如图 1-2所示, 水面漂浮物收集装置包括漂浮体主体 1、 翻斗式收集器 3、 第一收集器支架 2、第二收集器支架 4、漂浮体下壳体 7、推进器 6、第一浮体 5、 第二浮体 8, 水面漂浮物收集装置由图 7所示的遥控手柄操作控制; 所述漂浮体 下壳体内主要安装有控制电路板 27、 充电电池组 16、 推进器 6以及转向机构; 推进器靠伸入到水面以下的螺旋桨旋转产生动力, 从而推动水面漂浮物收集装 置的前进、 后退; 转向机构可使推进器改变方向, 从而改变水面漂浮物收集装 置的方向; 所述漂浮体主体 1 上设计有提手, 用于将整个装置提起; 所述第一 浮体 5与第二浮体 8为密闭的壳体, 分别安装在漂浮体主体 1下端的左右两侧, 对整个装置产生浮力; 所述第一收集器支架 2通过螺丝固定在第一浮体 5外侧, 所述第二收集器支架 4通过螺丝固定在第二浮体 8外侧; 第一收集器支架 2与 第二收集器支架 4的端部均设置有三个缺口, 当翻斗式收集器短轴 10卡在三组 不同的缺口时, 收集器距离水面的高度不同, 从而增强收集装置的适应性。 如图 3所示, 所述翻斗式收集器 3包括翻斗式收集器框架 9、翻斗式收集器 短轴 10、 翻斗式收集器网体 11、 阻水助翻翼板 12, 翻斗式收集器框架包括顶端 矩形开口框架、 矩形开口框架两短边中心处延伸下来的肋筋条及底端固定阻水 助翻翼板的横筋条; 翻斗式收集器短轴固定在收集器矩形开口框架两个短边的 中心位置, 网体固定在收集器框架上, 阻水助翻翼板固定在收集器框架的横筋 条上, 翻斗式收集器框架整体为刚性结构。 所述翻斗式收集器网体 11的网孔直 径需大于 0.25mm,网孔直径小于 0.25mm时会增加水面漂浮物收集装置运行时 的阻力, 根据所收集漂浮物的不同可更换不同网孔直径的网体。 所述翻斗式收 集器 3通过翻斗式收集器短轴 10卡在第一收集器支架 2与第二收集器支架 4的 缺口上。 当水面漂浮物收集装置静止于水面时, 由于重力作用, 翻斗式收集器 框架 10的开口与水面平行向上; 当水面漂浮物收集装置向前或向后运动时, 由 于水的阻力作用使翻斗式收集器 3翻转; 从而将漂浮在水面的污物收纳入翻斗 式收集器网体 11 内; 在翻斗式收集器 3的最下端设置的阻水助翻翼板 12为具 有一定面积的挡板, 其作用是增大水对翻斗式收集器的阻力, 从而增强翻转的 效果。
如图 4所示, 漂浮体下壳体位于漂浮体主体 1 的下部, 并通过螺丝与漂浮 体主体 1紧固连接。 如图 5所示, 所述漂浮体下壳体包括漂浮体下壳体底座 13、 步进电机 14、 防水充电接口 15、 充电电池组 16、 电池组舱盖 17、 转向传动大 齿轮 18、 步进电机支架 19、 轴承座 20、 推进器 21、 轴承 22、 转向传动小齿轮 23、 推进电机支架 24、 推进电机 25、 电源插头 26、 控制电路板 27、 电路板盒 盖 28, 控制电路板 25固定在漂浮体下壳体底座 13的侧面, 其作用是接收遥控 器指令, 控制推进电机 25与步进电机 14的运转与动作, 在控制电路板 25与外 面盖有电路板盒盖 26, 用以保护控制电路板 25, 充电电池组 16固定于漂浮体 下壳体底座 13侧面, 可由电池组舱盖 17取出, 在电池组舱盖 17上设有防水充 电接口 15, 可以在不取下电池的情况下对电池进行充电。
如图 4所示, 推进器 6位于漂浮体下壳体的下部。 如图 6所示, 推进器 6 包括推进器转向杆 29、 第一推进器外壳 30、 第二推进器外壳 31、 轴承 32、 两 个锥齿轮组 33、 轴承 34、 螺旋桨 35、 导流涵道罩 36、 横轴 37、 长轴 38、 转向 杆端头 39及推进电机支架 24、 推进电机 25。 第一推进器外壳 30、 第二推进器 外壳 31通过螺丝合成一体, 其与推进器转向杆 29、 转向杆端头 39为刚性一体, 既当转向杆 29方向发生改变时整个推进器的方向相应改变; 推进器转向杆 29 伸入漂浮体下壳体内, 并与轴承 22的内圈紧配合连接, 从而将整个推进器固定 在漂浮体下壳体上, 同时当转向传动小齿轮 23旋转时将带动整个推进器旋转。 如图 5所示, 推进电机 25通过推进电机支架 24固定漂浮体下壳体底座 13上, 长轴 38与推进电机 25的电机轴咬合连接, 当推进电机 25旋转时带动长轴 38 同步旋转。 如图 6所示长轴 38通过轴承 32固定在推进器外壳上, 当长轴旋转 时轴承 32内圈同步旋转外圈固定不动。 横轴 37通过轴承 34固定在推进器外壳 上, 当横轴 37旋转时轴承 34内圈同步旋转外圈固定不动。 长轴 38与横轴 37 通过锥齿轮组 33连接传动, 在横轴 37末端固定有螺旋桨 35, 在螺旋桨 35外安 装有导流涵道罩 36, 导流涵道罩 36固定在推进器外壳上。 当推进电机 25转动 时带动长轴 38同步转动, 通过锥齿轮组 33改变转动方向并带动横轴 34旋转, 同时带动螺旋桨 35转动, 从而推动水面漂浮物收集装置运动。
如图 5所示, 转向机构包括步进电机 14、 转向传动大齿轮 18、 步进电机支 架 19、 轴承座 20、 轴承 22、 转向传动小齿轮 23; 步进电机 14通过步进电机支 架 19固定在漂浮体下壳体底座 13上, 转向传动大齿轮 18固定于步进电机 14 的电机轴上; 轴承 22通过轴承座 20固定在漂浮体下壳体底座 13上, 轴承 22 内圈与推进器转向杆 29紧配合连接; 转向传动小齿轮 23与转向杆端头 39固定 连接; 当步进电机 14转动时带动转向传动大齿轮 18、 转向传动小齿轮 23、 转 向杆端头 39、 转向杆 29、 轴承 22 内圈同步转动, 从而带动推进器整体转动, 改变推进器的方向;
如图 7所示, 所述遥控手柄包括漂浮体速度控制键 40、 遥控手柄电源指示 灯 41、 漂浮体左右转向键 42、 遥控手柄开关 43; 遥控器手柄开关 43打开时遥 控手柄电源指示灯 41亮, 此时可对水面漂浮物收集装置进行遥控操作; 向前或 向后推漂浮体速度控制键 40可改变推进电机 25的转速与转向, 从而控制水面 漂浮物收集装置前进或后退; 向左或向右推漂浮体左右转向键 42可使步进电机 14 向左或向右转动, 改变推进器的推进方向, 从而控制水面漂浮物收集装置的 行进方向。

Claims

杈利要求书
1、 一种水面漂浮物收集装置, 包括漂浮体主体、 翻斗式收集器、 第一收集 器支架、 第二收集器支架、 漂浮体下壳体、 推进器、 第一浮体、 第二浮体, 水 面漂浮物收集装置由遥控手柄操作控制; 其特征在于: 所述第一浮体与第二浮 体均为密闭的壳体, 分别安装在漂浮体主体下端的左右两侧, 所述第一收集器 支架通过螺丝固定在第一浮体外侧, 所述第二收集器支架通过螺丝固定在第二 浮体外侧; 第一收集器支架与第二收集器支架的端部均设置有缺口, 所述翻斗 式收集器通过翻斗式收集器短轴卡在第一收集器支架与第二收集器支架的缺口 上, 翻斗式收集器短轴与收集器支架上的缺口间隙配合、 滑动摩擦, 从而可使 翻斗式收集器进行翻转; 所述漂浮体下壳体内安装有推进器以及转向机构, 所 述水面漂浮物收集装置由推进器推进、 由转向机构控制推进器的方向, 从而实 现水面漂浮物收集装置的前进、 后退和左右转向。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 所述翻斗式 收集器包括翻斗式收集器框架、 翻斗式收集器短轴、 翻斗式收集器网体、 阻水 助翻翼板, 翻斗式收集器框架包括顶端矩形开口框架、 矩形开口框架两短边中 心处延伸下来的肋筋条及底端固定阻水助翻翼板的横筋条; 翻斗式收集器短轴 固定在收集器矩形开口框架两个短边的中心位置, 网体固定在收集器框架上, 阻水助翻翼板固定在收集器框架的横筋条上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一收 集器支架与第二收集器支架的端部均设置有三个缺口, 当翻斗式收集器的短轴 卡在三组不同的缺口时, 收集器距离水面的高度不同, 从而增强收集装置的适 应性。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 所述漂浮体 主体上设计有提手, 用于将整个装置提起。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 所述翻斗式 收集器网体的网孔直径需大于 0.25mm, 所述翻斗式收集器网体可以更换。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 漂浮体下壳 体位于漂浮体主体的下部, 并通过螺丝与漂浮体主体紧固连接, 所述漂浮体下 壳体包括漂浮体下壳体底座、 步进电机、 防水充电接口、 充电电池组、 电池组 舱盖、 转向传动大齿轮、 步进电机支架、 轴承座、 推进器、 轴承、 转向传动小 齿轮、 推进电机支架、 推进电机、 电源插头、 控制电路板、 电路板盒盖, 控制 电路板固定在漂浮体下壳体底座的侧面, 其作用是接收遥控器指令、 控制推进 电机与步进电机的运转与动作, 在控制电路板与外面盖有电路板盒盖, 用以保 护控制电路板, 充电电池组固定于漂浮体下壳体底座侧面, 可由电池组舱盖取 出, 在电池组舱盖上设有防水充电接口, 可以在不取下电池的情况下对电池进 行充电。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 转向机构包 括步进电机、 转向传动大齿轮、 步进电机支架、 轴承座、 轴承、 转向传动小齿 轮; 步进电机通过步进电机支架固定在漂浮体下壳体底座上, 转向传动大齿轮 固定于步进电机的电机轴上; 轴承通过轴承座固定在漂浮体下壳体底座上, 轴 承内圈与推进器转向杆固定连接; 转向传动小齿轮与转向杆端头固定连接; 当 步进电机转动时带动推进器整体转动, 从而改变推进器的方向。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 推进器位于 漂浮体下壳体的下部, 推进器转向杆伸入漂浮体下壳体内, 并与轴承的内圈紧 配合固定连接, 推进器包括推进器转向杆、 第一推进器外壳、 第二推进器外壳、 轴承、 两个锥齿轮、 轴承、 螺旋桨、 导流涵道罩、 横轴、 长轴、 转向杆端头及 推进电机支架、 推进电机, 推进电机通过推进电机支架固定漂浮体下壳体底座 上, 长轴与推进电机的电机轴连接, 长轴通过轴承固定在推进器外壳上, 横轴 通过轴承固定在推进器外壳上, 长轴与横轴通过锥齿轮连接传动, 在横轴末端 固定有螺旋桨, 第一推进器外壳、 第二推进器外壳通过螺丝合成一体; 在螺旋 桨外安装有导流涵道罩, 导流涵道罩固定在推进器外壳上, 当推进电机转动时 带动长轴同步转动, 通过锥齿轮组改变转动方向并带动横轴旋转, 同时带动螺 旋桨转动。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的水面漂浮物收集装置, 其特征在于: 所述遥控手 柄包括漂浮体速度控制键、 遥控手柄电源指示灯、 漂浮体左右转向键、 遥控手 柄开关; 遥控器手柄开关打开时遥控手柄电源指示灯亮, 此时可对水面漂浮物 收集装置进行遥控操作; 向前或向后推漂浮体速度控制键可改变推进电机的转 速与转向, 从而控制水面漂浮物收集装置前进或后退; 向左或向右推漂浮体左 右转向键可使步进电机向左或向右转动, 改变推进器的推进方向, 从而控制水
