在滴塑盖本体1注塑成型后，由滴塑机进行防漏处理，由热塑性弹性体加热融入滴塑盖本体1内，形成滴塑软胶垫3，边缘突起，中间平整，因为软胶的吸附性好，加了滴塑这道工序，有效的解决了实验室在样本、试剂的处理、保存、转移过程中易漏的问题。
