Abstract

The invention refers to a device for producing and accumulating of electricity, where each hydroelectric power plant (11, 12, 13) consists of a dam (111, 121, 131) with a turbine (112, 122, 132) which is mechanically interconnected with an alternator (113, 123, 133), which is via appropriate switchboard (5) connected to each electricity dispatching system, wherein an accumulating basin (110, 120, 130) is foreseen behind/above each dam (111, 121, 131) in which the level of accumulated water is located at each disposable height potential (H1, H2, H3), wherein such power plant includes a reverse conduit (115, 125, 135) with integrated pump (114, 124, 125) which is adapted for pumping the water from the area below, i.e. in front of each dam (111, 121, 131) and behind the turbine (112, 122, 132) into an area above, i.e. behind the dam (111, 121, 131), wherein said pump (114, 124, 134) is thanks to a control unit (4) powered by energy resulting from at least one photovoltaic power plant (2) and/or at least one wind power plant (3) or optionally from said electricity dispatching system, to which said alternator (113, 123, 133) is connected via said switchboard (5) of the hydroelectric power plant (11, 12, 13).
