Background The camera is also called as PC camera, computer eye, etc. As a video collecting and input device, it has been widely used in conversations, video conferencing and monitoring etc. In recent years, with the development of the internet technology and increasing network speed, the application of the cameras has become increasingly popular. In many households, the camera has become one of the indispensable accessories of the home computer. Although present-day cameras have brought great convenience to people's life, it is still not easy for many people to use them. For example, one needs to operate a computer to use a camera. For those who do not know much of the computer, it appears to be rather difficult; if someone is out on business and wants to check what is going on at home, he/she also needs to have a computer at home. And only after the two computers have established connections, may he/she be able to view the relative images. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the Invention is to invent an Internet Adaptor with Camera to overcome the drawback mentioned above, with which images can be transferred through Internet. The invention is not only easily operated, but also can be controlled in a simple way. Description of Drawings Fig. 1 shows the network structure while the invention is in use. Fig.2 demonstrates the structure of the invention. Fig.3 illustrates the circuit structure of the invention. In the drawings, 1 represents the Public Telephone Exchange Network, 2 the Telephone Number Testing Unit, 3 the Memory Unit, 4 the Central Processing Unit, 5 the Network Communication Unit, 6 the Network Equipment, 7 the Telephone, 8 the TV, 9 the Camera, 10 the Image Output Port, and l Ithe Camera Input Port. Detailed Description of the Invention According to Fig.2, the structure comprises the Telephone Number Testing Unit 2, the Memory Unit 3, the Central Processing Unit 4, the Network Communication Unit 5, the Network Equipment 6, the Telephone 7 and the Camera Input Port 11, wherein the first signal input/output terminal of the Telephone Number Testing Unit 2 connects by telephone wire with the signal output/input terminal of the Public Telephone Network, the second signal input/output terminal of the Telephone Number Testing Unit 2 connects with the first signal output/input terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4, the third signal input/output terminal of the Telephone Number Testing Unit 2 connects with the first signal output/input terminal of the Memory Unit 3; the second signal output/input terminal of the Memory Unit 3 connects with the second signal input/output terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4, the third signal input/output terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4 connects with the signal output/input terminal of the Telephone 7, the fourth signal input/output terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4 connects with the first signal input/output terminal of the Camera Input Port 11, the second signal output/input terminal of the Camera Input Port 11 connects (or wirelessly connects) with the signal input/output terminal of the Camera 9. 2 The fifth signal input/output terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4 connects with the first signal output/input terminal of the Network Communication Unit 5, the second signal output/input terminal of the Network Communication Unit 5 connects with the signal input/output terminal of the Network Equipment 6. The sixth signal input/output terminal of the Central Processing Unit 4 connects with the signal output/input terminal of the Image Output Port 10; the signal output terminal of the Image Output Port 10 connects with the signal input terminal of the TV 8. There can be one or more than one telephone ports, network cable ports, image output ports 10 and camera input ports. The second signal output/input terminal of the Camera Input Port 11 connects wirelessly with the signal input/output terminal of the Camera 9. The Telephone Number Testing Unit 2 checks and confirms the telephone number of the telephone line, or reads the stored telephone number from the Memory Unit and sends relative data to the Central Processing Unit; the telephone number has two sources: one is to acquire the telephone number of the current line, the other is to retrieve the stored number from the Memory Unit (if the telephone number is acquired from the current line, structure 2 is not needed. The two sources may co-exist or exist independently). The Memory Unit 3: We use ROMs (read-only-memory). Under normal working conditions, data may be read only; no data will be revised or rewritten. The advantage of ROM is that it has a simple circuit structure and no data will be lost after power off. It can only be used to store fixed data. Only the server information, such as the domain name and IP address etc will be stored in the Memory Unit. If required by the clients, the telephone numbers of the clients may also be written into the Unit. There are several types of ROMs, such as mask ROM, programmable ROM and erasable ROM, etc. The Central Processing Unit 4: as soon as the signal of smooth communication sent back from the Network Communication Unit has been received, it will send the current telephone number to the server address stored in the Memory Unit to establish a communication connection channel and display the status of being online. As soon as receiving the signal of smooth communication sent back from the Network Communication Unit, the Central Processing Unit 4 will attempt linking to the Server on the Internet to search for the Server and establish connections according to the IP address or the domain name of the Server. 3 The Server and relative application programs on the Internet will be always on, utilizing proven Server\Clients structure, so as to be waiting for the calls from the clients (the Internet Adaptor with Camera). Once the client calls, the Server will respond immediately and register the number transferred from the client at the Server to enter into the status of being online. The Central Processing Unit 4: as soon as the signal of smooth communication sent back from the Network Communication Unit has been received, it will send the current telephone number to the server address stored in the Memory Unit to establish a communication connection channel and display the status of being online. The Network Communication Unit 5 establishes connections with the Network Equipment automatically to exchange data in order to confirm whether it can be connected with the Internet to send signals to the Central Processing Unit; if connected with the Internet, the Central Processing Unit 4 will attempt communicating with the Server to establish connections and register the telephone number obtained by the Telephone Number Testing Unit and the number in the Memory Unit at the Server to enter into the status of being online. The Network Communication Unit 5 adopts proven technology, such as the technology of a network card, to send out data constantly. A red light is on if the outside network is not working properly; if the outside network is working properly, a green light will shown and signal will be sent to the central unit. Image Output Port 10: adopts current proven technology. Camera Input Port 11: adopts current proven technology. Wired or wireless cameras may be utilized. Working Procedures: 1) The Telephone Number Testing Unit checks and confirms the telephone number of the current telephone line, or retrieve the telephone number stored in the Memory Unit and sends the relative data to the Central Processing Unit; There are two sources for the telephone number: one is the telephone number acquired from the current line, the other is the telephone number retrieved from the Memory Unit; 2) Relative data retrieved from the Memory Unit will be sent to the Central Processing Unit, the Memory Unit stores the network address of the Server, such as the intemet domain name of the Server, IP address etc; 4 3) The Network Communication Unit sets up connections with the Network Equipment automatically to exchange data in order to confirm whether it can be connected with the Internet to send signals to the Central Processing Unit; 4) If connected with the Internet, the Central Processing Unit will attempt to communicate with the Server to establish connections and register the telephone number obtained by the Telephone Number Testing Unit at the Server to enter into the status of being online. The entire Internet Phone Adaptor can be integrated into other network equipment or computer, as a part of other equipment. The Internet Phone Adaptor can also be made into the form of a card, which may be plugged directly into the motherboard of the computer. In this case, the functions of the three functional units, the Telephone Number Testing Unit, the Memory Unit and the Network Communication Unit, can be achieved by supporting softwares. The Internet Adaptor with Camera sets up links with the Server to exchange data, which is called that the telephone connected with the Internet Adaptor with Camera enters into the status of being online; if the Internet Adaptor with Camera loses connections with the Server and does not exchange data, we call it that the telephone connected with the Internet Adaptor with Camera enters into the status of being offline.
