Claims (24)
- 외피재 및 심재를 포함하는 진공단열재에 있어서,상기 진공단열재 표면의 평활도 및 표면 경도를 위해,상기 외피재와 상기 심재 사이에는, 기준 두께보다 얇은 강체 또는 기준 강도보다 강한 게터(Getter)가 형성되는 구조; 또는상기 외피재와 상기 심재 사이에 형성된 상기 게터의 상부에는, 상기 기준 두께보다 얇은 강체가 형성되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기준 두께는 0.5 ~ 1.5mm 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기준 강도는 2 ~ 4H 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 상기 청구항 1에 따른 진공단열재를 가진시키기 위해, 상기 진공단열재의 강체 또는 게터 부분에 대응하는 표면에 충격을 가해주는 해머부;상기 진공단열재에 가해진 충격에 따른 질점의 변위를 측정하는 변위 측정부;상기 변위 측정값을 이용하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 주파수 분석부; 및상기 고유진동수를 이용하여 상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 진공도 평가부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주파수 분석부는 상기 변위 측정값을 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 스펙트럼을 얻고, 상기 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 진공도 평가부는 상기 주파수 분석부에 의해 측정된 고유진동수를 기준 진동수와 비교하여, 상기 비교 결과에 따라 상기 진공단열재의 진공도를 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 기준 진동수는 사이즈별 및 중량별 정상 진공단열재 제품의 고유진동수에 대한 평균값으로서 일정 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 진공도 평가부는 상기 측정된 고유진동수가 상기 기준 진동수의 범위를 벗어나면 상기 진공단열재의 진공도가 불량인 것으로 평가하고, 상기 측정된 고유진동수가 상기 기준 진동수의 범위 내에 있으면 상기 진공단열재의 진공도가 우량인 것으로 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 해머부의 가격에 따라 상기 진공단열재에 전달되는 힘의 크기를 측정하는 힘 측정 센서를 더 포함하고, 상기 주파수 분석부는 상기 변위 측정값을, 상기 변위와 상기 힘과의 관계식에 따른 기계적 컴플라이언스(Mechanical Compliance) 값으로 환산하고, 상기 환산된 기계적 컴플라이언스 값을 주파수 영역에서 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변위 측정부는 상기 진공단열재와 일정 거리 떨어진 상태에서 레이저로 변위를 측정하는 레이저식 변위계 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가장치.
- 상기 청구항 1에 따른 진공단열재의 강체 또는 게터 부분에 대응하는 표면을가격하여 충격을 주기 위한 해머부;상기 진공단열재에 가해진 충격에 따른 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 가속도 측정부;상기 가속도 측정값을 이용하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 주파수 분석부; 및상기 고유진동수를 이용하여 상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 진공도 평가부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 주파수 분석부는 상기 가속도 측정값을 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 스펙트럼을 얻고, 상기 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 가속도 측정부는 상기 진공단열재와 일정 거리 떨어진 상태에서 레이저로 가속도를 측정하는 레이저식 가속도계 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도평가 장치.
- 상기 청구항 1에 따른 진공단열재의 강체 또는 게터 부분에 대응하는 표면을, 해머로 가격하여 충격을 주는 단계;상기 진공단열재에 가해진 충격에 따른 질점의 변위를 측정하는 단계;상기 변위 측정값을 이용하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계; 및상기 고유진동수를 이용하여 상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계는 상기 변위 측정값을 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 스펙트럼을 얻는 단계; 및상기 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 단계는 상기 측정된 고유진동수가 기준 진동수의 범위를 벗어나면 상기 진공단열재의 진공도가 불량인 것으로 평가하는 단계; 및상기 측정된 고유진동수가 상기 기준 진동수의 범위 내에 있으면 상기 진공단열재의 진공도가 우량인 것으로 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서,상기 변위를 측정하는 단계는 레이저식 변위계 센서를 이용하여, 상기 진공단열재와 일정 거리 떨어진 상태에서 레이저로 상기 질점의 변위를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 상기 청구항 1에 따른 진공단열재의 강체 또는 게터 부분에 대응하는 표면을, 해머로 가격하여 충격을 주는 단계;상기 진공단열재에 가해진 충격에 따른 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계;상기 가속도 측정값을 이용하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계; 및상기 고유진동수를 이용하여 상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계는 상기 가속도 측정값을 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 스펙트럼을 얻는 단계; 및상기 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계는 레이저식 가속도계 센서를 이용하여, 상기 진공단열재와 일정 거리 떨어진 상태에서 레이저로 상기 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 힘을 발생시키는 가진기로, 상기 청구항 1에 따른 진공단열재의 강체 또는 게터 부분에 대응하는 표면에 힘을 가해 주는 단계;상기 진공단열재에 가해진 힘에 따른 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계;상기 가속도 측정값을 이용하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계; 및상기 고유진동수를 이용하여 상기 진공단열재 내부의 진공도를 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는 단계는 상기 가속도 측정값을 푸리에 변환하여 주파수 스펙트럼을 얻는 단계; 및상기 주파수 스펙트럼을 분석하여 상기 진공단열재의 고유진동수를 측정하는단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계는 레이저식 가속도계 센서를 이용하여, 상기 진공단열재와 일정 거리 떨어진 상태에서 레이저로 상기 질점의 가속도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 내부 진공도 평가 방법.
