Abstract

본 고안은 간단한 구성의 다기능 로우프 밴드 운동기구 하나로 완력기, 아령 등을 이용해야 했던 다양한 근육단련운동을 간편하게 수행할 수 있으며 유산소 운동으로 줄넘기, 스트레칭, 재활 트레이닝등 다양한 운동유형에 따라 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 한 다기능 로우프 밴드 운동기구서, 일체로 각각 조립되어 분리가 가능한 복수개의 손잡이(10)와, 상기 손잡이(10)의 어느 일부분에 형성되어 로우프 밴드(2)의 길이를 조절해주기 위한 길이조절홈(11)과, 상기 길이조절홈(11)의 어느 일부분에 설치되어 줄넘기용 줄을 원활하게 이동시켜 주기 위한 회전롤러(20)로 구성된다.
