Abstract

본 발명은 소형으로 제작된 노즐 및 노즐을 조립하는 가이던스의 조립홈턱 내경 부분을 개선하여 어져스트 너트의 체결조립에 따른 노즐의 분사공이 중심에 위치할 수 있도록 하여 해당 유체의 공급이 노즐을 통해 정확한 영역에 분사작업이 이루어져 정밀도 높은 가공효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 디스펜싱용 노즐 유닛에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 노즐(40)을 안내하기 위한 조립홈턱(32)의 내경은 상부로 좁아지는 형태로 경사지게 형성되고, 상기 노즐(40)의 외경은 경사진 조립홈턱(32)에 안내되어 나사연결부(12)에 대한 어져스트 너트(50)의 체결시 노즐(40)의 분사공(41)이 설치공(11)의 중심에 정확히 위치될 수 있는 원뿔형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로한다.
