然而,发明人在实践中发现, 目前各种电信设备的安装支架都是与具体电 信设备一起定制的,仅与具体电信设备的尺寸相适配, 而与其他电信设备的尺 寸无法适配, 不具备通用性。
发明内容
本发明实施例中提供了一种安装支架, 能够与各种电信设备的尺寸相适 配, 具备通用性。
一种安装支架, 包括:
与第一方向平行的滑道 1 , 滑道 2, 与第二方向平行的滑道 3以及滑道 4, 所述滑道 1 , 滑道 2与所述滑道 3 , 滑道 4上均设有 C型滑道;

与第一方向平行的滑道 1 , 滑道 2, 与第二方向平行的滑道 3以及滑道 4, 所述滑道 1 , 滑道 2与所述滑道 3, 滑道 4上均设有 C型滑道;
所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4各自的两端可分别沿着所述滑道 1和所述滑道 2 的 C型滑道在第一方向上移动, 并通过滑道紧固结构与所述滑道 1及所述滑 道 2固定;
所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4的 C型滑道上分别装载至少一个用于固定设备 的设备紧固结构,而且所述设备紧固结构可沿着所述滑道 3或所述滑道 4的 C 型滑道在第二方向上移动。
其中, 第一方向可以与第二方向垂直; 各个滑道的 C型滑道的开口的指 向相同 (如图上都朝上)。 这里的 C型为近似于 "匚二]" 的形状。
上述滑道紧固结构包括 T型螺栓和 U型开口销; 滑道 3及滑道 4的至少 一端通过 T型螺栓和 U型开口销与滑道 1或滑道 2固定。 U型开口销倒置在 下层滑道的 C型滑道内, T型螺栓穿过第一 U型开口销, 通过 T型螺栓的螺 帽紧压上层滑道的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面, 或紧压上层滑道的 C型滑道的 内底面; 第一 U型开口销的外表面与下层滑道的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧 压; 其中, 上层滑道为滑道 3或滑道 4, 下层滑道为上层滑道通过滑道紧固结 构连接的对应的滑道 1或滑道 2。
或者,上述滑道紧固结构包括 T型螺栓和方型螺母; 滑道 3及滑道 4的至 少一端通过 T型螺栓和方型螺母与滑道 1或滑道 2固定。 T型螺栓穿过方型螺 母, 将上层滑道的一端紧压下层滑道; 方型螺母紧压上层滑道的外底面; T型 螺栓的螺帽紧压上层滑道的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面, 或紧压上层滑道的 C 型滑道的内底面。
上述设备紧固结构可以是组合螺栓。
具体的, 参见图 1 , 本发明实施例包括: 截面为 C型的滑道 1、 滑道 2、 滑道 3以及滑道 4; 其中, 滑道 1与滑道 2平行, 滑道 3与滑道 4平行; 滑道 3、 滑道 4的两 端分别连接滑道 1、 滑道 2;
如图 1所示, 滑道 3垂直于滑道 1和滑道 2, 滑道 4垂直于滑道 1和滑道 2。 可选的, 本实施例中, 滑道 1、 滑道 2、 滑道 3以及滑道 4的尺寸是完全相 同的。
其中, 滑道 3、 滑道 4的两端可沿着滑道 1和滑道 2的 C型滑道移动; 其中, 滑道 3的 C型滑道上装载至少一个用于固定设备(下文以电信设 备为例进行说明 ) 的组合螺栓, 而且该组合螺栓可沿着滑道 3的 C型滑道移 动;
其中, 滑道 4的 C型滑道上装载至少一个用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓, 而且该组合螺栓可沿着滑道 4的 C型滑道左右移动。
其中, 滑道 1、 滑道 2、 滑道 3以及滑道 4的 C型滑道的开口的指向是相 同的 (如图 1中都向上), 即滑道 1、 滑道 2、 滑道 3以及滑道 4的 C型滑道 的开口均指向安装电信设备的一侧。 如图 1所示的安装支架, 还可以包括安装挂耳 1~4;
其中, 安装挂耳 1的一边与滑道 1的一端固定连接, 安装挂耳 2的一边与 滑道 1的另一端固定连接; 安装挂耳 3的一边与滑道 2的一端固定连接, 安装 挂耳 4的一边与滑道 2的另一端固定连接。
其中,安装挂耳 1~4的另一边可以和固定物(如座架、墙壁等)固定连接, 使得安装支架可以通过安装挂耳固定在固定物上。
本发明实施例中,调节滑道 3和 /或滑道 4沿着相互平行的滑道 1和滑道 2 的 C型滑道前后移动可以适配各种电信设备的长度;调节滑道 3和滑道 4的 C 型滑道上装载至少一个用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓左右移动可以适配各种 电信设备的宽度;而且本发明实施例中提供的安装支架可以作为安装各种电信 设备的底座, 能够适配各种电信设备的高度,从而可以和各种电信设备的尺寸 相适配, 具备通用性。
请参阅图 2, 图 2为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3—端与滑道 1一种连接 的示意图 (从图 1箭头 R1方向进行侧视)。
如图 2所示, 滑道 3的一端通过第一 T型螺栓和第一 U型开口销连接滑 道 1; 其中, 第一 U型开口销倒置在滑道 1的 C型滑道内, 第一 T型螺栓穿 过第一 U型开口销, 将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1。 具体地, 第一 T型螺栓的螺 帽紧压滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面, 第一 U型开口销的外表面与滑道 1的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
本发明实施例中, 第一 U型开口销具有一定的厚度, 而且第一 T型螺栓 (表面具有螺纹)是通过第一 U型开口销上的螺纹孔(图 2未画出)旋转穿 过第一 U型开口销的。 另外, 第一 U型开口销的宽度应尽量接近滑道 1的 C 型滑道的宽度, 以使第一 T型螺栓旋转穿过第一 U型开口销上的螺纹孔时, 第一 U型开口销由于其左右两侧面与 C型滑道抵触作用, 不会随着第一 T型 螺栓的旋转而发射转动,从而实现第一 T型螺栓在滑道 1的 C型滑道的定位。
相应地, 滑道 3的另一端也可以通过图 2所示的连接方式与滑道 2连接。 其中,滑道 3的另一端通过第二 T型螺栓和第二 U型开口销连接滑道 2;其中, 第二 U型开口销倒置在滑道 2的 C型滑道内, 第二 T型螺栓穿过第二 U型开 口销, 将滑道 3的另一端紧压滑道 2。 具体地, 第二 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面; 第二 U型开口销的外表面与滑道 2的 C型滑 道的开口侧内表面紧压。
本发明实施例中, 上述的第二 T型螺栓的结构与第一 T型螺栓的结构相 同, 第二 U型开口销的结构与第一 U型开口销的结构相同; 第二 T型螺栓旋 转穿过第二 U型开口销上的螺纹孔时, 第二 U型开口销由于其左右两侧面与 C型滑道抵触作用, 不会随着第二 T型螺栓的旋转而发射转动,从而实现第二 T型螺栓在滑道 2的 C型滑道的定位。
请参阅图 3, 图 3为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3—端与滑道 1另一种连 接的示意图。
如图 3所示, 第一 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型滑道的内底面, 第 一 U型开口销的外表面与滑道 1的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压, 实现将滑 道 3的一端紧压滑道 1。 本发明实施例中,滑道 3的另一端与滑道 2另一种连接的示意图也可以和 图 3类似。 具体地, 第二 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧外 表面; 第二 U型开口销的外表面与滑道 2的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。 实现将滑道 3的另一端紧压滑道 2。
本发明实施例中, 滑道 4与滑道 2的连接方式可以和图 2、 图 3相同。 请参阅图 4, 图 4为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3—端与滑道 1又一种连 接的示意图。
如图 4所示,滑道 3的一端通过第一 T型螺栓和第一方型螺母连接滑道 1; 其中,第一 T型螺栓穿过第一方型螺母,将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1 ;具体地, 第一方型螺母紧压滑道 1的外底面, 第一 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型 滑道的开口侧外表面, 实现将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1。
相应地, 滑道 3的另一端也可以通过图 4所示的连接方式与滑道 2连接。 其中,滑道 3的另一端通过第二 T型螺栓和第二方型螺母连接滑道 2;具体地, 第二 T型螺栓穿过第二方型螺母, 将滑道 3的另一端紧压滑道 2; 第二方型螺 母紧压滑道 2的外底面, 第二 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压所述滑道 3的 C型滑道的 开口侧外表面, 实现将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1。
请参阅图 5 , 图 5为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3—端与滑道 1又一种连 接的示意图。
如图 5所示,滑道 3的一端通过第一 T型螺栓和第一方型螺母连接滑道 1; 其中,第一 T型螺栓穿过第一方型螺母,将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1 ;具体地, 第一方型螺母紧压滑道 1的外底面, 第一 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型 滑道的内底面, 实现将滑道 3的一端紧压滑道 1。
相应地, 滑道 3的另一端也可以通过图 5所示的连接方式与滑道 2连接。 其中,滑道 3的另一端通过第二 T型螺栓和第二方型螺母连接滑道 2;具体地, 第二 T型螺栓穿过第二方型螺母, 将滑道 3的另一端紧压滑道 2; 第二方型螺 母紧压滑道 2的外底面, 第二 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压滑道 3的 C型滑道的内底 面, 实现将滑道 3的另一端紧压滑道 2。
本发明实施例中, 滑道 4与滑道 2的连接方式可以和图 4、 图 5相同。 请参阅图 6, 图 6为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3的 C型滑道上装载用于 固定设备的组合螺栓的一种示意图。
如图 6所示, 滑道 3的 C型滑道上装载的用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓 由 T型螺栓和 U型开口销组成; 其中, U型开口销倒置在滑道 3的 C型滑道 内, T型螺栓穿过 U型开口销, 当 T型螺栓被旋转至适当位置时 U型开口销 的外表面与滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
相应地, 滑道 4的 C型滑道上装载用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓的示意 图可以和图 6相同:
即滑道 4的 C型滑道上装载的用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓由 T型螺栓 和 U型开口销组成; 其中, U型开口销倒置在滑道 4的 C型滑道内, T型螺 栓穿过 U型开口销, 当 T型螺栓被旋转至适当位置时 U型开口销的外表面与 滑道 4的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
当安装电信设备时, 先调节滑道 3、 滑道 4的 C型滑道上的组合螺栓左右 移动, 以适配电信设备的宽度, 然后分别旋转滑道 3、 滑道 4的 C型滑道上的 组合螺栓中的 T型螺栓, 直到 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压电信设备的连接面, 滑道 3 的 C型滑道内倒置的 U型开口销的外表面紧压 C型滑道的开口侧内表面以及 滑道 4的 C型滑道内倒置的 U型开口销的外表面紧压 C型滑道的开口侧内表 面, 实现电信设备的固定安装。
请参阅图 7, 图 7为本发明实施例中提供的滑道 3的 C型滑道上装载用于 固定电信设备的组合螺栓的另一种示意图。
如图 7所示, 滑道 3的 C型滑道上装载的用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓 由 T型螺栓、 U型开口销、 方型螺母组成; 其中, U型开口销倒置在滑道 3 的 C型滑道内, T型螺栓穿过 U型开口销, 并从滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口伸 出, T型螺栓的螺帽与 U型开口销的内表面固定连接; 方型螺母可沿着伸出的 T型螺栓上下旋转, 当方型螺母旋转至适当位置时, U型开口销的外表面与滑 道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
需要说明的是, 图 7所示的为在固定过程当中的一个中间状态示意图, 随 着螺母的沿着 T型螺栓的旋转, 会将 U型开口销与滑道 3开口侧相互紧压。 相应地, 滑道 4的 C型滑道上装载用于固定电信设备的组合螺栓的示意 图可以和图 7相同。
本发明实施例中, 当滑道 3、 滑道 4的 C型滑道上采用图 7所示的方式装 载组合螺栓时,如果 T型螺栓足够长,则可以兼容连接面厚度不一样的各种电 信设备的安装。
请参阅图 8, 图 8为本发明实施例中提供的一种用于固定上述安装支架的 立体座架。
如图 8所示, 该立体座架中结构相同的支撑杆 1~4垂直于地面; 而且支撑 杆 1与安装挂耳 1的另一边固定连接,支撑杆 2与安装挂耳 2的另一边固定连 接, 支撑杆 3与安装挂耳 3的另一边固定连接, 支撑杆 4与安装挂耳 4的另一 边固定连接,使得滑道 1和滑道 2平行于地面固定, 即安装支架可以平行固定 在该立体座架上。
如图 8所示, 该立体座架中还包括若干连接杆, 连接杆用于将支撑杆 1~4 固定, 使得支撑杆 1~4可以垂直于地面。
本实施例中, 上述的立体支架中, 每一个支撑杆由二个 "[" 型槽构成, 其中, 每一个支撑杆的二个 "[" 型槽的方向相反, 并且共用一个连接面; 其 中, 每一个 "[" 型槽的沿长度方向上按模数布局重复孔, 如图 9所示, 所述 重复孔用于与所述安装挂耳配合此所述滑道 1和滑道 2平行于地面固定。
以上对本发明实施例中提供的一种安装支架进行了详细介绍,本发明实施 例中以电信设备为例进行介绍, 事实上, 本发明实施例并不仅限于电信设备, 其他室内设备或室外设备都可以采用本发明实施例进行安装固定。本文中应用 了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用 于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种安装支架, 其特征在于, 包括:
与第一方向平行的滑道 1 , 滑道 2, 与第二方向平行的滑道 3以及滑道 4, 所述滑道 1 , 滑道 2与所述滑道 3, 滑道 4上均设有 C型滑道;
所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4各自的两端可分别沿着所述滑道 1和所述滑道 2 的 C型滑道在第一方向上移动, 并通过滑道紧固结构与所述滑道 1及所述滑 道 2固定;
所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4的 C型滑道上分别装载至少一个用于固定设备 的设备紧固结构,而且所述设备紧固结构可沿着所述滑道 3或所述滑道 4的 C 型滑道在第二方向上移动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 所述第一方向与第二 方向垂直。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 所述滑道 1 , 所述滑 道 2, 所述滑道 3以及所述滑道 4的 C型滑道的开口的指向相同。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 其特征在于:
所述滑道紧固结构包括 T型螺栓和 U型开口销;所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4 的至少一端通过所述 T型螺栓和 U型开口销与所述滑道 1或所述滑道 2固定。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的安装支架; 所述 U型开口销倒置在下层滑道的 C 型滑道内, 所述 T型螺栓穿过所述第一 U型开口销, 通过所述 T型螺栓的螺 帽紧压所述上层滑道的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面, 或紧压所述上层滑道的 C 型滑道的内底面; 所述第一 U型开口销的外表面与所述下层滑道的 C型滑道 的开口侧内表面紧压;
其中, 所述上层滑道为滑道 3或滑道 4, 所述下层滑道为所述上层滑道通 过滑道紧固结构连接的对应的滑道 1或滑道 2。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 所述紧固结构包括 T型螺栓和方型螺 母;所述滑道 3及所述滑道 4的至少一端通过所述 T型螺栓和所述方型螺母与 所述滑道 1或所述滑道 2固定。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的安装支架, 所述 T型螺栓穿过所述方型螺母, 将 所述上层滑道的一端紧压所述下层滑道;所述方型螺母紧压所述上层滑道的外 底面; 所述 T型螺栓的螺帽紧压所述上层滑道的 C型滑道的开口侧外表面, 或紧压所述上层滑道的 c型滑道的内底面;
其中, 所述上层滑道为滑道 3或滑道 4, 所述下层滑道为所述上层滑道通 过滑道紧固结构连接的对应的滑道 1或滑道 2。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 所述滑道 3或所述滑 道 4的 C型滑道上装载的用于固定设备的设备紧固结构由 T型螺栓和 U型开 口销组成;
所述 U型开口销倒置在滑道 3或所述滑道 4的 C型滑道内, 所述 T型螺 栓穿过 U型开口销, 当 T型螺栓被旋转至适当位置时 U型开口销的外表面与 滑道 3的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 所述滑道 3或所述滑 道 4的 C型滑道上装载的用于固定设备的设备紧固结构由 T型螺栓、 U型开 口销、 方型螺母组成;
所述 U型开口销倒置在滑道 3或所述滑道 4的 C型滑道内, 所述 T型螺 栓的螺帽位于所述 U型开口销内, 所述 T型螺栓穿过所述 U型开口销, 并从 所述滑道 3或所述滑道 4的 C型滑道的开口伸出, 所述 T型螺栓的螺帽与所 述 U型开口销的内表面固定连接; 所述方型螺母可沿着伸出的螺栓上下旋转, 当所述方型螺母旋转至适当位置时, 所述 U型开口销的外表面与滑道 3或所 述滑道 4的 C型滑道的开口侧内表面紧压。
10、 根据权利要求 1-9任意一项所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 还包括多 个安装挂耳, 用于将所述滑道 1与滑道 2安装于固定物。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的安装支架, 其特征在于, 还包括立体座架, 所述立体座架上设有多个支撑杆, 所述支撑杆沿长度方向上设有重复孔, 所述 重复孔用于与所述安装挂耳配合此所述滑道 1和滑道 2平行于地面固定。
