Abstract

Ein Doppelkupplungsgetriebe für Kraftfahrzeuge. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ein sequenziell lastschaltbares Doppelkupplungsgetriebe mit mindestens neun Vorwärtsgängen für Fahrzeuge mit quer eingebautem Motor bereitzustellen, welches axial und radial kompakt baut und eine harmonische Stufungsreihe für ein Höchstmaß an Komfort und Zugkraft realisiert. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine spezielle Getriebestruktur, die für die Vorwärtsgänge lediglich vier Zahnradebenen (ZRE1, ZRE2, ZRE3, ZRE4) sowie vier beidseitig wirkende Schaltelementeinheiten (B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) und ein einzelnes Schaltelement nutzt. Des Weiteren sind die Durchmesser der acht Zahnräder (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15) der vier Zahnradebenen durch mehrfache Zahneingriffe in den Gängen eins und zwei sehr gering und die Bauteileanzahl ist durch eine Mehrfachnutzung zur Umsetzung der Vorwärtsgänge im Verhältnis zur Vorwärtsganganzahl niedrig. Zusätzlich kann durch die Kombination der Übersetzungsstufen für die neun lastschaltbaren Vorwärtsgänge ein komfortabler Übersetzungsverlauf des Getriebes erreicht werden.
