本实用新型所述的热压模具, 包括: 上下合成一体的面模和成型底 模, 在成型底模上设有上凸的冲压层, 在面模上设有镂空结构, 冲压层 与镂空结构上下适配。
其中, 在冲压层上设有下凹的立体图案层。
其中, 面模上设有下凹的鞋面平铺层, 镂空结构设置在鞋面平铺层 上, 鞋面平铺层的面积大于冲压层的上凸面积, 镂空结构的镂空面积等 于冲压层的上凸面积。
其中, 热压模具还包括回位弹簧, 回位弹簧设置在成型底模的非上 凸部位上。

其中,在面模 1和成型底模 1 0上分别设有彼此适配且上下贯通的螺 丝通孔 3, 固定螺丝 2穿设在螺丝通孔 3上; 在成型底模 1 0的非上凸部 位还设有回位弹簧 9, 回位弹簧 9安装在弹簧安装孔 8内, 用于在面模 1 与成型底模 1 0在加工完毕后, 将面模 1向上弹起, 有利于分模的完成。
在本申请的热压模具的工作过程中, 将预先裁剪好的立体图案或花 纹放入成型底模 1 0的立体图案层 Ί中, 盖上面模 1完成合模, 用固定螺 丝 1将面模 1与成型底模 1 0上下固定,然后将裁剪好的鞋面平铺在鞋面 平铺层 4上, 位于立体图案或花纹的上方, 利用一定的压力和温度, 其 压力值为 30至 150公斤, 温度为 1 30至 200摄氏度, 直接将立体图案或 花纹背面上的热熔胶层与鞋面粘贴, 实现了立体图案或花纹与鞋面的粘 合, 省掉了现有技术中的车缝加工工序, 工艺简单, 提高了工作效率, 保证了加工质量。
