尽管现有的摄像头己经给人们的生活带来了很多的方便, 还是有很多人 用起来很不方便: 如由于使用摄像头必须要操作计算机, 对于许多不懂技术 的人来说, 比较困难; 如果有用户出差在外, 想看一下家里的情况, 则家里 必须也有一台电脑,并且在两台电脑建立连接后,才有可能看到相关的图像。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的问题, 发明一种带摄像头的互联网电 话转接器, 通过互联网传递图像, 不但操作简单, 而且控制容易。
本发明的技术解决方案: 其结构是包括存储器、 中心处理单元、 网络通 讯单元、 网络设备、 电话、 摄像头输入端口, 其中存储器的第一信号输出 / 输入端连接中心处理单元的第一信号输入 /输出端,中心处理单元的第二信 号输入 /输出端连接电话的信号输出 /输入端, 中心处理单元的第三信号输入 /输出端连接摄像头输入端口的第一信号输出 /输入端, 摄像头输入端口的第 二信号输出 /输入端连接摄像头的信号输入 /输出端。
本发明的优点: 不但可以用打视频电话, 而且可以轻松的实现异地网 络监控。

存储器 3: 我们采用只读存储器 (read-only-memory) ,正常工作状态下 只能从中读 数据,,不能快速地修改或重新写入数据. ROM的优点是电路结构 简单,而且在断电以后数据不会丢失。它只适用于存储那些固定数据的场合, 我们在存储器里只存放服务器信息, 如服务器的域名和 IP地址等, 如果客 户需要, 也可以把客户的电话号码写在里面。 只读存储器又有掩模 R0M、 可 编程 ROM和可檫除 ROM几种不同类型。
中心处理单元 4 :只要收到网络通讯单元发回的通讯顺畅的信号, 立即 把本机电话号码发送到存放在存储器中服务器地址上, 建立通讯连接通道, 显示在线状态。 只要收到网络通讯单元发回的通讯顺畅的信号,中心处理单 元 4将试图连接互联网上的服务器, 根据存储器 3里的 IP地址或服务器域 名,寻找服务器并建立连接关系。 互联网上的服务器和相关应用程序一直开 着, 采用成熟的服务器 \客户端结构,时刻等待着来自客户端(带摄像头的互 联网转接器) 的呼叫, 一旦客户端呼叫, 服务器立即响应, 并把客户端传递 过来的号码在服务器上注册, 进入在线状态。 中心处理单元 4: 只要收到网 络通讯单元发回的通讯顺畅的信号,立即把本机电话号码发送到存放在存储 器中服务器地址上, 建立通讯连接通道, 显示在线状态。

工作步骤:
1 ) 电话号码检测单元检查确定该电话线路的电话号码, 或者从存储器中 含有的电话号码读出来, 并把相关数据发给中心处理单元; 电话号码两种来 源: 一种取现有线路电话号码, 一种取存储器中含有的电话号码。
2)从存储器中取出相关数据发给中心处理单元, 存储器中存有服务器在 网络中的地址, 如服务器的互联网域名、 IP地址等;
3) 网络通讯单元自动与网络设备建立联系, 进行数据交换, 确认是否能 连接上互联网, 发信号给中心处理单元;
4)如果能连接上互联网, 中心处理单元将试图连接服务器, 建立连接关 系,并把电话号码检测单元获得的电话号码在服务器上注册,进入在线状态。
整个互联网电话转接器可以集成到其它网络设备或计算机上, 作为其 他设备的一个部分。
互联网电话转接器也可以做成卡的形式, 直接插在计算机主板上, 这 种情况下可以把电话号码检测单元、 存储器、 网络通讯单元三个功能单位的 功能用相配套的软件实现。
带摄像头的互联网电话转接器与服务器建立联系, 进行数据交换, 我们 称与该带摄像头的互联网电话转接器连接的电话进入在线状态; 带摄像头的 互联网电话转接器与服务器失去联系, 不进行数据交换, 我们称与该带摄像 头的互联网电话转接器连接的电话进入离线状态。
应用举例:
拨打电话: 第一种情况: 对方在线,
1 ) 拨对方号码,
2) 带摄像头的互联网电话转接器与服务器进行交流, 确认对方在线,
3 ) 服务器给对方互联网电话转接器发出信号,
4) 对方的带摄像头的互联网电话转接器发出信号, 让对方电话铃响,
5) 对方接听电话,
6) 电话接通, ) 在连接的电视上看到对方图像,
) 电话结束后重新进入待机状态。
这样两个电话机就完全可以通话, 通信使用的是互联网协议, 而不是普 通的电话网络,
第二种情况: 远程观看摄像头图像,
1 ) 呼叫对方号码,
2) 带摄像头的互联网电话转接器与服务器进行交流,
3 ) 确认有管理员权限,
4) 看到远方传来的视频,
