本发明涉及照明领域,尤其是指其灯体可拆卸式安装的灯具及该灯具的可拆卸式安装结构。
【背景技术】
现有的灯具包括壳体、灯体和灯座,壳体安装在天花或墙体内,灯体安装在灯座后通过锁定装置固定在壳体内。所述锁定装置包括壳体内的周向凸环、与凸环相配的支承体,支承体内设有搁置灯体与灯座的周向凸环、侧表面上设有凸起,所述壳体内的周向凸环设有与凸起相配的缺口。当支承体侧表面上的凸起穿过缺口、卡在壳体内的周向凸环时,所述灯体与灯座就固定在壳体内。另外,所述的支承体可由异形弹簧来代替,异形弹簧沿径向设有向外凸的凸起,当凸起卡在壳体侧面上的通孔时,所述灯体与灯座就固定在壳体内。然而,综观上述灯具的结构,光源安装和更换比较麻烦,灯具大量更换灯泡时更是如此。
因此,提供一种拆装结构简单、光源更换方便的灯具实为必要。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种拆装结构简单、光源更换方便的灯具及该灯具的可拆卸式安装结构。
为实现本发明目的,提供以下技术方案:
本发明灯具的可拆卸式安装结构,其包括相配合的卡爪组件和卡勾,所述卡爪组件包括壳体以及置于壳体内的卡爪本体,卡爪本体一端设有一对与卡勾配合的卡爪,卡爪上设有第一导引块和第二导引块,在第一导引块两侧开设有第一滑道和第二滑道,在第一导引块和第二导引块之间设有第三滑道,在该壳体上设有一端固定的触发杆,该触发杆另一端所设置的活动范围是可沿第一滑道滑至第三滑道,并可沿第三滑道滑至第二滑道,在壳体与卡爪本体之间设有复位弹簧。
该卡勾一般为箭头形结构,当卡勾推进卡爪时,将卡爪及卡爪本体整体往壳体内推进,固定在壳体上的触发杆沿第一滑道滑行至第三滑道,最后触发杆停留在第一导引块和第二导引块之间的第三滑道中,触发杆的作用力克服复位弹簧力将卡爪本体固定住,从而使卡爪两端卡紧卡勾。
可以通过第一导引块和第二导引块与触发杆的相对位置的设定来实现触发杆的上述运动轨迹。
也可以通过设计第一导引块和第二导引块的特定结构来实现该运动轨迹。该第一导引块顶端两侧设有不对称斜面(分别是面向第一滑道和第二滑道),该第一导引块的底端也设有不对称斜面。该第二导引块指向该第一导引块的底端,该第二导引块顶端也设有不对称斜面。通过所述不对称斜面对触发杆的导引作用来实现触发杆的上述运动轨迹。
进一步的,该壳体上设有滑槽,该卡爪本体上相应设有与之配合的第一凸块,该第一凸块上设有导引斜面。从而将卡爪本体可滑动地固定在壳体上。

请参阅图1~3,本发明可拆卸式安装结构包括相配合的卡爪组件和卡勾,所述卡爪组件包括壳体1以及置于壳体内的卡爪本体2,卡爪本体一端设有一对与卡勾配合的卡爪3,卡爪上设有第一导引块4和第二导引块5,在第一导引块两侧开设有第一滑道41和第二滑道42,在第一导引块和第二导引块之间设有第三滑道43,在该壳体上设有一端固定的触发杆6,在壳体与卡爪本体之间设有复位弹簧8。
该卡勾7一般为箭头形结构,如图4所示。当卡勾7推进卡爪3时,将卡爪3及卡爪本体2整体往壳体1内推进,固定在壳体上的触发杆6沿第一滑道41滑行至第三滑道43,最后触发杆停留在第一导引块和第二导引块之间的第三滑道中,触发杆6的作用力克服复位弹簧力8将卡爪本体2固定住,从而使卡爪两端卡紧卡勾。

或者是设有筒罩的嵌入式防火灯具,如图4~6所示。对于一般嵌入式灯具,所述卡勾和卡爪组件相配合的分别固定在灯体或灯座上;对于嵌入式防火灯具,所述卡勾和卡爪组件相配合的分别固定在灯体或筒罩上。
该卡勾可以通过一体成型工艺或通过铆接或螺钉固定的方式固定在灯体上。该卡爪组件也可以通过铆接或螺钉固定的方式固定在灯座或筒罩上。
