Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an assembly method for the manufacture of furniture, by joining flat pieces that retain their structure without the help of tools, devices or glues, using only their parts to achieve this purpose. This is achieved by assembling parts oriented on different axes, generating a mechanical work together, appealing to the locks and pressure that they generate among themselves, allowing them to retain their shape for domestic uses at the furniture level, being able to be armed or disassembled at will. and manually.
  • the technical problem that solves this invention is that of being able to offer a family of furniture that facilitates the actions that consumers must take before they can use the products, improving the concept of RTA furniture (Ready to assembly) or ready to assemble, since to do this, dispense with nails, screws, glue or other joining device, using only the assembly of parts to achieve fine assembly! It also solves a manufacturing problem, by optimizing the cutting of the assembly grooves that the parts possess, in which a technique is developed that allows to avoid the terminations of rectangular cutting, minimizing the cost and production times, because we avoid the cutting of right angles at the bottom of the grooves, difficult to achieve by traditional cutting processes. With this technique we achieve the same assembly result as if I had these right angles, due to!
