Description

显影剂盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于向激光打印机、复印机等成像设备的显影装置供应显影剂的显影剂盒,具体地说涉及这种显影剂盒的出粉口启闭结构的改进。本申请要求于2010年11月03日提交中国专利局、申请号为201020590537.5、名称为“一种显影剂盒”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
背景技术
常见的激光类成像设备包括复印机、打印机或传真机等,以复印机为例,其内部结构通常包括一个光学系统,用于扫描文件原版的照明;图像生成系统,用于在纸面上形成显影剂图像;纸输送系统,用于将纸从存纸托盘,通过图像生成系统与定影部件送往纸输出托盘。所有这些部件均设置在复印机体上。在复印机体的顶面上安装着放置原版文件的透明的原版文件放置平板,而在原版文件放置平板上设有原版文件盖,用于将原版文件压紧在原版文件放置平板上。在原版文件放置平板的下面,设有光学系统。
图像生成系统放置在光学系统下面,并具有一个感光鼓。主充电器、显影部件、转移充电器和清洁部件依序沿着感光鼓的回转方向放置在感光鼓的周围。感光鼓被驱动与光学系统对原版文件的扫描同步转动,并在由主充电器均匀充电后,暴露在光学系统的照明之下。这样,在感光鼓的表面上形成静电潜像。静电潜像再由显影部件显影成显影剂图像。显影剂图像被转移至从送纸托盘送来的纸上。然后,被转移的显影剂图像由定影部件热定影在纸面上。显影剂图像定影在其上的纸被输出至纸输出托盘中。图像转移后,残留在感光鼓表面上的显影剂被清洁部件回收。
在高页产量的激光打印机、复印机等成像设备中,通常将感光鼓组件、显影组件、显影剂盒分别制作成独立组件并安装在成像设备中,从而进行显影打印工作。
  参见图1和图2,现有一种显影剂盒,其包括盒体1’、出粉口闸门2’和手柄3’等,所述盒体1’的两端分别设有端盖11’和12’,盒体1’的底部具有用于排出显影剂的出粉口13’,所述手柄3’设于盒体1’的轴线方向的一端,用于带动出粉口闸门2’绕盒体1’的周向转动,以控制出粉口13’的开启和关闭;所述手柄3’与出粉口闸门2’为一体成型或是连接在一起,无法形成相对运动。
当上述显影剂盒装入成像设备时,将手柄3’向规定方向转动一定的角度,而出粉口闸门2’也跟着转动一个角度,从而打开出粉口13’,使显影剂盒可以向显影装置提供显影剂。而取出显影剂盒时,同样通过手柄3’转动出粉口闸门2’使出粉口13’关闭。
此结构由于手柄3’设置在出粉口闸门2’的一端,出粉口闸门2’转动时受力不均匀,从而会造成以下问题:
1、出粉口闸门2’与显影剂盒的出粉口13’之间需要通过挤压密封,存在摩擦力,只是一边旋转受力时,另一边将会可能无法完全打开出粉口13’甚至无法打开;
2、当出粉口闸门2’很长时,所要求的出粉口闸门2’的材料的硬度、韧性等都很高,成本将会很大。
技术问题
本发明旨在解决前述传统结构产生的问题,提供一种具有改进的出粉口开闭结构的显影剂盒,其结构简单,适用范围广。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种显影剂盒,用于向显影装置供应显影剂,该显影剂盒包括:盒体,具有用于排出所述显影剂的出粉口;出粉口闸门,通过移动来控制所述出粉口的开启和关闭;手柄,可转动地设于所述盒体的轴线方向的一端,用于控制所述出粉口闸门的移动;所述手柄与所述出粉口闸门的一端形成螺纹配合,当所述手柄旋转动时,其带动所述出粉口闸门沿所述盒体的轴线方向来回移动。
  较好地,所述出粉口闸门位于所述盒体的内部。
  较好地,所述手柄连接于所述出粉口闸门的一端。
  较好地,所述出粉口有多个,所述多个出粉口在所述盒体的底部排列成一排。所述出粉口可以呈矩形。所述出粉口闸门上设有排列成一排的多个连通口,所述多个连通口选择性地与所述多个出粉口对齐或错开。
  较好地,所述出粉口闸门的一端具有一圆筒,该圆筒的外圆周面上形成有外螺纹。所述手柄上设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
有益效果
本发明的显影剂盒通过在手柄与出粉口闸门之间设置螺纹结构,而将手柄的转动转化成出粉口闸门的轴向移动,出粉口闸门受力均匀,移动平稳顺畅,克服了传统结构无法顺利打开出粉口的缺陷;同时,本发明的显影剂盒对出粉口闸门的材料硬度、韧性等要求不太高,可降低制造的成本。

本发明的实施方式
参见图3至图6,本发明的显影剂盒包括盒体1、出粉口闸门2和手柄3等,盒体1的两端分别设有端盖11和12,盒体1的底部具有排列成一排的若干个呈矩形的出粉口13,用于排出显影剂;出粉口闸门2位于盒体1的内部,该出粉口闸门2上具有排列成一排的若干个呈矩形的连通口21,该出粉口闸门2的一端具有一圆筒22,该圆筒22的外圆周面上形成有外螺纹23;出粉口闸门2装配入盒体1内后,只可以沿盒体1的轴线来回移动而不可以转动。所述手柄3设于盒体1的轴线方向的一端,并通过其内螺纹31与所述出粉口闸门2一端的外螺纹23形成螺纹配合,使其仅可以转动而不可以沿盒体1的轴线移动,外螺纹23和内螺纹31的螺距根据出粉口13大小及手柄3的旋转角度而定。当所述手柄3转动时,其可带动出粉口闸门2沿盒体1的轴线方向来回移动,从而控制出粉口13的开启和关闭。
  参见图7,当上述显影剂盒处于未使用状态时,出粉口闸门2的连通口21与盒体1上的出粉口13错开,出粉口13处于关闭状态,使显影剂盒内的显影剂无法排出。参见图8,当显影剂盒被装入成像设备后,将手柄3转动一个角度,手柄3通过螺纹结构带动出粉口闸门2沿盒体1的轴线方向移动,使出粉口闸门的连通口21与盒体1上的出粉口13对齐,出粉口13处于开启状态,从而使显影剂盒内的显影剂可以补充进成像设备的显影装置内。当显影剂盒内的显影剂用完后,将手柄3向相反方向转动一个角度,手柄3通过螺纹结构带动出粉口闸门2沿盒体1轴线的相反方向移动,使出粉口闸门的连通口21与盒体1上的出粉口13再次错开,出粉口13重新恢复到图7所示的关闭状态,此时可将显影剂盒从成像设备中取出而不会发生漏粉的现象。
  以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的显影剂盒通过在手柄与出粉口闸门之间设置螺纹结构,而将手柄的转动转化成出粉口闸门的轴向移动,出粉口闸门受力均匀,移动平稳顺畅,克服了传统结构无法顺利打开出粉口的缺陷;同时,本发明的显影剂盒对出粉口闸门的材料硬度、韧性等要求不太高,可降低制造的成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 显影剂盒,用于向显影装置供应显影剂,该显影剂盒包括:
      盒体,具有用于排出所述显影剂的出粉口;
      出粉口闸门,通过移动来控制所述出粉口的开启和关闭;
      手柄,可转动地设于所述盒体的轴线方向的一端,用于控制所述出粉口闸门的移动;
      其特征在于:
      所述手柄与所述出粉口闸门的一端形成螺纹配合,当所述手柄旋转动时,其带动所述出粉口闸门沿所述盒体的轴线方向来回移动。
  2. 据权利要求1所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:  所述出粉口闸门位于所述盒体的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述手柄连接于所述出粉口闸门的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述出粉口有多个,所述多个出粉口在所述盒体的底部排列成一排。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述出粉口呈矩形。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述出粉口闸门上设有排列成一排的多个连通口,所述多个连通口选择性地与所述多个出粉口对齐或错开。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述出粉口闸门的一端具有一圆筒,该圆筒的外圆周面上形成有外螺纹。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显影剂盒,其特征在于:所述手柄上设有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
