹力的弹性部,所述的刀架、开罐器、油灰刀三者中至少一个的枢接端具有定位部,于收拢时所述弹性部的侧面依靠侧向弹力抵靠在所述的枢接端的侧面上,于展开时所述弹性部偏转并与所述定位部形成锁定配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述的定位部为形成在所述枢转端端部的平台,而所述的锁定配合是使所述弹性部的端部的直边顶抵在所述平台上形成的。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述弹性部是通过在固定于所述容纳槽中的隔片上的部分地开缝而形成的弹性片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述弹性片形成在所述隔片的任意一端或两端的任意一边或两边。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述弹性部与所述的刀架、开罐器、油灰刀三者中至少一个接触的侧面上具有点状突起,所述点状突起被设置为当所述的刀架、开罐器、油灰刀三者中至少一个被收纳至所述容纳槽中时,所述点状突起滑入设置在所述容纳槽上的相应的凹槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述的枢接为通过连接在所述手柄上的枢轴连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述的开罐器为板状构件,其中部具有一个槽口,在所述槽口的两边缘具有向所述槽口内延伸的钩状部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述开罐器的前端还具有向前延伸的铲状部。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的手动工具,其特征在于,所述油灰刀的刀身上设置有通孔和/或凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的手动工具,其特征在于,在所述的可换刀片上,套设有可取下的保护壳,且在接近所述容纳槽中的所述可换刀片的刀尖的前方,自与其相邻的所述隔片或所述手柄的侧壁上,侧向延伸出一凸片,以防止所述保护壳与所述刀片脱离。
