Abstract

본 발명은 혈액, 생리학적 유체 등의 유체 샘플로부터 표적세포를 분리하여 채집하기 위한 스크린필터를 개시한다. 본 발명은 표적세포를 포함하고 있는 유체샘플을 수송하기 위한 통로와 관벽을 갖는 도관과, 도관의 내측에 설치되어 있으며, 표적세포를 여과하는 복수의 여과구멍들을 가지고, 표적세포가 포집되도록 표적세포의 흐름을 유도하는 스크린필터를 포함한다. 따라서 표적세포의 채집율이 크게 향상되므로, 인간의 혈액으로부터 표적세포를 채집하여 분석, 검사, 약물시험, 임상시험 등에 유용하게 채택할 수 있다.
