  • the first clamping means are of the rapid clamping type, that is of a type which does not need a tool.
  • the first clamping means of the rapid clamping type preferably comprise at least one leaf spring 19 permanently bound at the end 50 of the support 3 facing the handgrip element 2.
  • the leaf spring 19 (figures 1 -4, 5 and 6, 8a, 9a, 10a, 1 1a) has an engagement with the control rod 6 which can be regulated in an axial direction in a continuous or discrete way.
  • the leaf spring 19 has an inner window 20 which, in the undeformed configuration of the leaf spring 19, is pressure fit on the section with a substantially conjugated shape of the control rod 6.
  • control rod 6 in which the lateral surface of the control rod 6 is smooth, it is possible to continuously control the clamping position by axially continuously sliding the peripheral edge of the window 20 along the control rod 6.
  • a second version of the control rod 6 in which two opposed faces of the lateral surface of the control rod 6 have a saw-tooth profile it is possible to discretely control the clamping position by axially sliding in increments the peripheral edge of the window 20 along the saw-tooth profile of the control rod 6.
  • the leaf spring 19 (or the leaf springs 19) is housed between the end 50 of the support 3 and a small lid 22.
  • the outer peripheral edge of the leaf spring 19 is retained inside an inner groove 21 of the small lid 22 having centrally an aperture in which the control rod 6 is inserted.
  • the small lid 22 is coupled with the possibility of a light sliding in the direction of the axis L with a peripheral flange of the end 50 of the support 3. In this case for disassembling the support 3 from the control rod 6 a pressure on the small lid 22 must be applied, which in turn presses the spring 19 which deforms until releasing the engagement on the control element 6.
  • FIG. 8a and 8b differs from the one just described due to the fact that the small lid 22 is fixed to the end 50 of the support 3, and therefore for disassembling the support 3 from the control rod 6 , one must directly press upon the leaf spring 19 for deforming it until releasing the engagement upon the control element 6.
  • the small lid 22 in this case is a hollow ring fixed with rivet pins to the support 3.
  • the small lid 22 is fixed to the end 50 of the support 3.
  • two leaf springs 19 are positioned on the end 50 of the support 3 and have an inclined plane of position with respect to the plane of position of the end 50 of the support 3.
  • the plane of position of the end 50 of the support 3 is in turn inclined with respect to the plane orthogonal to the axis L.
  • the inclination of the plane of position of the springs 19 with respect to the plane of position of the end 50 of the support 3 permits to the leaf springs 19 to perform the deformation needed for locking and unlocking the control element 6.
  • the small lid 22 in this case is a further leaf spring fixed by rivet pins to the support 3.
  • the second clamping means of the rapid clamping type comprise in the versions of figures 1 to 9a, an open ring 24 positioned in a groove 25 provided at an outer section of the support 3.
  • the open ring 24 has a radial pin 26 positioned in a radial guide hole 27 provided in the groove 25, and is movable in action and by contrast to a spring 29 between an unlocking configuration in which it is completely retracted into the groove 25 and a locking configuration in which it radially protrudes from the groove 25 in order to engage in a seat 28 provided on the inner section of the bush 1 1 facing the groove 25.
  • the spring 29 particularly of the coil type is fitted on the pin 26 and inteiposes between the portion of the ring 24 from which the pin 26 extends and the base of the guide hole 27.
  • the ring 24 when inserting the bush 1 1 on the support 3, the ring 24 makes a relative axial sliding movement along an inner bevel of the bush 1 1 .
  • the relative sliding determines a radial pushing force on the ring 24 moving from the unlocking configuration to the locking configuration.
  • the bush 1 1 further has a calibrated aperture 29 for the access to the seat 28 from outside with any kind of tool able to radially move the ring 24 for bringing it back in the unlocking configuration.
  • the version of figures 10a, 10b and 10c has the same first rapid clamping means of the version of figure 9a and 9b between control device 6 and support 3, and second rapid clamping means different from those provided in the version of figures 9a and 9b.
  • the second rapid clamping means are similar to the first rapid clamping means.
  • the second rapid clamping means comprise two leaf springs 60 substantially configured like the leaf springs 19 and permanently kept inside the bush 1 1 of the handgrip element 2, between an insert 62 having a support plane 63 inclined with respect to the plane orthogonal to the axis L and the preload of a coil spring 64. Even in this case the two leaf springs 60 have an inclined plane of position with respect to the support plane 63 and such inclination permits to the leaf springs 60 to perform the necessary deformation for locking and unlocking the handgrip element 2.
  • the function of the fixing screws 8, or of another technically equivalent element is mainly to definitely block the rotation of the plate 4 around the axis L when the handgrip element 2 is actuated.
  • the control rod 6 is introduced in the hole 7, on the opposed ends of the control rod 6 the plates 4 and the supports 3 are introduced, and then the supports 3 are clamped with the plates 4 through the springs 19 or the locking rings 23.
  • the axial position of the control rod 6 is blocked when the springs 19 or the locking rings 23 make both supports 3 abut against the respective 4, and the plates 4 abut against the respective sides of the wing 5.
  • constraint means in rotation are provided between the first portion 3a and the second portion 3b, which can be moved between a constraint configuration and a release configuration, and movable means of the constraint means.
  • the constraint means comprise two pins 31 housed in two diametrically opposed axial grooves 32 extending along an inner cylindrical surface of the first portion
  • Each pin 31 has an asymmetrical section and can rotate around its own axis between an angular position in which it protrudes from the groove 32 and a position in which it is completely housed in the groove 32.
  • the inner cylindrical surface of the first portion 3a faces an outer cylindrical surface of a second portion 3b in turn provided with two axial grooves 5 which in the constraint configuration face the axial grooves 32.
  • the pins 31 take an angular position in which they are partially inserted in the grooves 32 and partially in the grooves 35.
  • the pins 31 in this case make integral in rotation the first part 3a and the second part 3b of the support 3.
  • the pins 3 1 take an angular position in which they are completely inserted in the grooves 32 and completely free the grooves 35.
  • the pins 31 in this case are ineffective to integrally join in rotation the first part 3a and the second part 3b of the support 3.

  • the positioning of the torsion spring 37 below and not above the hole 7 permits to increase the aesthetic design choices of the washer or covering plate of the plate 4 which can now have an even extremely more reduced depth.
  • a ring 39 is provided, elastically deformed in an axial direction integral in rotation with the support 3 and clamped between the support 3 and the plate 4.
  • the ring 39 has a inner polygonal cross-section 40 in engagement with an outer polygonal cross-section 41 of a conjugated shape of the first portion 3a of the support 3.
  • the axial deformation is made possible by two slots 42 extending through the lateral surface of the ring 39 in a diametrically opposed position.
  • the strikers comprise two diametrically opposed protrusions 43 of the ring 39 selectively engaged in one of the two pairs of diametrically opposed recesses 44 of the collar 9.
  • the two pairs of recesses 44 are mutually offset of 90° and are provided along the apical edge of the collar 9.
  • the two protrusions 43 are angularly aligned with the slots 42 and are provided along the base of the ring 39 positioned against the apical edge of the collar 9.
  • the support 3 minimally protrudes inside the profile 45 being a part of the wing 5 in order not to interfere with the return mechanism of the control rod 6 provided inside the profile 45.
  • control rod 6 can have just one dimension independently of the position of the return mechanism at the inside of the profile 45, as the bushing 1 1 provides for a dead space able to accept the part exceeding the axial length from time to time variable of the control rod 6.
  • the version of the control device illustrated in figures 1 1 a and l ib has both the first and the second rapid clamping means similar to those described for the version of the control device illustrated in figures 9a and 9b.
  • the difference is due to the fact that the return spring 37 of the handgrip element 2 in inserted coaxial with the support 3 and positioned inside the volume of the handgrip element 2. This solution permits the use of very low washers.
  • the device for manually controlling the unlocking and locking of the lock of a frame so conceived is susceptible to numerous modifications and variants, all within the scope of the inventive concept; further all details can be substituted with technically equivalent elements.
