Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种反渗透净水机;目的是提供一种充分利用水资源、结构简单、体积小的反渗透净水机。一种反渗透净水机,包括反渗透过滤器,所述的反渗透净水机包括平衡桶,平衡桶由可上下移动的隔离装置分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区;所述的反渗透过滤器的净水出口与纯水区连通,反渗透过滤器的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区连通。本实用新型通过设置平衡桶将次水储存备用,充分利用水资源;平衡桶内设置隔离装置将平衡桶分隔为纯水区和生活用水区,不必设置两个桶分别储存纯水和次水,体积大大减小,便于家庭安装使用;隔离装置可上下移动,不论纯水与生活用水比例如何,其对净水系统中各管路产生的压力均相同,不影响净水系统正常工作。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种净水机,具体涉及一种反渗透净水机。
背景技术
[0002] 反渗透技术,是先进节能的膜分离技术,其原理是在高于溶液渗透压的作用下,依据其他物质不能透过半透膜而将这些物质和水分离开来。反渗透膜的过滤孔孔径通常为纳米级,可以将水中的微生物、重金属离子以及有机大分子污染物,如农药、洗涤剂等完全过滤,从而使得经反渗透膜过滤的水可以直接饮用,十分安全。由于反渗透膜的孔径为纳米级,容易堵塞,需要进行定期冲洗或反洗来清理反渗透膜表面截留下来的物质,这样就会大量产生清洗的次水。现有技术中,反渗透净水机原水的回收率在15〜30%,也就是说得到的纯净水与产生的冲洗次水的比率为15〜30%。若将冲洗次水直接当废水排走是非常大的浪费。
[0003] 针对此情况现有技术通常有两种解决方案:一种是设置一个纯净水储水桶和一个次水储水桶;另一种是将部分次水回流,按一定比率与原水混合进行再次反渗透过滤。这些技术在实际设计安装中会有较多阀门,使得整个净水机的体积较大,且第二种次水回流方法还会产生反渗透膜管路中渗透压不能恒定的后果,影响产水效果和质量。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种充分利用水资源、结构简单、体积小的反渗透净水机。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,采用的技术方案是:一种反渗透净水机,包括反渗透过滤器,所述的反渗透净水机包括平衡桶,平衡桶由可上下移动的隔离装置分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区;所述的反渗透过滤器的净水出口与纯水区连通,反渗透过滤器的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区连通。即平衡桶由隔离装置分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区,隔离装置可以在平衡桶内自由上下移动。
[0006] 本实用新型的工作原理为:经反渗透过滤器过滤净化后的纯净水可经管路流入平衡桶上部的纯水区,而反渗透过滤器产生的冲洗次水则流入平衡桶下部的生活用水区;平衡桶内的隔离装置可上下移动,使得净水系统中各管路的压力不会改变,也就不影响净水系统的正常工作。
[0007] 本实用新型反渗透净水机通过设置平衡桶,将冲洗反渗透膜产生的次水储存在桶内做为生活用水,对水资源进行了充分利用;平衡桶内设置隔离装置将平衡桶分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区,而不必设置两个桶分别储存纯水和次水,其体积大大减小,便于家庭安装使 用;所述的隔离装置可以上下移动,不论纯水与生活用水在平衡桶中所占比例如何,其对整个净水系统中各管路产生的压力均相同,不影响净水系统的正常净水工作。

具体实施方式
[0009] 参照图1具体说明如下:反渗透净水机包括反渗透过滤器3、平衡桶4,平衡桶4由内设置可上下移动的隔离装置5,隔离装置5将平衡桶4分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区;反渗透过滤器3的净水出口与纯水区连通,反渗透过滤器3的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区连通。
[0010] 进一步的,所述的隔离装置5为边沿设置食品级硅胶密封圈的不锈钢板。即隔离装置5为不锈钢板,不锈钢板不易变形且干净卫生,在不锈钢板的边沿设置密封圈以确保能将平衡桶4彻底隔开,所述的密封圈材质为食品级硅胶,这样不会产生有害健康的物质。当然隔离装置5也可以是食品级塑料板。
[0011] 进一步的,所述的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区之间设置单向阀A6。即冲洗次水出口与单向阀A6连通,在其连通管路上设置单向阀A6,冲洗次水出口和生活用水区之间的压力差要大于一定值才能接通管路,使得冲洗次水流入生活用水区。这样冲洗次水对平衡桶4的压力可以恒定,不会影响平衡桶4出水口的压力,整个净水系统更加稳定。
[0012] 进一步的,所述的生活用水区依次连接单向阀B7、自来水管I。即生活用水区与自来水管I连通,在其连通管路上设置单向阀B7,生活用水区与自来水之间的压力差大于一定值才能接通管路,使得自来水流入生活用水区,而自来水水压为定值,故当生活用水区的压力值小于一定值时,自来水便可流入生活用水区。这样,当冲洗次水和纯净水填不满平衡桶4时,自来水便可以流入生活用水区,可以进一步提高净水系统的稳定性。
[0013] 进一步的,所述的反渗透净水机包括增压泵2,自来水管I与反渗透过滤器3的进水口通过增 压泵2连通,自来水管I与增压泵2之间设置水泵过滤器10。设置增压泵2以使得反渗透净水机保持一定的渗透压,在自来水管I与增压泵2之间设置水泵过滤器10是除去自来水中的泥沙沉淀物质,防止损坏增压泵2。
[0014] 进一步的,所述的增压泵2与反渗透过滤器3之间设置多级过滤装置。即增压泵2与反渗透过滤器3之间设置多个串联使用的过滤装置。因为反渗透膜孔径小,容易堵塞,设置多级过滤装置能有效除去杂质,减少冲洗水的用量。过滤装置可以由棉花、活性炭或其它多孔过滤物质组成。
[0015] 进一步的,所述的多级过滤装置为3级过滤。在实际应用中,过滤级数越多,系统的压降就越大,就需要增压泵2补偿更多的压降,即系统的功耗越大,而过滤装置级数减小,则会使得进入反渗透过滤器3的杂质越多,增加冲洗水的用量,故实践中采用三级过滤可平衡功耗与冲洗水用量的关系。如图1所示,经增压泵2增压后的水经过滤装置一 11、过滤装置二 12、过滤装置三13后进入反渗透过滤器3。
[0016] 进一步的,所述的纯水区侧壁设置纯水出口,纯水出口通过管道连接纯水水龙头,纯水水龙头与纯水出口之间设置纯水过滤器8。即在纯水水龙头与纯水出口之间设置纯水过滤器8。这样可以将管道内产生的一些杂质过滤,进一步保证纯净水的纯净。
[0017] 进一步的,所述的纯水出口与纯水水龙头之间设置纯水阀门9。这样便于饮用纯净水时调节流量。
[0018] 进一步的,所述的生活用水区侧壁设置生活用水出口,生活用水出口依次连接生活用水阀门14、生活用水水龙头。这样便于使用生活用水时调节流量。

[0020] 使用生活用水时,开启龙头14,若隔离装置5在平衡桶4的下部,自来水通过单向阀B7进入平衡桶4,平衡桶4的水流入生活用水水龙头;若隔离装置5在平衡桶4的上部,即纯净水区的纯净水储存较少,这时制水程序启动,单向阀A6开启,纯水储存在平衡桶4内的纯净水区,产生的冲洗次水通过单向阀A6流入平衡桶4下侧,通过生活用水阀门14流出。
[0021] 使用纯净水时,开启纯水阀门9,若隔离装置5在平衡桶4的上部,这时平衡桶4内剩余的纯净水尽数排出直到隔离装置5移动至平衡桶4顶部,这时需要通过开启生活用水阀门14排出生活用水才能制纯净水。一般而言,家庭生活用水较多,其用水量大大超过一天饮用水所产生的次水量,故而该情况产生的可能性较小;若隔离装置5在平衡桶4的下部,这时平衡桶4可直接将储 存在纯净水区的纯净水直接排出。

1.一种反渗透净水机,包括反渗透过滤器(3),所述的反渗透过滤器(3)的进水口与自来水管(I)连接,其特征在于:所述的反渗透净水机包括平衡桶(4),平衡桶(4)由可上下移动的隔离装置(5)分隔为上部纯水区和下部生活用水区;所述的反渗透过滤器(3)的净水出口与纯水区连通,反渗透过滤器(3)的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的隔离装置(5)为边沿设置食品级硅胶密封圈的不锈钢板。
3.如权利要求2所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的冲洗次水出口与生活用水区之间设置单向阀A (6)。
4.如权利要求3所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的生活用水区依次连接单向阀B (7)、自来水管(I)。
5.如权利要求1所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的反渗透净水机包括增压泵(2 ),自来水管(I)与反渗透过滤器(3 )的进水口通过增压泵(2 )连通,自来水管(I)与增压泵(2 )之间设置水泵过滤器(10 )。
6.如权利要求5所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的增压泵(2)与反渗透过滤器(3)之间设置多级过滤装置。
7.如权利要求6所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的多级过滤装置为3级过滤。
8.如权利要求1所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的纯水区侧壁设置纯水出口,纯水出口通过管道连接纯水水龙头,纯水水龙头与纯水出口之间设置纯水过滤器(8)。
9.如权利要求8所述的反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的纯水出口与纯水水龙头之间设置纯水阀门(9)。
10.如权利要求1所述的 反渗透净水机,其特征在于:所述的生活用水区侧壁设置生活用水出口,生活用水出口依次连接生活用水阀门(14)、生活用水水龙头。
