背景技术:
照明灯泡已广泛应用于城市道路、庭院、走道、车库、办公场所、公共场所等场合的照明,给人们的生活带来诸多便利。常用的照明灯泡类型有钨丝灯泡、日光灯和LED灯泡等,其中LED灯泡因具有高效、安全、节能、环保、寿命长、响应速度快等优点,已逐渐成为应用最广泛的照明灯泡。
现有的LED灯泡,工作时会产生大量的热量,这些热量如果不及时散发出去,将会影响LED灯泡的使用寿命。然而,现有的LED灯泡,其灯座的散热效果并不理想。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可用于LED灯泡,散热效果理想的散热片。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:一种散热片,它包括铝合金散热体,铝合金散热体内部开始有连通上端和下端的安装通孔,铝合金散热体外侧壁设置有散热鳍片。
所述散热鳍片的外侧边为曲形边。
所述散热鳍片的外侧边为弧形边。
所述铝合金散热体的上端的面积大于下端的面积。
所述安装通孔的孔壁开设有与安装通孔的孔轴平行的嵌装槽。
所述铝合金散热体的下端开设有安装沉台。
本实用新型有益效果为:所述的一种散热片,它包括铝合金散热体,铝合金散热体内部开始有连通上端和下端的安装通孔,铝合金散热体外侧壁设置有散热鳍片。将上述结构的散热片应用于LED灯泡,灯头装设于铝合金散热体的上端并穿过安装通孔,LED灯和灯罩装设于铝合金散热体的下端,工作时,LED灯所产生的大量热量经由铝合金散热体散热至外部,其中,安装通孔和散热鳍片能大大提高散热效果,因此,本实用新型可用于LED灯泡,且散热效果理想,可提高LED灯泡的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
实施例一,如图1和图2所示,一种散热片,它包括铝合金散热体1,铝合金散热体1内部开始有连通上端和下端的安装通孔10,铝合金散热体1外侧壁设置有散热鳍片11。本实用新型所述一种散热片可应用于LED灯泡,其散热鳍片11的外侧边为曲形边,铝合金散热体1的上端的面积大于下端的面积,整体外形与LED灯泡的外形搭配合理。
作为优选的实施方式,所述安装通孔10的孔壁开设有与安装通孔10的孔轴平行的嵌装槽12,嵌装槽12用于灯头的导向安装。所述铝合金散热体1的下端开设有安装沉台13,安装沉台13用于安装LED灯和灯罩。将上述结构的散热片应用于LED灯泡,灯头装设于铝合金散热体1的上端并穿过安装通孔10,LED灯和灯罩装设于铝合金散热体1的下端,工作时,LED灯所产生的大量热量经由铝合金散热体1散热至外部,其中,安装通孔10和散热鳍片11能大大提高散热效果,因此,本实用新型可用于LED灯泡,且散热效果理想,可提高LED灯泡的使用寿命。
实施例二,如图3所示,与实施例一的不同之处在于,本实施例二所述一种散热片,其散热鳍片11的外侧边为弧形边,同样能使得散热片整体外形与LED灯泡的外形搭配合理。当然,散热鳍片11的外侧边还可以为其它形状。

1.一种散热片,其特征在于:它包括铝合金散热体(1),铝合金散热体(1)内部开始有连通上端和下端的安装通孔(10),铝合金散热体(1)外侧壁设置有散热鳍片(11)。

4.根据权利要3所述的一种散热片,其特征在于:所述铝合金散热体(1)的上端的面积大于下端的面积。
5.根据权利要4所述的一种散热片,其特征在于:所述安装通孔(10)的孔壁开设有与安装通孔(10)的孔轴平行的嵌装槽(12)。
6.根据权利要4所述的一种散热片,其特征在于:所述铝合金散热体(1)的下端开设有安装沉台(13)。
