Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates generally to the field of lighting, and specifically to a lamp having a detachable installed lamp body and a detachable installation structure thereof.
- An existing lamp in the art includes a housing, a lamp body and lamp holder. The housing is installed in the ceiling or wall, and the lamp body is installed on the lamp holder which is then fixed in the housing by a locking device. The locking device includes a circumferential convex ring in the housing and a support matching the convex ring. A circumferential convex ring is arranged inside the support for receiving the lamp body and the lamp holder, and a projection is arranged on the side surface of the support. A gap for receiving the projection is arranged in the circumferential convex ring in the housing. When the projection on the side surface of the support passes through the gap and is chucked in the circumferential convex ring inside the housing, the lamp body and lamp holder are fixed in the hosing. In addition, the support can be replaced by a wire spring which is radially equipped with a cambered outwards projection. When the projection is chucked in the hole provided in the side surface of the housing, the lamp body and lamp holder are fixed in the hosing. However, due to the structure of the above lamp, it is difficult to install and replace light sources, especially when a large amount of light bulbs of the lamp need to be replaced.
- Therefore, it is necessary to provide a lamp having a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources.
- The object of the invention is to provide a lamp having a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources, and detachable installation structure thereof.
- In order to achieve the purpose of the present invention, the following solution is presented.
- A detachable installation structure of a lamp of the present invention includes a claw assembly and a hook cooperating with each other; the claw assembly includes a housing and a claw body placed inside the housing; one end of the claw body is provided with a pair of claws that cooperates with the hook; the claws are provided with a first guide block and a second guide block; a first slideway and a second slideway are provided in the two sides of the first guide block, and a third slideway is provided between the first guide block and the second guide block; the housing is provided with a trigger rod, which has one end fixed and the other end slidable along the first slideway to the third slideway and along the third slideway to the second slideway; a return spring is provided between the housing and the claw body.
- Preferably, the hook generally has an arrow shaped structure. When the hook is pushed into the claw, the claw and the claw body as a whole will be pushed into the housing; the trigger rod fixed on the housing will slip to the third slideway along the first slideway, and finally stop in the third slideway between the first guide block and the second guide block; the acting force of the trigger rod overcomes the force of the return spring to fix the claw body, so that the hook is chucked by the two ends of the claw.
- Preferably, the above-mentioned motion trail of the trigger rod can be achieved by setting the positions of the first guide block and the second guide block relative to the trigger rod.
- Optionally, the motion trail of the trigger rod also can be achieved by designing certain structures of the first guide block and the second guide block. Two sides of the top of the first guide block is provided with asymmetric slopes respectively facing the first slideway and the second slideway, and the bottom of the first guide block is also provided with a asymmetric slope. The second guide block points to the bottom of the first guide block, and the top of the second guide block is also provided with an asymmetric slope. The above motion trail of the trigger rod can be achieved by the guide function of the asymmetric slope to the trigger rod.
- Preferably, the housing is provided with a chute, the claw body is provided with a first bump matching the chute, and the first bump is provided with a guide slope, so the claw body can be slidably fixed on the housing.
- Preferably, a positioning rod is provided inside the housing, the return spring is sleeving on the positioning rod. Further, the claw body is provided with a hole, and the positioning rod inserts into the hole, so as to stabilize the motion trail of the claw body.
- According to a further aspect of the invention, the present invention also provides a lamp, which may be a general lamp or a general recessed lamp including a lamp body and a lamp holder, or a recessed fire protected lamp provided with a cylinder-shaped lampshade, and the lamp further includes the above detachable installation structure. For a general lamp or a general recessed lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder respectively. For a recessed fire protected lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can also be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the cylinder-shaped lampshade respectively, wherein the claw assembly can be mounted on the wall of the cylinder-shaped lampshade, or be mounted on the top of the cylinder-shaped lampshade, and accordingly, the hook is mounted on the top of the lamp body. For a recessed fire protected lamp, the hook and the claw assembly can also be cooperatively fixed on the lamp body or the lamp holder respectively.
- The hook can be integral with the lamp body or fixed on the lamp body by a rivet or screw. Alternatively, the claw assembly can be fixed on the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade by a rivet or screw. In addition, the claw assembly can also be mounted by such means: the housing is provided with a second bump, the second bump is provided with a guide slope, the lamp holder or the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a fixed structure matching the second bump, and the fixed structure can be an opening, slot, chute, fixed block, etc. matching the second bump.
- The lamp installed with a detachable installation structure can be provided with two or more detachable installation structures as mentioned above, or can be provided with only one detachable installation structure as mentioned above. For example, in an assembling of the lamp body and the cylinder-shaped lampshade in an application of a recessed fire protected lamp, one side of the lamp body is provided with a hook of the detachable installation structure, and on a corresponding side an inner wall of the cylinder-shaped lampshade is provided with a claw assembly; the other side of the lamp body can be connected to the other side of the cylinder-shaped lampshade by means of hinge or bolt.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages.
- The present invention has a simply assemble and disassemble structure and easily replaceable light sources. For a lamp having the detachable installation structure, as long as a push force is applied on the lamp body, the latter can be fixed to the lamp holder or the lampshade. Similarly, the disassembly can be realized by pushing the lamp body. The operation process is simple and convenient for the installation and replacement of light sources, which effectively improves the installer's work efficiency, and greatly reduces the installation cost.
