套管式针灸针及其装配方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用针灸针,特别涉及套管式针灸针。
背景技术
针灸针是传统的中医器械,为便于使针灸针对准人体穴位,并确保针灸针在使用前不被外界污染,现在的针灸针通常都置于一套管中,也就是惯称的套管式针灸针。
目前市场上的套管式针灸针常见的有两种,第一种是将针灸针插入套管中,并保持针柄的一部分伸出套管之外,再用插片插入套管中,以将针柄卡紧,使用针灸针时再拔去插片,而这种套管式针灸针不仅使用麻烦,并且由于插片在使用时不起任何作用,也不能重复利用,故其在拔去后即成为垃圾;第二种是在套管的内壁上形成多个凸点,并利用这多个凸点的配合来夹紧针柄,使用时用力推针柄,以将针灸针推出套管,而这种套管式针灸针在制造过程中很难把握结构的稳定性,如果凸点将针柄卡得过紧的话,操作时就必须用很大力去将针灸针推出,容易引起扎入太深的问题,如果凸点将针柄卡得过松的话又易导致产品在运输时针灸针掉出。
发明内容
本发明目的就是要提供一种针灸针可靠地保持在套管内且使用方便的套管式针灸针,同时提供一种装配该套管式针灸针的方法。
一方面,本发明提供一种套管式针灸针,包括套管和插在套管内的针灸针,针灸针包括针体和针柄,套管包括具有管腔的管体、自管腔的壁朝管腔内侧凸起形成的至少两个卡持部,在相邻的两个卡持部的侧表面之间形成用于夹住针柄的夹持槽,夹持槽的两侧槽壁位于夹持槽两侧的卡持部上,两侧槽壁之间沿垂直于管体的径向的方向上的距离为夹持槽的槽宽,夹持槽至少有部分的槽宽大于夹持槽的槽口宽度,夹持槽的槽口宽度小于针柄的宽度最大的横向截面的宽度。夹持槽将针灸针的针柄夹住,并通过夹持槽的槽口对针柄限位,使针柄被保持住,从而将针灸针可靠地定位。
进一步地,夹持槽的至少一侧槽壁上可以有一段为纵截面呈弧形的凹陷部,针柄有部分插在该凹陷部内,且该凹陷部的形状与插在其中的针柄部分的外缘形状相吻合,以使得针柄可以被更可靠地卡在夹持槽内。
更进一步地,夹持槽的两侧槽壁上分别对应地有一段纵截面呈弧形的凹陷部,两侧的凹陷部配合构成夹紧针柄的卡口,针柄的宽度最大的横向截面保持在卡口中。
再进一步地,卡口最好偏离管腔的轴心线,这样的话,在将针柄从卡口内取出时,还可以使针灸针尽量处于管腔的中心位置,以利于使用时能使针灸针准确插入穴位。
优选地,夹持槽的最大槽宽等于或略小于针柄的宽度最大的横向截面的宽度。这样可以使针柄在夹持槽内夹紧,以将针柄定位,当然,使针柄保持在夹持槽内的方式还可以有其他很多方式,在此不一一列举。
另一方面,本发明还提供上述套管式针灸针的装配方法,即:将针灸针插入套管中,在针柄与套管中的卡持部位置相对应时将针柄自夹持槽的槽口朝夹持槽内推入,直至针柄的宽度最大的横向截面穿过夹持槽的槽口为止。这种装配方式简单、易操作,且在装配时可以分别控制针灸针的插入深度以及将针柄推入夹持槽内的时机和距离,故可以采用机器自动化操作。
进一步地,在将针柄朝夹持槽内推入时,最好保持针柄的端部处于套管的外侧,以便于使用者在使用时将针柄从夹持槽内手动推出。
再一方面,本发明提供上述套管式针灸针的另一种装配方法,即:将针灸针沿套管的轴向插入套管中的夹持槽中,直至针柄在夹持槽内卡住。同样的,这种装配方式易于采用机器进行自动化操作。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有下列优点:针灸针的装配方式简单,且在套管内的定位可靠,而使用时只要将针柄从夹持槽中轻轻推出,即可使针灸针进行正常针灸应用,操作简单便捷。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细阐述。
图1-4反映的是根据本发明的第一个实施例,各图中示出一种套管式针灸针,其主要由套管和针灸针3组成,套管包括中空的管体1,其内具有管腔2,针灸针3包括用于扎入人体穴位的针体4和用于操作的针柄5。
如图2-4所示,在管腔2的壁上分别有两处朝管腔2的内侧凸起形成两个卡持部6,在这两个卡持部6的侧表面之间形成夹持槽61,以用于夹住针柄5。夹持槽61的两侧槽壁位于夹持槽61两侧的卡持部6上,将两侧槽壁之间沿垂直于管体1的径向的方向上的距离定义为夹持槽61的槽宽,而图中所示的夹持槽61不同位置处的槽宽是有所变化的。夹持槽61应至少有部分的槽宽大于夹持槽61的槽口611的宽度,并且槽口611的宽度还应小于针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面的宽度,如果针柄5是图3所示的圆柱形的话,则针柄5的直径应大于槽口611的宽度。此处的“横向”即对应于图2中的横向,下文中所提及的“纵向”即对应于图2中的纵向,本文中的“横向”和“纵向”都是根据人们观察产品的习惯去定义的。针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面的宽度大于槽口611的宽度的话,可以使针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面穿过槽口611进入夹持槽61后即被槽口611收住。
针柄5被夹持槽61夹住后,通过槽口611来将针柄5进行限位,以使其保持在夹持槽61内而在通常情况下不会脱落。
为了使针柄5保持在夹持槽61内而不发生沿管体1轴向方向的移动,这需要在夹持槽61上作一些结构设计,当然,这样的结构有很多中,本实施例中采用的方式是:在夹持槽61的两侧壁上相对的位置分别形成一段纵截面呈弧形的凹陷部612,两侧的凹陷部612组合构成一卡口,针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面即保持在卡口中。此种情况下,针柄5有两部分分别插在两侧的凹陷部612中,这就要求针柄5的插在凹陷部612中的部分的外缘形状与凹陷部612的形状相吻合,当然,也可以整个针柄5呈圆柱形,对凹陷部612的弧度要求则并不需要很精确,只要形状大体吻合即可,原因是:整个套管通常由具有一定延展性的塑料制成,可以利用卡持部6自身发生一定的弹性形变来使针柄5被夹持住。卡口最好是偏离管腔2轴心线的,这样的话,在使用针灸针3时,将针柄5从夹持槽61内拨出后,还能使针灸针3尽量处于管腔2的轴心线处,以便于使针灸针3对准人体的穴位。
夹持槽61也可以是一侧的槽壁上各形成一段纵截面呈弧形的凹陷部612,针柄5的一部分插在该凹陷部612中,利用吻合的形状来将针柄5保持住。
在本实施例中,夹持槽61的最大槽宽最好等于或略小于针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面的宽度,这样可以使针柄5进入夹持槽61内后正好被夹住,或利用过盈配合的方式来将针柄5定位。
图5反映了根据本发明的第二个实施例的套管式针灸针,其与上面的实施例不同的是:在管腔2的壁上具有更多个卡持部6,并构成更多个夹持槽61,图5中有四个卡持部6和两个夹持槽61,但不限于此。这种结构更适合于进行自动化装配,其在装配时对于套管的角度定位要求相对宽松些,将针柄5推入任一个夹持槽61内都能使针灸针3被定位。
上述几个实施例中的套管式针灸针的装配方法比较简单,可以按照方法一:将针灸针3插入套管中,在针柄5与套管中的卡持部6的位置相对应时将针柄自夹持槽61的槽口611朝夹持槽61内推入,直至针柄5的宽度最大的横向截面穿过夹持槽的槽口即停止,在将针灸针3插入套管中时可以按照先针体4后针柄5的顺序进行,而为了避免伤害针体4,最好以先针柄5后针体4的顺序进行;也可以按照方法二:将针灸针3沿套管的轴向插入套管中的夹持槽61中,直至针柄5在夹持槽61内卡住,在将针灸针3插入夹持槽61中时可以按照先针体4后针柄5的顺序进行。这两种装配方式易于使用机器自动化操作,更有利于工业生产。
而在装配中,在将针柄5朝夹持槽61内推入时,应保持针柄5的端部处于套管的外侧,这样的话,在装配完成后,就能使针柄5有部分露出在套管之外,以便于使用者操作针柄5,此为一般性要求,在此不再详细解释。
使用上述的套管式针灸针时,只要用力将针柄5从夹持槽61内拨出,使针灸针3在管腔2内自由之后,针体4即在重力作用下自动扎入人体的穴位。
