Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de mesure d'ozone qui mesure la concentration en ozone et une variation de la concentration en ozone d'un espace prédéterminé. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un appareil de mesure d'ozone multicanal qui effectue des mesures de concentrations d'ozone faibles à élevées simultanément à l'aide d'une seule lampe à ultraviolets en utilisant une méthode d'absorption des ultraviolets.
