Abstract
L'appareil de filtration selon l'invention utilise le principe du procédé de filtration à courants croisés qui a été modifié pour permettre l'auto-nettoyage et le rétrolavage en ligne de la membrane en fibres creuses d'une manière automatique ou manuelle, sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser de l'électricité et au moyen de la source d'eau. Lors d'une filtration à courants croisés, le déplacement tangentiel de la masse d'eau fluide à travers la membrane provoque le départ des particules piégées sur la surface du filtre du fait du frottement. Ceci signifie qu'un filtre à courants croisés peut être utilisé de manière continue à des charges en solides relativement élevées. Les autres bénéfices sont les suivants : 1. la vitesse globale de filtration de liquide est plus élevée car la formation d'un gâteau de filtration et l'encrassement de la membrane sont évités ; 2. la charge d'alimentation du procédé reste sous la forme d'une suspension mobile, qui est appropriée pour un traitement ultérieur ; 3. la teneur en solides de la suspension produite peut varier sur une vaste plage ; 4. Il est possible de fractionner les particules selon leur taille. La technologie de filtration à courants croisés sur membrane est largement utilisée dans l'industrie et, avec ladite modification consistant en un « auto-nettoyage et rétrolavage en ligne », le problème lié à l'encrassement de la membrane est grandement réduit et l'appareil de filtration d'eau domestique et commerciale fonctionne de manière optimale.
