过滤和分离用复合密封圈 技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤和分离用的密封元件, 特别是过滤器滤袋用的密封圈。 背景技术
袋式过滤器, 在各个行业被广泛使用。 作为密封元件, 密封圈是过滤器滤袋 关键部件。 密封圈的结构、 制造工艺以及釆用的材料'都会影响到密封效果。 通 常, 滤袋包括袋底 12和密封圈 11, 如图 1所示, 所述袋底 12是指用于过滤液体或气 体的部分, 使用可使部分分子结构或大小的液体或气体通过、 而另一部分分子结 构或大小的液体或气体无法通过的柔性材料制成, 如棉布袋底、 聚酯或聚丙烯无 纺布袋底等。 所述滤袋, 通常为采用硬质材料制成的支撑结构与袋底 12相缝合而 成, 例如将钢圈或塑料圈与袋底 12相缝合, 从而起到对袋底 12的支撑作用。 现有 技术中这种采用硬质材料与袋底相结合的结构, 由于硬质材料与袋底结合不够紧 密, 密封性能差, 容易造成被过滤液体的泄露, 过滤效果差, 往往需要反复过滤 方可达到要求的过滤效果, 造成生产效率低下; 对滤袋的反复使用, 也容易造成 滤袋使用寿命减少, 滤袋更换率增加, 从而增加了生产成本。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合密封圈, 这种密封圈不仅具有较好的支撑强 度, 同时具有较高的密封性。
本发明所提供的复合密封圈, 由硬质材料制成的骨架圈 (1)及由软质材料制成 的 O型圈 (2)组成, 所述 O型圈与所述骨架圈 (1 ) 为一体结构。 特别地, 所述 O型 圈 (2)固定在所述骨架圈 (1)的外侧, 所述骨架圈 (1)上部设有凸缘 (3), 所述 O型圈 (2) 的剖面为 C型且固定在所述凸缘 (3)外。 所述硬质材料选自天然塑料或人造塑料, 可以是聚丙烯 (PP ) 、 聚乙烯 (PE ) 、 甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、 聚四氟乙烯
(PTEE) 、 氯化聚丙烯 (PPC) 、 特富隆 (PTFE) 中的一种或多种。 所述软质材 料选自橡胶或硅胶材料, 可以是丁腈橡胶 (B-Buna N) 、 氟橡胶 (Vinton) 、 T- 聚四氟乙烯 (T-PTFE ) 、 S--硅橡胶 (S- Silicone rubber ) 及 E-三元乙丙橡胶
(EPDM) 中的一种或多种。

本实施例提供了一种过滤器滤袋, 包括袋底和密封圈, 如图 2所示, 所述密 封圈由硬质材料制成的骨架圈 1及由软质材料制成的 O型圈 2组成, 所述 O型固定在 所述骨架圈 1上且为一体结构, 从而形成一个复合结构的密封圈。 所述密封圈采用 不同硬度和弹性的复合材料制成。 所述复合材料是指将硬质材料和软质材料进行 改性, 采用注塑的方法使其复合成一体。 这样, 所述密封圈不但具有较强的刚性 及较好的强度, 支撑效果好, 而且具有更好的密封性能。 所述硬质材料可以是天 然塑料或人造塑料, 如聚丙烯 (PP ) 、 聚乙烯 (PE) 、 甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、 聚 四氟乙烯 (PTEE) 、 氯化聚丙烯 (PPC) 、 特富隆 (PTFE) 中的一种或多种。 所 述软质弹性材料可以是橡胶或硅胶材料, 如丁腈橡胶 (B-Bima N ) 、 氟橡胶 (Vinton) 、 T-聚四氟乙烯 (T-PTFE) 、 S--硅橡胶 ( S- Silicone rubber) 及 E-三元 乙丙橡胶 (EPDM) 中的一种或多种。 以上材料的选择, 除考虑到材料的强度和 密封性外, 还可根据该滤袋的使用行业, 考虑到所选材料的耐腐蚀行, 环保及卫 生要求, 且选取符合国际或国家认证 (如 ROHS、 PAHS认证) 的原料, 使该滤袋 可在食品、 药品或化工领域得到广泛的应用。
如图 2所示, 所述 0型圈 2固定在所述骨架圈 1的外侧。 这样, 由于 0型圈 2具有 较好的弹性和柔软度, 该由所述骨架圈 1及 O型圈 2构成的密封圈可与具有较大尺 寸误差的不同袋底很好的结合在一起, 不但密封性能好, 同时降低了生产过程中

如图 2或 3所示, 所述骨架圈 1上部设有凸缘 3, 所述 O型圈 2的剖面为 C型且固 定在所述凸缘 3外。 这样, 当袋底与所述密封圈压紧后, 具有较好弹性和密封性的 0型圈 2同时套设在所述骨架圈 1的外侧及顶部, 形成双面密封的结构, 更进一步 增加了密封圈与所述袋结合的紧密程度, 更进一步提高了密封圈的密封性能。 所 述 O型圈 2与袋底可采取热熔的方式结合为一体, 从而使密封圈与所述袋底结合为 一体, 密封性能进一步提高, 不会在所述袋顶部分发生被过滤液体或气体的泄 露, 使该滤袋符合精密过滤的要求。 所述骨架圈 1和 O型圈 2可为一体结构。 这 样, 在生产过程中密封圈一次成型, 减少了制造工艺, 提高了生产效率。 另外, 这种一体结构, 没有连接缝隙, 更进一步的增加了所述密封圈的密封性能。 根据 市场对过滤袋外观的要求, 所述 O型圈 2及骨架圈 1可制成各种颜色, 如红色、 黄 色、 蓝色、 灰色、 白色、 黑色、 绿色或其组合。

权利要求
1、 一种过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述密封圈 (11 ) 由硬质材料制 成的骨架圈(1)及由软质材料制成的 0型圈(2)组成, 所述 0型圈 (2) 与骨架圈 (1 ) 为一 体结构。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述 0型圈(2)固定 在所述骨架圈(1)的外侧。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述骨架圈(1) 上部设有凸缘 (3), 所述 0型圈(2)的剖面为 C型且固定在所述凸缘 (3)外。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述硬质材料选自 天然塑料或人造塑料。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述硬质材料为聚 丙烯 (PP) 、 聚乙烯 (PE) 、 甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)、 聚四氟乙烯 (PTEE) 、 氯化聚丙烯
(PPC) 、 特富隆 (PTFE) 中的一种或多种。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 其特征在于: 所述软质材料选自 橡胶或硅胶材料。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的过滤和分离用复合密封圈, 所述软质材料为丁腈橡胶 (B- Buna N) 、 氟橡胶 (Vinton ) 、 T-聚四氟乙烯 (T-PTFE ) 、 S—硅橡胶 (S- Silicone rubber) 及 E_三元乙丙橡胶 (EPDM) 中的一种或多种。
