现有的 LED灯泡, 工作时会产生大量的热量, 这些热量如果不 及时散发出去, 将会影响 LED灯泡的使用寿命。然而, 现有的 LED 灯泡, 其灯座的散热效果并不理想。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种可用于 LED灯泡, 散热效果理想的散热片。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 一种散 热片, 它包括铝合金散热体, 铝合金散热体内部开始有连通上端和 下端的安装通孔, 铝合金散热体外侧壁设置有散热鳍片。
所述散热鳍片的外侧边为曲形边。
所述散热鳍片的外侧边为弧形边。 所述铝合金散热体的上端的面积大于下端的面积。

实施例一, 如图 1和图 2所示, 一种散热片, 它包括铝合金散 热体 1,铝合金散热体 1内部开始有连通上端和下端的安装通孔 10, 铝合金散热体 1外侧壁设置有散热鳍片 11。 本实用新型所述一种散 热片可应用于 LED灯泡, 其散热鳍片 11的外侧边为曲形边, 铝合 金散热体 1的上端的面积大于下端的面积, 整体外形与 LED灯泡的 外形搭配合理。
作为优选的实施方式,所述安装通孔 10的孔壁开设有与安装通 孔 10的孔轴平行的嵌装槽 12, 嵌装槽 12用于灯头的导向安装。 所 述铝合金散热体 1的下端开设有安装沉台 13,安装沉台 13用于安装 LED灯和灯罩。将上述结构的散热片应用于 LED灯泡,灯头装设于 铝合金散热体 1的上端并穿过安装通孔 10, LED灯和灯罩装设于铝 合金散热体 1的下端, 工作时, LED灯所产生的大量热量经由铝合 金散热体 1散热至外部, 其中, 安装通孔 10和散热鳍片 11能大大 提高散热效果, 因此, 本实用新型可用于 LED灯泡, 且散热效果理 想, 可提高 LED灯泡的使用寿命。
实施例二, 如图 3所示, 与实施例一的不同之处在于, 本实施 例二所述一种散热片, 其散热鳍片 11的外侧边为弧形边, 同样能使 得散热片整体外形与 LED灯泡的外形搭配合理。当然,散热鳍片 11 的外侧边还可以为其它形状。
