Abstract
A technical protective system has been designed for the security of the occupants of a moving motor vehicle, which safeguards the occupants' physical integrity in the event of the surprise theft of any object of value by criminals who smash the vehicle windows when the latter is stopped at traffic lights or for any other reason. This protection is installed with a system parallel to the window-raising system, on the inside thereof, with an electric motor that raises and lowers a stainless-steel mesh on a separate rail, which enables the protective system to be placed in the same space as the window on which it is installed, without affecting the path travelled by the window. This mesh cannot be broken through using blunt instruments. The stainless-steel mesh is 1.5 mm thick, the visibility gap or aperture allowing the vehicle occupants to see through the mesh being from 10 to 12 mm2, which provides adequate visibility vis-à-vis the outside of the vehicle and the exterior rear-view mirrors. This protective security system may be installed in any model of motor vehicle that the vehicle manufacturer designs originally for the installation thereof. The particular feature of the invention is that it enables the user to close windows and meshes at the same time when the vehicle is stationary.
Description
SISTEMA PROTECTOR PARA LA SEGURIDAD DE LAS VENTANAS DE VEHICULOS MOTORIZADOS MEDIANTE UNA MALLA DE ACERO INOXIDABLE PROTECTIVE SYSTEM FOR THE SAFETY OF THE WINDOWS OF MOTOR VEHICLES THROUGH A STAINLESS STEEL MESH
DESCRIPCION DESCRIPTION
At present, every car has a space in its upper part for the window with a sliding glass that allows to cover or free all or part of that space, by means of a manual or electric mechanism that drives the glass at will.
The current problem is that when the driver must stop at a traffic light or for any other reason, if the sale is closed, he is exposed to criminals breaking the glass with blunt objects and, if he keeps it down, he is more likely to be exposed to the attack. .
To solve this problem we have designed a protective mechanism adaptable to any model of motorized vehicles, which allows to protect against attacks in the aforementioned case, which consists of a stainless steel mesh with the same shape and measures of the glass, which slides through the Inner part of the latter with an independent mechanism parallel to the alzacristal, so that if the driver keeps the glass down and this mesh covering the window, there is no way that can be attacked since this mesh is unbreakable.
This stainless steel mesh has 2mm. thick, with openings throughout it, 10 mm. by lmm. separated by 2 mm bars. in diameter, allowing visibility to the outside for both rearview mirrors and the environment, resists blows even with blunt objects preventing third parties from entering the vehicle to steal valuable species and / or cause injuries to the occupant of the mobile, it is also optional in its operation, that is, it can be operated manually or electrically and can be installed in any model of land motor vehicle.

The present utility model has a rail mechanism located at the bottom of the door, fixed to the carcass of the door by its interior and bolted next to each rail of the alzacristal and towards the interior of the door, and that works with an electric motor installed to the opposite side of the motor of the alzacristal that brings the vehicle, without the modification of the electrical or manual installation of said alzacristal.
Referring to FIG. 1 shows the interior position of the door of a vehicle with its respective glass lift control rails (1) used to move the glass (1). Perpendicularly the same system is installed so that the process of raising and lowering the stainless steel mesh (2) works, with its individual motor or individual handle.
In turn, FIG. 2 shows through a perpendicular cut of the upper part of the door, the position in which the glass (1), the space (3) and the stainless steel mesh (2) are closed. (3) a rail measuring between 6 or 8 mm. of separation (1) and (2).
