Abstract
본 발명은 코어/쉘 금속산화물 나노입자를 포함하는 효율적인 유기태양전지용 광활성층 용액의 제조방법과 광활성층 용액 및 이를 포함하는 유기태양전지와 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 기존의 PEDOT:PSS는 대면적의 기판에 균일하게 코팅하는 것이 어려웠으나, 본 발명에 따른 광활성층 용액을 사용함으로써, p형의 금속 산화물 나노입자를 광활성층에 직접 분산시켜 기존의 LbL (layer-by-layer) 형태의 유기태양전지와 유사한 효율을 나타낼 수 있으며, PEDOT:PSS와 같은 별도의 p 버퍼층을 증착할 필요가 없을 뿐만 아니라 간단한 습식공정만으로도 유기태양전지 제작이 가능함으로 비용절감의 효과가 있다. 또한 다양한 형태의 코팅방식을 통하여 적용제품을 선택할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
