Abstract

본 발명은 다층 구조를 가지는 구이기에 관한 것으로서, 직화구이의 효과를 얻으면서도 기름이 불꽃에 떨어지지 않고 용이하게 배출되며 세척이 용이하도록 하기 위하여 개발된 것으로; 중앙에는 관통된 불관통홀을 가지는 다수의 가열판이 수직으로 일정 간격을 두고 적층되되, 상부로 갈수록 상기 가열판의 면적과 상기 불관통홀이 작아지도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조를 가지는 구이기에 관한 것이다.
