如图 3所示为插针保护套与插头结合部构造示意图, 图 3 中, 插头 3 设置有锁头锁定构件 32, 用于锁定插针保护套 1设置的锁头 12, 实现插头 与插针保护套的互锁。 图 3中, 插针保护套 1还设置有弹力架 14, 用于当 插针保护套与插头一起向下运动至插座底部时, 将插针保护套与插座底板 撑开, 以保持插针保护套与插座底板间的间隔, 避免插针保护套与插座底 板直接接触, 以便对插针进行保护。 图 4为本发明装置的插座、 插针保护 套与插头间互锁解锁原理示意图, 插座 2侧板 21上设置有解锁构件 23 , 用 于对插针保护套与插头的互锁进行解锁, 插针保护套 1设置的锁头 12上设 置有弹力槽 121 , 锁头顶端为铲形构件 122。 这里需要指出的是: 在锁头 12 上开挖的弹力槽 121 , 可以釆用内切面弧形设计,设置有弹力槽 121的好处 是, 弹力更为均匀, 不会伤害锁头 12, 从而不仅可以使锁头与锁头锁定构 件的互锁更方便有力, 且延长锁头 12的寿命。
结合上述图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4, 对本发明插头和插座结合过程中, 以下本发明装置的工作原理进行阐述。
具体的, 静态情况下, 插针 22的顶端, 被固定在插针保护套 1的固定 孔 13内, 当有插头 3在插入插座 2的过程中, 插针保护套 1随插头 3—起 向插座 2底部运动, 固定孔 13也顺应插针 22, 一直从插针 22的顶端运动 到插针 22的底端, 在整个运动过程中, 尤其是当插头 3接触到插针 22顶 端的一瞬间, 插针保护套 1的固定孔 13将起到保护插针 22的作用。 为了 使插头 3离开插座 2时, 插针保护套 1重新回到插针 22的顶端, 在插头 3 上设计了锁头锁定构件 32, 在插头 3到达插座 2底部的时候, 插头 3 自带 的锁头锁定构件 32与插针保护套 1 自带的锁头 12互相挤压, 进而实现插 针保护套 1与插头 3间的互锁。 当插头 3从插座 2内拔出的时候, 由于插 针保护套 1与插头 3互锁, 因此, 插针保护套 1会随插头 3—起运动, 当 到达插座 2顶端的时候, 为了让插针保护套 1与插头 3顺利解锁, 在插座 2 两侧壁的顶端,设计有解锁构件 23 , 插头 3 自带的锁头锁定构件 32与插针 保护套 1 自带的锁头 12构成的互锁装置会在解锁构件 23的作用下, 自动 解锁, 同时解锁构件 23会将插针保护套 1重新固定在插座 2的顶端,此时, 每个插针 22的顶端也就被顺势固定在插针保护套 1的固定孔 13内, 从而 达到静态情况下, 也能保护插针 22的目的。
为了使插头 3与插针保护套 1的互锁更加方便牢靠, 在插头 3的顶端 侧边设置多个锁头锁定构件 32, 在插针保护套 1的侧边顶端设置多个锁头 12, 锁头 12的顶端釆用斜面设计, 为铲形构件 122, 如图 4所示。 当锁头 锁定构件 32向下运动挤压锁头 12时, 锁头 12在挤压力的作用下, 沿如图 4所示的弹力槽 121的部位向外扩张,锁头锁定构件 32到达锁头 12顶端的 斜面底部时, 锁头 12在弹力槽 121的弹力下回弹, 反扣锁头锁定构件 32, 插头 3与插针保护套 1互锁成功。 当插头 3与插座 2分离时, 插针保护套 1 的锁头 12, 由于与插头 3的锁头锁定构件 32互锁, 因此会在插头 3的带动 下, 一起向插座 2的顶端运动, 当运动到插座 2的顶端时, 设置在插座 2 顶端的解锁构件 23 , 会沿插头 3的外壁, 楔入锁头 12与插头 3外壁之间, 挤压锁头 12, 并使锁头 12沿弹力槽部位向外扩张, 从而将锁头 12与锁头 锁定构件 32撬开, 以实现锁头 12与锁头锁定构件 32的分离, 然后, 插针 保护套 1继续由插头 3的带动下向插座 2的顶端运动, 直至被套进解锁构 件 23内, 并与解锁构件 23形成挤压互锁, 此时插针保护套 1被重新固定 在插座 2的顶部, 并与插头 3彻底分离。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种对插座内的插针进行保护的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置主要由 插座、 插座内的插针、 固定插针的插针保护套组成; 其中, 所述插针保护 套固定于所述插座的顶部, 所述插座内的每个插针穿过所述插针保护套中 对应的固定孔, 被固定于所述插针保护套中对应的固定孔内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述插针保护套上, 设 置有所述插针保护套向下运动至插座底部时用于保持插针保护套与插座底 板间隔的弹力架。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述插针保护套设置有 锁头; 该装置还包括设置有锁头锁定构件的插头; 所述锁头锁定构件, 用 于当所述插针保护套与所述插头一起向下运动至所述插座的底部时, 通过 所述锁头与所述锁头锁定构件的互相挤压, 实现插针保护套与插头的互锁。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述插座设置有对插针 保护套与插头的互锁进行解锁的解锁构件; 所述解锁构件位于插座两侧壁 的顶部。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述解锁构件还用于当 对插针保护套与插头的互锁进行自动解锁后, 将所述插针保护套重新固定 在所述插座的顶部。
6、 根据权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 在所述插座 的内壁设置有导向槽; 所述导向槽用于将插针保护套的锁头定位在导向槽 内, 并沿插座底部的垂直方向上下运动。
