Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Katalyseapparatur zur Testung von Katalysatoren mit variabler Prozessdruckeinstellung über einen Druckbereich von 0,01 Millibar bis 300 bar. Vorzugsweise verfügt die Vorrichtung über eine Mehrzahl von parallel angeordneten Reaktionsräumen (101, 102,...), deren reaktionsraumausgangsseitige Leitungen (211, 212,...) in zwei Gruppen von Unterleitungen aufgeteilt sind. Die eine Gruppe von Hauptleitungen (411, 412,...) steht mit einem allen Hauptleitungen gemeinsamen Regelventil (61) und einer Abluftleitung (62) in Wirkverbindung, und die zweite Gruppe von Nebenleitungen (311, 312, 313,...) und Schaltventilen (321, 322,...) steht mit einer Analyseneinheit (34) in Wirkverbindung. Vorzugsweise sind reaktionsraumausgangsseitige Leitungen (201, 202,...) jeweils mit einer separaten Leitungen zur Regelfluidzufuhr (211, 212,...) ausgestattet. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weisen die Verbindungspunkte von den reaktionsraumausgangsseitigen Leitungen (201, 202,...) zu den jeweiligen Hauptleitungen (411, 412,...) und Nebenleitungen (311, 312,...) jeweils einen Mischbehälter (301, 302,...) auf.
