- the solar power generated by the solar battery 30 is first addressed to the required power of the load throughout the day, and the shortage is externally As a supplement to the external commercial power from the commercial power source 32, it is conceivable to achieve leveling by charging and discharging the power storage device 50 so that the external commercial power has a constant power value throughout the day. In this case, the power supplied to the load is obtained by adding daytime photovoltaic power to a constant value of external commercial power.
- the average value of the required power of the load throughout the day is obtained, and the supply power to the load is made constant by using the charge / discharge of the power storage device 50. - This process is executed by the program transmission function on the power management server 12 side, and is executed by the program reception function and the program change function on the power management apparatus 58 side.
- it is determined which charge / discharge control program in the existing is to be changed to a new charge / discharge control program, and a new one is determined according to the determination. Changes to the charge / discharge control program are made.
- the effects such as the degree of contribution before and after the change of the charge / discharge control program are calculated and output and displayed on the display unit 66 on the power management device 58 side (S24). This process is executed by the contribution display function of the power management device 58. Thereafter, the process returns to S10.

- the vertical axis indicates the power, which shows how the power varies during the day.
- the solid lines are the load power characteristic lines 100 and 140 indicating the power consumption of the load in the house 20.
- 3 and 4 compare the differences between the case where the solar cell 30 and the external commercial power source 32 are used as the power source and the power storage device 50 is not used in the house 20.
- the load in the house 20 is only the home appliance load 40, and the in-vehicle secondary battery 44 of the electric vehicle 42 is not considered.
- FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining a case where the photovoltaic power generation power of the solar battery 30 and the external commercial power of the external commercial power supply 32 correspond to the required load power without using the power storage device 50.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a case where appropriate charge / discharge control is performed using the power storage device 50 and external commercial power and solar power generated power correspond to load required power.

- the one-dot chain line is the photovoltaic power generation characteristic line 102
- the broken line is the external commercial power characteristic line 110.
- the external commercial power value (load power value ⁇ solar power generation value) at each time. Since the photovoltaic power generation value fluctuates due to sunshine, the maximum value 112 of the external commercial power value is almost the same as the maximum value of the load power value in the example of FIG.
- the dashed-dotted solar power generation characteristic line 104 is smooth with respect to the time.
- the characteristic is shown.
- the power storage device 50 is used only for suppressing fluctuations in the photovoltaic power generation, and as a result, the broken external commercial power characteristic line 111 also has a smooth characteristic, and its maximum value 113 is the maximum value 112 in FIG. Abstract
