技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种盘形制动吊座组对工装,尤其是涉及组对底座。
背景技术
澳大利亚转向架构架盘形制动吊座和构架焊接是插接结构,且有一定的角度,以往车型的盘形制动吊座很少有角度的插接结构。构架焊接需要组对时将零件精确定位到工件上,零件焊接到构架上以后不影响构架从工装中取出,所以这种有角度插接结构就给工装定位带来一定的难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种 以直线导轨为基体增加角度定位座的定位方式的组对底座,解决了有一定角度且是插接接口的盘形制动吊座在构架组对时的定位夹紧,使盘形制动吊座定位可靠,夹紧牢固,构架取出容易。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种 盘形制动吊座组对底座,其特征在于:在直线导轨上连接底座,底座上连接定位座和辅助支撑,定位座上设有 旋转夹头 和定位销,直线导轨两端连接挡块。
本实用新型利用定位座上的 旋转夹头夹紧盘形制动吊座,通过直线导轨将盘形制动吊座推入定位好的构架上,利用挡块定位导轨推入的位置,有效解决了插接结构有一定角度的盘形制动吊座的定位夹紧,有效的控制了焊接变形,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,1是直线导轨,2是底座,3是定位座,5是辅助支撑, 定位座上设有 旋转夹头 7 和定位销 4 , 利用两个定位销定位盘形制动吊座。将盘形制动吊座定位夹紧后利用直线导轨将盘形制动吊座推入定位好的构架上,利用挡块6定位导轨推入的位置,待构架组对焊接盘形制动吊座后将定位销卸下,旋转夹头松开,将定位座沿着直线导轨滑出。有效的解决了插接结构有一定角度的盘形制动吊座的工装定位夹紧问题。

  1. 一种 盘形制动吊座组对底座,其特征在于:在直线导轨上连接底座,底座上连接定位座和辅助支撑,定位座上设有 旋转夹头 和定位销,直线导轨两端连接挡块。
