Abstract

L'invention concerne la découverte selon laquelle le modèle d'expression du gène dans un embryon reconstruit obtenu au moyen du transfert nucléaire de cellule somatique normalisé en délétant le Xist fonctionne sur le chromosome X actif de l'embryon reconstruit, améliorant de cette façon l'efficacité du clonage de 7 à 8 fois.
