Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 트레이용 이중 걸림 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에 있어서 듀얼 록(DUAL LOCK) 회전 방식의 잠금장치는 자동차 글로브 박스용으로만 개발된 상태이고, 부피가 커서 자동차 트레이용으로는 적합하지 않은 문제가 있었던 바, 트레이 개폐 뚜껑에 고정 설치되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 중앙부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 노브와, 상기 하우징의 내부 양측에 각각 좌우방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 노브의 회전에 의해 하우징의 내측 방향으로 이동되어 개폐 뚜껑의 잠금을 해제하는 스트라이커와, 상기 스트라이커의 선단부가 개폐 뚜껑의 외부로 돌출되도록 탄성 지지하는 스트라이커 스프링과, 상기 노브를 회동 개폐를 탄성 지지하는 노브 스프링으로 이루어지며, 노브가 회전할 때에 노브 또는 스트라이커의 어느 한 쪽에 마련된 돌출부가 다른 쪽에 마련된 경사면과 작용하여 스트라이커를 하우징의 내측 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 트레이 개폐 뚜껑의 잠금을 해제시키는 것 등을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 자동차 트레이용 이중 잠금 장치에 의하면 노브를 통해 스트라이커를 하우징 내측으로 이동시켜 트레이 개폐 뚜껑을 잠금을 간편하게 해제할 수 있게 되며, 적은 수의 부품과 간단한 구조로 자동차 트레이에 적용할 수 있게 되어 자동차의 원가 절감과 상품성 향상을 도모할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다.
