实施例 1 如图 1~4所示,本实施例的高尔夫教练台包括击球台 1和挥杆平面滑轨 2,击球台 整体呈圆形, 挥杆平面滑轨 2整体呈圆弧形; 所述击球台外侧边缘的一端固定有升降 销座 101 ,升降销 1001可上下升降的安装在所述升降销座 101中,升降销 1001的自由 端与设置在挥杆平面滑轨 2中点位置的升降销连接板 1002连接;挥杆平面滑轨 2靠近 两个端部的位置均设有伸缩棒固定销, 通过该固定销与伸缩棒 102的自由端可拆卸的 连接, 伸缩棒 102的另一端与分别设置在击球台 1两侧边缘的固定销连接。 用伸缩棒 连接挥杆平面滑轨 2和击球台 1后, 通过调节升降销 101和伸缩棒 102的伸缩程度, 便可以方便的调节挥杆平面滑轨 2与击球台 1之间的夹角大小, 该夹角的大小最大不 宜大于 65度,最小可等于 0度(0度时为非使用状态),从而适应不同球杆的击球要求。 击球台 1的两侧边缘还设有挥杆平面滑轨复位固定机构 103,当不需要使用挥杆平面滑 轨 2时, 拆下伸缩棒 102, 掰动升降销 1001便可将挥杆平面滑轨 2复位固定在击球台 的外侧边缘, 从而可将本教练台作为使用者脱离挥杆平面滑轨进行击球的训练台。
本发明的高尔夫教练台的挥杆平面滑轨的使用方法是, 使用者正确握住球杆站于 击球台 1上, 并将球杆靠近杆头的部位架在挥杆平面滑轨 2上, 挥杆时, 球杆沿着挥 杆平面滑轨 2上下摆动击球, 从而掌握挥杆理念。
如图 4、 5所示, 本发明的挥杆平面滑轨 2包括由外护板 201、 内护板 202及方通 203组成的挥杆平面滑轨主体、 橡胶减震方垫 204、 尼龙条轨道 205、 挥杆节奏显示器 206及升降销连接板 207组成; 所述外护板 201宽于内护板 202, 外护板 201和内护板 202之间通过方通 203连接固定, 固定后方通 203的上方形成一个 U型槽; 橡胶减震 方垫 204的宽度与所述 U型槽的开口宽度相近使得橡胶减震方垫恰好可以卡合在 U型 槽中, 橡胶减震方垫 204的高度大于 U型槽的深度使得橡胶减震方垫 204卡合在 U型 槽中后其上端高出内护板 202和外护板 201的顶端; 橡胶减震方垫 204的上端设有凹 槽用于安装尼龙条轨道 205,尼龙条轨道 205借助于橡胶减震方垫 204的弹力固定在所 述凹槽中; 挥杆节奏显示器 206包括多个 LED指示灯, 该 LED指示灯排列安装在内 护板 202的下端, 可通过内护板 202进行固定也可通过方通 203进行固定, 实践中也 可将 LED指示灯安装在外护板 201的内侧。 所述的多个 LED指示灯均由同一个控制 芯片进行通断控制, 通过控制 LED等的亮与灭来指示挥杆节奏, 例如: 可预先开启所 有的 LED指示灯, 再从挥杆平面滑轨 2最高端开始依次进行灭灯, 挥杆者控制球杆及 其挥杆速度使球杆始终保持在被灭的 LED灯与开启的 LED灯的交接处。 为满足训练 要求, 可在控制芯片中设定不同的灭灯速度, 进一步的方案中, 可釆用带有遥控接收 器的控制芯片, 利用遥控器进行不同灭灯速度之间的切换, 方便使用者操作。
所述尼龙条轨道 205宜釆用表面光滑的尼龙材料制备, 本实施例釆用透明或半透 明的空心尼龙条轨道, 并在尼龙条轨道 205的空心中穿设一条柔性霓虹线 208 (又称 EL发光线),利用电池对所述 EL发光线进行供电,夜间使用时,开启所述 EL发光线, 以便使用者可以清晰的看到自己的挥杆轨迹,该 EL发光线优选外观绿色,并发绿光的 EL发光线。
所述橡胶减震方垫 204的作用在于缓冲球杆对挥杆平面滑轨 2的压力, 减小挥杆 平面滑轨 2对球杆造成的磨损。
本实施例的挥杆平面滑轨的内护板和外护板上喷涂有不同颜色图案的分段标识, 该分段标识包括起杆段标识、 上杆段标识、 下杆段标识、 释放段标识、 击球段标识和 送杆段标识等标识中的一个或多个; 用于提示使用者掌握挥杆弧度, 控制球的飞行距 离。
如图 1、 2、 3、 6所示, 本实施例的击球台 1的主体由击球垫 104、 升降盘 105、 底盘 106、升降机构和风琴式防尘罩 107组成,所述升降盘 105为一块整体呈圆形的钢 板, 击球垫 104放置于升降盘 105上, 前述的升降销座连接板 207设在升降盘 105的 一侧, 该升降盘 105设置升降销连接板 207的一侧可转动的与所述底盘 106的一侧连 接; 升降机构设在升降盘 105和底盘 106之间, 用于控制升降盘 105的升降从而使升 降盘 105相对于水平面形成一定的坡度。 该升降机构可釆用本领域技术人员所熟悉的 各种升降机构,只要达到能够使升降盘 105相对于水平面形成一定的坡度的效果即可。 如图 6, 本实施例的升降机构釆用凸轮升降装置, 利用直流电机 005带动扇形凸轮 002 转动控制升降盘 105与底盘 106之间的距离, 从而实现升降盘 105的升降, 其具体结 构如下:
三个支架轴承 003分别固定在底盘 105上,该三个支架轴承 003处于同一直线上, 凸轮轴 004由所述的三个支架轴承 003固定, 两个扇形凸轮 002的一端分别固定在凸 轮轴 004的两端, 扇形凸轮 002的扇形面上分布安装安装有四个滚动轮, 所述滚动轮 用于顶在升降盘的下表面从而使扇形凸轮 002与升降盘形成传动连接; 凸轮轴 004由 直流电机 005通过链条 006带动其转动, 直流电机 005与链条 006之间还设有减速器 007, 直流电机 005由 12伏的直流电源 001供电, 并通过断点制动器 010控制其启停; 该升降机构的升降原理是: 升降盘 105依赖两个扇形凸轮 002上的滚动轮的支撑而稳 定在底盘 006上, 而扇形凸轮 002上的滚轮与升降盘 105所接触的位置角度不同会导 致升降盘 105与凸轮轴 004之间的距离不同, 即与底盘 006的距离不同, 所以当直流 电机 005带动凸轮轴 004进而带动凸轮 002转动时, 凸轮 002与升降盘 105的接触位 置也随之发生改变, 进而形成升降效果。 所述升降机构还包括同步轮 017和皮带, 所 述同步轮 017套设在所述凸轮轴 004上; 所述皮带的一端固定在所述同步轮 017上、 另一端固定在所述升降盘 105上; 设置适合的皮带长度使得: 当升降盘 105下降时, 皮带因凸轮轴 004的转动而收卷在同步轮 017上, 当升降盘 105上升时, 皮带因凸轮 轴 017的转动而放卷, 放卷后皮带的长度与升降盘到底盘的距离相等, 从而无论升降 盘处于什么位置, 都不会因为外力而致使升降盘 105与底盘 106彻底的脱离。 本实施 例的升降机构还设置有低位控制开关 011和高位控制开关 012, 用于控制直流电机 005 的正转反转从而控制升降盘的升降, 低位控制开关 011和高位控制开关 012的电源输 入端均与升降控制器 013的输出端电连接, 由升降控制器 013控制低位控制开关 011 和高位控制开关 012的通断, 升降控制器 013的电源输入端与直流电源 001连接; 升 降控制器 013与低位控制开关 011之间、 升降控制器 013与高位控制开关 012之间分 别设有蜂鸣器 014和蜂鸣器 015,用于提示升降正在进行中;升降指示灯 016与升降控 制器 013电连接, 当升降控制器 013工作时, 升降指示灯 016发光提示升降机构正在 进行升降。 在具体实施时, 可以釆用遥控器装置对升降控制器 013进行控制, 以方便 使用者操作。
如图 3所示, 本实施例的击球台 1的底盘 106底部设有旋转盘 108和至少两个转 动轮 109,所述旋转盘 108的下表面与所述转动轮 109的着地点处于相同的水平面,击 球台 1通过旋转盘 108放置在室内地面或户外草坪上,不需要借助辅助设施进行固定, 实现了教练台的可移动; 由于旋转盘 108的下表面与所述转动轮 109的着地点处于相 同的水平面,所以只要轻轻推动击球台 1便可实现击球台 1的转动,而无须将击球台 1 整体抬起。且旋转盘与升降机构的配合使得击球台能够模拟至少 9种的不同击球坡度。
如图 3所示,击球台 1的底盘 106上还并列设置两个激光瞄准器 110,该激光瞄准 器 110釆用光路可调的激光瞄准器, 优选釆用发出绿色光束的激光瞄准器, 以指引使 用者在击球准备时站姿与球杆杆面的目标瞄准练习。
实施例 2
本实施例与实施例 1的区别仅在于底盘与旋转盘的设计, 虽然实施例 1的底盘通 过旋转盘和转动轮的配合能够实现击球台 1 的转动, 但仍然略显笨重。 本实施例的底 盘设计将使得击球台的转动更加轻便、 安全。
如图 7、 8所示, 本实施例的底盘 106为一个圆形钢板, 该底盘固定在一个旋转盘 上, 所述旋转盘包括上支撑盘 1061和下支撑盘 1062, 所述上支撑盘 1061可旋转的固 定在所述下支撑盘 1062上。具体结构如下: 下支撑盘 1062为一个八爪型结构的钢架, 由八个支撑臂连接在一个八角形的钢板上组成, 所述八角形钢板的中心位置设有轴承 座 1063, 每一个支撑臂端部均设置有一个滚轮 1064; 上支撑盘 1061也是一个八爪型 结构的钢架, 由八个支撑臂 1067连接在一个八角形的钢板上组成, 上支撑盘 1061中 心位置设有与轴承座 1063相对应的轴承 1065、 每个支撑臂上固定有与所述滚轮 1064 相对应的圆形轨道 1066,上支撑臂 1061和下支撑臂 1062通过轴承 1065与轴承座 1063, 以及滚轮 1064与轨道 1066的配合可相对转动的连接在一起,上支撑臂 1061的上表面 与所述底盘 1061固定连接, 当需要转动击球台的方向时, 只需轻推击球台即可实现转 动。
上支撑盘 1061和下支撑盘 1062之间还需设置回转制动机构, 用于在不需要转动 击球台时固定上支撑盘 1061和下支撑盘 1062的相对位置, 该制动机构可以釆用多种 方式来实现, 例如: 上支撑盘 1061和下支撑盘 1062上设置相对应得销孔, 当不需要 转动时, 用插销同时穿过上支撑盘 1061和下支撑盘 1062上设置相对应得销孔即可实 现制动。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能认定 本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员来说, 在 不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干等同替代或明显变型, 而且性能或用途 相同, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种高尔夫教练台, 包括击球台, 其特征在于: 还包括弧形的挥杆平面滑轨, 所 述挥杆平面滑轨的一端可转动的固定在所述击球台上, 另一端通过可伸缩连接机构与 击球台连接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述可伸缩连接机构为伸缩 棒或伸缩气缸, 所述伸缩棒或伸缩气缸的一端可转动的与所述挥杆平面滑轨连接, 另 一端可转动并可拆卸的固定在所述击球台的外侧边缘。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述击球台的外侧边缘设置 有挥杆平面滑轨固定机构。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述可伸缩连接机构的设置 使得所述挥杆平面滑轨与所述击球台之间形成的夹角范围为 0~65度。
5.根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的高尔夫教练台, 其特征在于: 所述挥杆平面滑轨 包括挥杆平面滑轨主体、 橡胶减震方垫和尼龙条轨道; 所述挥杆平面滑轨主体上端设 有 U型槽, 所述减震方垫安装在所述 U型槽内; 所述橡胶减震方垫上端设有凹槽, 所 述尼龙条轨道安装在所述凹槽中。
6.、根据权利要求 5所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述挥杆平面滑轨还包括 柔性霓虹线; 所述尼龙条轨道为透明或半透明的空心尼龙条轨道, 所述柔性霓虹线穿 设在所述空心尼龙条轨道中。
7.根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的高尔夫教练台, 其特征在于: 所述挥杆平面滑轨 上设有挥杆节奏显示器。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述挥杆节奏显示器为 LED 指示灯, 所述 LED指示灯排列设置在所述挥杆平面滑轨主体的内侧。
9.根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:还包括激光瞄准器。
10.根据权利要求 9所述的高尔夫教练台, 其特征在于: 所述激光瞄准器安装在所 述击球台上。
11.根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述击球台包括升 降盘、 底盘和升降机构, 所述升降盘的一端可转动的与所述底盘的一端连接, 所述升 降盘的另一端通过所述升降机构与所述底盘的另一端连接。
12.根据权利要求 11所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述底盘底部设有旋转盘 和至少两个转动轮, 所述旋转盘的下表面与所述转动轮的下端处于相同的水平面。
13.根据权利要求 11所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述击球台还包括旋转盘, 所述旋转盘包括上支撑盘和下支撑盘,所述上支撑盘可旋转的固定在所述下支撑盘上, 所述底盘固定在所述上支撑盘上。
14.根据权利要求 11所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述升降机构为凸轮升降 机构, 所述凸轮升降机构包括直流电机、 扇形凸轮、 凸轮轴、 支架轴承, 所述支架轴 承固定在所述底盘上, 所述凸轮轴可转动的安装在所述支架轴承上, 所述凸轮轴还与 所述直流电机传动连接; 所述扇形凸轮固定在所述凸轮轴上, 所述扇形凸轮的扇形面 上安装有滚动轮, 所述扇形凸轮通过所述滚动轮与所述升降盘传动连接。
15.根据权利要求 14所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述升降机构还包括同步 轮和皮带, 所述同步轮套设在所述凸轮轴上; 所述皮带的一端固定在所述同步轮上、 另一端固定在所述升降盘上。
16.根据权利要求 13所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述上支撑盘上设有圆形 滑动轨道, 所述下支撑盘上设有滚轮, 所述上支撑盘通过所述圆形滑动轨道可旋转的 固定在所述滚轮上; 所述上支撑盘和下支撑盘之间还设有回转制动机构。
17.根据权利要求 1所述的高尔夫教练台, 其特征在于: 所述挥杆平面滑轨上设有 分段标识。
18.根据权利要求 17所述的高尔夫教练台,其特征在于:所述分段标识包括起杆段 标识、 上杆段标识、 下杆段标识、 释放段标识、 击球段标识和送杆段标识中的一种或 多种。
19.根据权利要求 17或 18所述的高尔夫教练台, 其特征在于: 所述分段标识为涂 覆在所述挥杆平面滑轨上的不同颜色的涂层。
