其中, 接收模块 20还用于接收第一移动交换中心发送的呼叫释放通知 消息;
发送模块 22还用于向第二移动交换中心转发呼叫释放通知消息, 以便 第二移动交换中心释放媒体通道。
本发明实施例的呼叫保持业务实现装置, 能够实现用户在呼叫保持过 程中, 在主控方用户尚未挂断与第三方的通话前向用户播放包括视频、 图 片、 动画在内的多媒体回铃音。 一方面使用户能够体验更加丰富的多媒体 感受, 提高了用户体验; 同时多媒体回铃音由主控方用户定制, 能够传达 主叫用户的个性化特征, 使得移动运营商可以吸引更多的用户。
图 3 为本发明的实施例呼叫保持业务实现系统的结构示意图, 如图 3 所示, 本实施例包括:
第一移动交换中心 30 ,用于向呼叫保持业务实现装置 32发送初始地址 请求消息, 初始地址请求消息为第一移动交换中心 30在接收到第一用户终 端请求保持与第二用户终端的通话的请求后发送;
第二移动交换中心 31 ,用于建立呼叫保持业务实现装置 32与第二用户 终端间的媒体通道;
呼叫保持业务实现装置 32 ,用于在接收到第一移动交换中心 30发送的 初始地址请求消息之后, 通过第二移动交换中心 31与第二用户终端建立媒 体通道, 并在呼叫等待过程结束之前, 利用媒体通道向第二用户终端发送 媒体流。
其中, 呼叫保持业务实现装置 32还用于接收第一移动交换中心发送的 呼叫释放通知消息;
第二移动交换中心 31还用于释放媒体通道。
本发明实施例的呼叫保持业务实现系统, 能够实现用户在呼叫保持过 程中, 在主控方用户尚未挂断与第三方的通话前向用户播放包括视频、 图 片、 动画在内的多媒体回铃音。 一方面使用户能够体验更加丰富的多媒体 感受, 提高了用户体验; 同时多媒体回铃音由主控方用户定制, 能够传达 主叫用户的个性化特征, 使得移动运营商可以吸引更多的用户。
下面结合图 3 所示的系统, 对本发明的实施例呼叫保持业务实现方法 进行进一步介绍。
在本发明实施例中, 主控方用户为 A, 被保持用户为 B, 用户 A申请 开通了多媒体呼叫等待音。 A-MSC是用户 A的拜访 MSC, 也就是第一移 动交换中心, B-MSC是用户 B的拜访 MSC, 也就是第二移动交换中心, 呼 叫保持业务实现装置的功能由多媒体回铃音业务(MRBT, Multimedia Ring Back Tone )平台完成。
在本发明实施例的呼叫保持业务实现系统中, 移动用户 A和 B建立语 音通话,通话过程中用户 C向 A发起语音呼叫; 用户 A接听用户 C的语音 呼叫请求, 和用户 C建立通话, 用户 B被呼叫保持; 用户 B向 MRBT平台 发起呼叫请求, MRBT平台釆用 H.245协议, 完成与 B的能力协商并与用 户 B建立媒体通道, MRBT平台根据用户 A定制的信息向用户 B播放用户 A定制的视频回铃音。
如果用户 A挂断与用户 C的通话, A-MSC向 B-MSC发起恢复消息, 用户 B发起拆线请求, B-MSC向 MRBT平台发送 REL消息, 释放多媒体 媒体通道, 之后, 用户 A和用户 B恢复语音通话。
下面对不同情况下的本发明的实施例呼叫保持业务实现方法进行进一 步介绍。
情况一: 用户 A未签约多媒体回铃音业务, 系统中的信令交互流程如 图 4所示。
用户 A在与用户 B保持呼叫的过程中, 向 A-MSC发送呼叫保持请求 消息 (Hold Req ), A-MSC收到后会判断用户 A是否开通多媒体等待音, 如果用户 A没有签约呼叫等待期间的多媒体等待音业务,则 A-MSC向用户 A返回路由信息失败响应, 原因值为 "承载业务不支持(Bear Service Not Provisioned )" , 执行普通的 HOLD过程: A-MSC向用户 A返回呼叫保持应 答消息(Hold ack ), 并向 B-MSC发送呼叫保持通知消息( Notify hold ), 用 户 B根据 B-MSC下发的振铃消息( Alerting消息)播放本地的普通回铃音。
情况二: 用户 A签约多媒体回铃音业务,但用户 B不支持视频回铃音, 系统中的信令交互流程如图 5所示。
用户 A签约了多媒体等待音业务, A-MSC则向 MRBT发送初始地址 请求消息 ( IAM ( Initial Address Message )请求消息), 该消息包括地址和 其他与路径和呼叫处理相关的信息, MRBT继续向 B— MSC下发初始地址请 求消息, 初始地址请求消息中携带有移动交换路由网络寻址, B-MSC对用 户 B进行寻呼 Paging, 用户 B根据 B-MSC下发的 setup消息判断自身是否 支持可视电话, 如果否, 则用户 B向 B-MSC回复 disconnect消息, 表明用 户 B不支持多媒体视频业务,则 MRBT釆用 H.245协议向用户 B下发音频 等待彩铃业务。
情况三: 用户 A签约多媒体回铃音业务, 用户 B支持视频回铃音, 系 统中的信令交互流程如图 6所示。 A-MSC则向 MRBT发送初始地址请求消息, MRBT继续向 B— MSC下 发初始地址请求消息, 初始地址请求消息中携带有移动交换路由网络寻址, B-MSC对用户 B进行 Paging寻呼, 用户 B根据 B-MSC下发的 setup消息 判断自身是否支持可视电话, 如果是向 B-MSC回复 RAB分配请求, 以便 B-MSC建立可视通话, 启动 MRBT与用户 B的视频通话流程; B-MSC通 过地址全消息( ACM, Address Complete Message )以及 MRBT平台回复的 呼叫进行(CPG, Call Progress ) 消息进行能力协商, 包括确定视频流的编 码格式, 在抑制播放普通回铃音的同时建立 MRBT与用户 B间的视频通话 连接, 其中, 抑制播放普通回铃音的过程处理短暂, 是为了保证及时播放 视频回铃音且不会出现播放本地普通回铃音的冲突现象出现, MRBT 平台 为用户 A归属地的 MRBT平台。 MRBT平台通过 B— MSC向用户 B进行能 力确认, 如果用户 B支持多媒体彩铃业务, 则 MRBT釆用 H.245协议向用 户 B下发多媒体视频等待彩铃业务。
情况四: 用户 B在呼叫保持时接收视频等待音过程中主动挂机。
用户 B在音频等待彩铃业务 /多媒体等待彩铃业务保持期间 ,如果挂机, 则与用户 A保持的呼叫正常释放。 用户 A结束呼叫保持后, 呼叫结束。
情况五:用户 A在呼叫保持时用户 B接收视频等待音过程中主动挂机, 系统中的信令交互流程如图 7所示。
用户 B在等待彩铃业务 /多媒体等待彩铃业务保持期间,如果用户 A通 过释放请求消息 RETRIEVE REQ 发向 A— MSC 来结束此次呼叫保持, A MSC在给用户 A响应 ACK的同时给 MRBT下发释放通知消息 NOTIFY RETRIEVE。 MRBT透传该消息至 B— MSC, B— MSC重新建立与 A— MSC的 呼叫链接,用户 B向 B— MSC发送拆链( DISCONNECT )消息,拆除 B— MSC 建立的符合 H.245协议的视频通话连接。 用户 A与用户 B恢复之前的呼叫 链接。 所述方法实施例是与所述装置实施例相对应的, 在方法实施例中未详 细描述的部分参照装置实施例中相关部分的描述即可, 在装置实施例中未 详细描述的部分参照方法实施例中相关部分的描述即可。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分 步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一 计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如上述方法实施例的步 骤, 所述的存储介质,如: 磁碟、光盘、 只读存储记忆体(ROM, Read-Only Memory )或随机存储记忆体 ( RAM, Random Access Memory )等。
在本发明各方法实施例中, 所述各步骤的序号并不能用于限定各步骤 的先后顺序, 对于本领域普通技术人员来讲, 在不付出创造性劳动的前提 下, 对各步骤的先后变化也在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改 进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收到第一移动交换中心发送的初始地址请求消息后, 通过第二移动 交换中心与所述第二用户终端建立媒体通道; 其中, 所述第一移动交换中 心在接收到第一用户终端请求保持与第二用户终端的通话的请求后发送所 述初始地址请求消息;
在呼叫等待过程结束之前, 利用所述媒体通道向所述第二用户终端发 送媒体流。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动交换中心在接收到第一用户终端的呼叫保持请求消息, 判断所述第一用户终端已开通多媒体业务后, 发送所述初始地址请求消息。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 通过 第二移动交换中心与所述第二用户终端建立媒体通道为:
向所述第二移动交换中心发送初始地址请求消息;
接收到所述第二移动交换中心发送的携带有媒体通道信息的地址全消 息后, 向所述第二移动交换中心发送呼叫进行消息, 使所述第二移动交换 中心建立所述呼叫保持业务实现装置与所述第二用户终端间的媒体通道。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述 第二移动交换中心接收到所述初始地址请求消息后对所述第二用户终端进 行寻呼, 判断所述第二用户终端支持可视电话后, 发送所述地址全消息。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述 利用所述媒体通道向所述第二用户终端发送媒体流之后, 所述方法还包括: 接收到所述第一移动交换中心发送的呼叫释放通知消息后, 向所述第 二移动交换中心转发所述呼叫释放通知消息, 使所述第二移动交换中心释 放所述媒体通道。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的呼叫保持业务实现方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述第二用户终端支持可视电话时, 所述媒体流包括视频流。
7. 一种呼叫保持业务实现装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收第一移动交换中心发送的初始地址请求消息, 所 述初始地址请求消息为所述第一移动交换中心在接收到第一用户终端请求 保持与第二用户终端的通话的请求后发送;
建立模块, 用于通过第二移动交换中心与所述第二用户终端建立媒体 通道;
发送模块, 用于在呼叫等待过程结束之前, 利用所述媒体通道向所述 第二用户终端发送媒体流。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的呼叫保持业务实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于向所述第二移动交换中心发送初始地址请求消 息;
所述接收模块还用于接收所述第二移动交换中心发送的携带有媒体通 道信息的地址全消息;
所述发送模块还用于向所述第二移动交换中心发送呼叫进行消息, 以 便所述第二移动交换中心建立所述呼叫保持业务实现装置与所述第二用户 终端间的媒体通道。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的呼叫保持业务实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用于接收所述第一移动交换中心发送的呼叫释放通知 消息;
所述发送模块还用于向所述第二移动交换中心转发所述呼叫释放通知 消息, 以便所述第二移动交换中心释放所述媒体通道。
10. 一种呼叫保持业务实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一移动交换中心, 用于向呼叫保持业务实现装置发送初始地址请求 消息, 所述初始地址请求消息为所述第一移动交换中心在接收到第一用户 终端请求保持与第二用户终端的通话的请求后发送;
第二移动交换中心, 用于建立所述呼叫保持业务实现装置与所述第二 用户终端间的媒体通道;
所述呼叫保持业务实现装置, 用于在接收到第一移动交换中心发送的 初始地址请求消息之后, 通过所述第二移动交换中心与所述第二用户终端 建立媒体通道, 并在呼叫等待过程结束之前, 利用所述媒体通道向所述第 二用户终端发送媒体流。
