Description

具隔热导风板的烤箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用电器,特别是一种具隔热导风板的烤箱。
背景技术
现有的烤箱,为了避免使用后的烤箱表面温度过高而烫伤用户,一般将其外壳与腔体的空间距离设计得较大,而且还需要使用多层隔热材料,烤箱门采用三层玻璃进行空间隔热;虽然此设计方案能够降低烤箱表面温度,但是增大了烤箱体积,使烤箱结构笨拙,耗材更多,并且装配成本和包装成本都会相应增加。
因此需要一种烤箱,其不仅能够有效地降低烤箱表面温度以保障消费者健康安全,而且能优化产品结构,降低一系列成本。如中国专利申请号CN200920052027.X,名称为《一种散热效果好的电烤箱》,其在烤箱顶部设有一连通烤箱内外的散热通道,以降低烤箱顶部温度,但是具有以下不足:1.散热通道底面虽然为一顶隔热板,但是隔热板仅仅是简单的一个平面,冷风利用率不高,导风效果有限;2.仅揭示了如何降低烤箱顶部温度,并未揭示如何降低烤箱整体表面的温度,如烤箱前部和侧部的表面温度。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具隔热导风板的烤箱,其解决了背景技术中的烤箱外表面温度过高,以及散热效果不明显的缺点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具隔热导风板的烤箱,其包括一外壳,以及一烤箱门,其中:
所述外壳上开设复数个贯穿内外的通孔,一导风通道设于所述外壳内,一风扇设于所述通孔和所述导风通道的入口之间;
所述烤箱门包括一玻璃夹层,所述玻璃夹层之间为一内腔,所述内腔具有一位于烤箱门顶部的进风处和一位于烤箱门底部的出风处,所述导风通道接通进风处;
其还包括一隔热导风板,所述隔热导风板为所述导风通道的底面并位于所述外壳的顶面下方,并设有一进风口和复数个出风口,所述出风口接通所述进风处。
一较佳实施例中,所述隔热导风板包括复数条间隔设置的隔条,每两条相邻的隔条之间形成一风道,所述风道连通所述进风口并具有独立的所述出风口。
一较佳实施例中,其外壳两侧还分别设有一隔热层。
一较佳实施例中,所述隔条为金属材质的弧形段。
本发明的具隔热导风板的烤箱与背景技术的烤箱相比,具有以下优点:
1.一隔热导风板设于烤箱顶部,其上设有复数条风道,因此能将风扇吸进来的冷风划分为多个区域,提高了冷风的利用率,与普通隔热导风板的单一平面结构相比,导风隔热效果更佳;
2.烤箱设有一导风通道,冷风从导风通道进入,通过隔热导风板后进入烤箱门的玻璃夹层内,最后从烤箱前部排出,能够有效地降低烤箱前部表面的温度;
3.烤箱两侧还各设有一隔热层,因此烤箱的顶部和前部实现降温的同时,还能有效降低烤箱两侧的温度,从而降低烤箱整体表面的温度;
4.隔热导风板上的风道由每两条相邻的隔条形成,隔条为金属材质的弧形段,结构设计合理,制造工序简单;
5.外壳与腔体的空间距离设计合理,无需多层隔热材料,也无需采用多层玻璃作为烤箱门,因此烤箱占用空间小,外观灵巧,制造成本和包装成本相应降低。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,为本发明的较佳实施例所提供的烤箱。
具隔热导风板的烤箱,其主要包括一外壳100、一烤箱门、一风扇300和一隔热导风板400,其中:
所述外壳100的侧面开设有复数个贯穿内外的通孔110,一导风通道200设于所述外壳100内,所述风扇300固设于所述外壳100内并位于所述通孔110和所述导风通道200的入口210之间;
所述烤箱门位于烤箱前部,并与所述外壳100相接,其包括一玻璃夹层500,所述玻璃夹层500之间为一内腔,所述内腔具有一位于烤箱门顶部的进风处和一位于烤箱门底部的出风处,所述导风通道200接通所述进风处;由于视图角度,烤箱门、内腔、进风处和出风处均未在图中绘示;
所述隔热导风板400,其为所述导风通道200的底面并且位于所述外壳100顶面的下方,四条金属材质的弧形段彼此间隔地焊接于所述隔热导风板400的表面,所述弧形段分别定义为隔条431、432、433和434,每两个隔条之间构成了一条独立的风道,因此,所述隔热导风板400上具有三条风道441、442和443,所述风道具有共同的一个进风口410,所述进风口410接通所述导风通道200,每一条风道均具有一出风口,即421、422和423,所述出风口均接通所述玻璃夹层500的进风处。
第一隔条431为一小弧形段,其上端与进风口410的一端连接;第二隔条434为一大弧形段,其上端与进风口410的另一端连接,并向下延伸一近似直线段,下端为一弧形;第一隔条431与第二隔条434同向弯曲,其之间界定一条风道,其末端形成出风口;隔条432、433布置在第一隔条431与第二隔条434之间,每个隔条均同向弯曲。根据需要,可以选择隔条的数量。
启动烤箱,使风扇300运转,外界的冷风随着风扇300的转动被吸入通孔110,从而进入导风通道200,接着从隔热导风板400的进风口410分别流入三个风道441、442和443,经过所述风道的导风作用,然后从其出风口421、422和423流至玻璃夹层500的进风处,经过玻璃夹层500的内腔,最终从玻璃夹层500的出风处流出烤箱,完成了一次完整的导风降温循环。
烤箱的两侧还分别设有一耐高温的隔热层,本实施例中,其采用了厚度为0.4mm的云母片,由于视图角度,图中未绘示。
根据实验测试,本烤箱可以使烤箱外壳100的表面温升低于55K,使烤箱门玻璃表面的温升低于60K。
由于本烤箱的两侧、顶部和前部均采取了隔热降温措施,因此,在烤箱完成煎烤作业后,烤箱表面温度符合人体舒适度,用户直接接触烤箱表面并不会被烫伤。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种具隔热导风板的烤箱,具有一隔热导风板,所述隔热导风板为所述导风通道的底面并位于所述外壳的顶面下方,并设有一进风口和复数个出风口,所述出风口接通所述进风处。本烤箱占用空间小,外观灵巧;能够有效地降低烤箱表面温度,保障消费者使用安全。

Claims (6)

  1. 具隔热导风板的烤箱,其包括一外壳,以及一烤箱门,其中:
    所述外壳上开设复数个贯穿内外的通孔,一导风通道设于所述外壳内,一风扇设于所述通孔和所述导风通道的入口之间;
    所述烤箱门包括一玻璃夹层,所述玻璃夹层之间为一内腔,所述内腔具有一位于烤箱门顶部的进风处和一位于烤箱门底部的出风处,所述导风通道接通进风处;
    其特征在于:其还包括一隔热导风板,所述隔热导风板为所述导风通道的底面并位于所述外壳的顶面下方,并设有一进风口和复数个出风口,所述出风口接通所述进风处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具隔热导风板的烤箱,其特征在于:所述隔热导风板包括复数条间隔设置的隔条,每两条相邻的隔条之间形成一风道,所述风道连通所述进风口并具有独立的所述出风口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具隔热导风板的烤箱,其特征在于:其外壳两侧还分别设有一隔热层。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具隔热导风板的烤箱,其特征在于:所述隔条为金属材质的弧形段。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具隔热导风板的烤箱,其特征在于:所述隔条包括第一隔条和第二隔条,其中第一隔条为一小弧形段,其上端与进风口的一端连接;第二隔条为一大弧形段,其上端与进风口的另一端连接,并向下延伸一近似直线段,下端为一弧形;第一隔条与第二隔条同向弯曲,其之间界定一条风道,末端形成出风口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具隔热导风板的烤箱,其特征在于:在第一隔条与第二隔条之间至少还设有一个隔条,各隔条均同向弯曲。
