Abstract

　採血あるいは注射において、対象者間での感染事故防止のために、対象者ごとに手袋を取り替えなくても済むような、消毒用アルコール綿に代わる使い捨て消毒用器具を提供することを課題とする。　消毒液を染み込ませた消毒部（２）を、防水性縦長プレート（１）の一端かつ片面に取り付け、防水性縦長プレート（１）の他端を保持部（３）とした使い捨て消毒用器具で、消毒する際は、保持部（３）だけを持ち、消毒部（２）を対象者の皮膚に擦り、穿刺後は、防水性縦長プレート（１）の消毒部（２）とは反対の面から、指で穿刺部位を圧迫止血し、止血後、保持部（３）を持って破棄することにより、この課題を解決する。

Description

使い捨て消毒用器具
　本発明は、採血、注射の際、対象者の皮膚を消毒する使い捨て消毒用器具に関するものである。
　従来、採血あるいは注射の対象者の皮膚を消毒する際、採血あるいは注射の施行者は、消毒用アルコール綿を手に持ち、余分なアルコールを搾った後、対象者の皮膚を擦るようにして消毒していた。採血あるいは注射後、施行者は穿刺部位に消毒用アルコール綿を軽く当てながら針を引き抜き、直ちに施行者あるいはその助手が、消毒用アルコール綿の上から指で穿刺部位を圧迫止血していた。施行者あるいはその助手は、止血確認後、穿刺部位にガーゼ付きの絆創膏を貼り付けていた。
　施行者ならびにその助手は、採血あるいは注射の行為の中で、対象者の血液が付着した消毒用アルコール綿を直接手で触る必要があった。対象者間での感染事故防止のためには、施行者ならびにその助手は、対象者ごとに手袋を取り替える必要があるが、実際の医療現場では、費用の問題、煩雑さの問題、時間の問題等で、対象者ごとに手袋を取り替えることが困難な場合が多かった。
　この課題を解決するための請求項１の発明は、アルコールなどの消毒液を染み込ませた消毒部２を、防水性縦長プレート１の一端かつ片面に取り付け、防水性縦長プレート１の他端を保持部３とした使い捨て消毒用器具である。
　また、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を個別に包装することにより、施行者は包装を破いた後、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の保持部３のみを持ち、消毒部２に触れることなく包装から取り出すことができる。この際、包装の上から消毒部２を圧迫することにより、余分な消毒液を消毒部２から搾ることができる。
　対象者の皮膚を消毒する際も、施行者は、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の保持部３だけを持ち、消毒部２を対象者の皮膚に擦るようにする。穿刺時には本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の消毒部２が不潔にならないように、保持部３を指の間にはさみ保持するか、消毒部２を上にして台に置くこともできる。
　穿刺後、施行者は穿刺部位に消毒部２を軽く当てながら針を引き抜き、直ちに施行者あるいはその助手が、防水性縦長プレート１の消毒部２とは反対の面から、指で穿刺部位を圧迫止血する。この際、対象者の血液は消毒部２に付着するが、防水性縦長プレート１を透過しないため、施行者あるいはその助手の指に対象者の血液が付着することはない。
　止血確認後、施行者あるいはその助手は、保持部３を持って本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を破棄し、穿刺部位にガーゼ付き絆創膏を貼り付ける。保持部３にも対象者の血液が付着することはないため、破棄する際にも、施行者あるいはその助手の指に対象者の血液が付着することはない。
　また、請求項２の発明は、防水性縦長プレート１を屈曲形成した請求項１記載の使い捨て消毒用器具である。消毒部２を上にして台に置いた場合、再度使用する際に、容易に保持部３をつかみ上げることができる。
　本発明により、採血あるいは注射の施行者ならびにその助手は、採血あるいは注射の行為の中で、対象者の血液に直接触れることがないため、手袋を使用せずに採血あるいは注射を行っても、対象者間の感染を防止することができる。
　図１は、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の平面図、図２は、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の正面図である。アルコールなどの消毒液を染み込ませた消毒部２を、防水性縦長プレート１の一端かつ片面に取り付け、防水性縦長プレート１の他端を保持部３とした使い捨て消毒用器具である。
　防水性縦長プレート１の材質はプラスチック、ポリプロピレンなど防水性と適度な弾力性を有したものが適当である。また、防水性縦長プレート１を屈曲形成することにより、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を消毒部２を上にして台に置いた後、再度使用する際に、容易に保持部３をつかみ上げることができる。
　消毒部２の材質は、消毒液を浸透し易く、また皮膚を擦るのに適した綿あるいはスポンジなどが適当であり、アルコール以外の消毒液も使用可能である。また、防水性縦長プレート１に消毒部２を取り付けるには接着剤等を用いてもよい。
　本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を個別に包装することにより、施行者は包装を破いた後、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具の保持部３のみを持ち、消毒部２に触れることなく包装から取り出すことができる。この際、包装の上から消毒部２を圧迫することにより、余分な消毒液を消毒部２から搾ることができる。
　図３は、本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を使用して圧迫止血しているときの正面図である。対象者の血液は、消毒部２に付着するが、防水性縦長プレート１を透過しないため、施行者あるいはその助手の指に対象者の血液が付着することはない。また、余分な消毒液を消毒部２から搾っているので、圧迫止血時にも消毒部２から血液を含んだ消毒液が溢れ出ることはない。また、保持部３にも対象者の血液が付着することはないため、止血確認後、保持部３を持って本発明の使い捨て消毒用器具を破棄する際にも、施行者あるいはその助手の指に対象者の血液が付着することはない。
　本発明に係る使い捨て消毒用器具は、工業的に量産する事が可能であるため、産業上の利用可能性を有する。

  1. 　消毒液を染み込ませた消毒部２を、防水性縦長プレート１の一端かつ片面に取り付け、防水性縦長プレート１の他端を保持部３とした使い捨て消毒用器具。
  2. 　防水性縦長プレート１を屈曲形成した請求項１記載の使い捨て消毒用器具。
  3. 　個別包装した請求項１または２記載の使い捨て消毒用器具。
