一种水胶体敷料，（1）将立式注塑改装为定量注塑可移动式注塑头，在立式注塑机的上部改装成可压式压机，并将上模具装在可压机上；（2）再将搅拌均匀的水胶体胶粘剂放入注塑机内，进行定量注塑；（3）在注塑前将70克-130克防粘纸平放在下模上，防粘面朝上，将定量注塑头进行定量注塑；（4）注塑时一定要把定量注塑头放在下模具的正中，使注塑的水胶体胶剂由正中向四周流度，立即移去注塑头，在水胶体胶粘剂中盖上6丝-8丝厚度的聚氨酯薄膜，然后将上模压下，就成了水胶体敷料；本发明的优点是：速度快，节约大量的水胶体胶粘剂，从而减少对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及敷料和绷带的技术领域，尤其是涉及一种水胶体敷料。
背景技术
水胶体敷料既有粘性又有吸水性，在吸收体液的同时仍能保持一定粘性，且可直接放在伤口表面，对伤口及周围皮肤无刺激、无过敏，因此广泛应用于医疗领域。可用作医用胶粘带、绷带、手术薄膜，也适合肠道、尿道造口患者用作造口术方面，在烧伤、烫伤、褥疮、溃疡等方面也有很好的效果。普通水胶体敷料遇到的一个主要问题是当暴露在腐蚀性流体下时，它们容易破坏。当这些组合物用作皮肤屏障时，会吸收开口周围的流体。吸收流体后，分散在橡胶中的水解胶体会溶胀，溶胀使敷料失去完整性。失去完整性的皮肤屏障，造成流体渗漏，敷料需要频繁的更换，并且残留物质经常地留在皮肤上。
发明内容
为克服上述问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种水胶体敷料，其特征在于，步骤如下：
（1）将立式注塑改装为定量注塑可移动式注塑头，在立式注塑机的上部改装成可压式压机，并将上模具装在可压机上；
（2）再将搅拌均匀的水胶体胶粘剂放入注塑机内，进行定量注塑；
（3）在注塑前将70克-130克防粘纸平放在下模上，防粘面朝上，将定量注塑头进行定量注塑；
（4）注塑时一定要把定量注塑头放在下模具的正中，使注塑的水胶体胶剂由正中向四周流度，立即移去注塑头，在水胶体胶粘剂中盖上6丝-8丝厚度的聚氨酯薄膜，然后将上模压下，就成了水胶体敷料。
