Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft stabile wässrige Proteindispersionen, umfassend in einer wässrigen Phase wenigstens ein selbstassemblierendes Protein in dispergierter Form sowie wenigstens ein spezielles Dispergiermittel für das selbstassemblierende Protein; Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher stabilen wässrigen Dispersionen; Verfahren zur Elektroverspinnung von selbstassemblierenden Proteinen unter Verwendung solcher stabiler wässriger Dispersionen; Verfahren zur Herstellung von Faserflächengebilden oder Fasern aus solchen wässrigen Dispersionen; die Verwendung solcher wässriger Dispersionen zur Beschichtung von Oberflächen; die Verwendung der durch Elektroverspinnung hergestellten Materialien zur Herstellung von Medizinprodukten, Hygieneartikeln und Textilien; sowie Faser- oder Faserflächengebilde, hergestellt nach einem erfindungsgemäßen Elektroverspinnungsverfahren.
