本发明涉及线控领域,更具体地说,涉及一种隐藏式线控器。
背景技术
随着电子产品的广泛应用,线控器在电子产品中的运用也越来越多,但是,目前的线控器具有以下不足:
第一,不具有信道选择功能,只能单独与一个设备进行通信,且只能控制该设备的声音大小或播放进度等;
第二,体积较大,不能满足用户在隐蔽式状态下使用的需求,如军事场合等。
于是,迫切地需求一种具有信道选择功能且便于在隐蔽式状态下使用的线控器。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述不具备信号选择功能、体积较大的缺陷,提供一种隐藏式线控器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种隐藏式线控器,包括壳体,所述壳体上设有信道选择组件、调节组件和控制组件,所述壳体内设有编码开关、滑动挡片、硅胶按键和柔性线路板;
所述编码开关受所述信道选择组件驱动以进行信道选择;
所述滑动挡片受所述调节组件驱动以对每个信道的参数进行调节;
所述硅胶按键受所述控制组件驱动,所述硅胶按键在受压时控制所述柔性线路板导通开始工作。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述壳体包括前壳和后壳,所述信道选择组件设置在所述前壳和后壳的后端,所述调节组件设置在所述前壳上,所述控制组件设置在所述前壳与后壳的轴向交界处,所述前壳和后壳的前端设置有与所述柔性线路板相连的线缆组件。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述信道选择组件包括旋钮、与所述旋钮和所述编码开关均咬合的连接件。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述编码开关上还套设有用于将所述旋钮、所述编码开关相锁紧的螺母。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述编码开关上设有多个导电突起,所述柔性线路板上设有与所述多个导电突起配合使用以进行信道选择的导电孔。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述外壳与所述编码开关之间设有第一防水件。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述线缆组件包括多根线缆及固定所述多根线缆的连接件,所述连接件固定在所述壳体上。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述连接件与所述外壳之间设有第二防水件。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述控制组件上设有防滑部。
本发明所述的隐藏式线控器中,所述调节组件包括按键。
实施本发明的隐藏式线控器,具有以下有益效果:
第一,用户通过设置在壳体上的信道选择组件可进行信道选择,从而与工作在不同信道上的设备进行通信;
第二,由于采用线控技术,体积较小,将能满足用户在隐蔽式状态下使用的需求,如军事场合等。

具体实施方式
结合图1A、图1B、图1C、图1D和图2所示,本发明的隐藏式线控器包括壳体,所述壳体上设有信道选择组件1、调节组件2和控制组件3,所述壳体内设有编码开关4、硅胶按键8和柔性线路板9;其中,编码开关4受信道选择组件1驱动以进行信道选择;滑动挡片受调节组件2驱动以对每个信道的参数进行调节,上述参数包括电流值、电压值、工作频率,甚至包括音量的大小调节等。硅胶按键8受控制组件3驱动,硅胶按键8在受压时迫使柔性线路板9产生形变从而控制柔性线路板9导通开始工作,控制组件3主要起开关控制作用。
上述壳体包括前壳5和后壳6,信道选择组件1设置在前壳5和后壳6的后端,调节组件2设置在前壳5上,控制组件3设置在前壳5与后壳6的轴向交界处,前壳5和后壳6的前端设置有与柔性线路板9相连的线缆组件7,本隐藏式线控器通过该线缆组件7与外部设备相连。
再结合图3所示,是本发明隐藏式线控器的分解图。信道选择组件1包括旋钮15、与旋钮15和编码开关4均咬合的连接件。优选地,所述连接件为一弹性内衬13,旋钮15为中空结构,内衬13的一端卡在旋钮15的中空部位,另一端卡在编码开关4上,且与旋钮15和编码开关4紧紧咬合,当用户旋转旋钮15时,旋钮15带动内衬13一起旋转,从而驱动编码开关4产生选择动作。
上述驱动编码开关4产生选择动作的具体实施过程如下:
编码开关4上设有多个导电突起41,对应地,柔性线路板9上设有与该多个导电突起41配合使用以进行信道选择的多个导电孔91。组装好后,未旋转旋钮15时,多个导电突起41与多个导电孔91相隔离,若旋转旋钮15后,将会有一导电突起41伸出来与对应的导电孔91接触,由于每一个导电突起代表一个不同的信道,且每个信道都通过一根线缆连接到设备,于是,通过旋转旋钮15,即可实现不同信道的选择,从而控制多个设备。
上述柔性线路板9上还设有补强层92,便于柔性线路板9的安装固定。
进一步地在本实施例的基础上,编码开关4上还套设有用于将旋钮15、编码开关4相锁紧的螺母14,旋钮15与编码开关4锁紧后,可更好地保持旋钮15与编码开关4的同步转动。
进一步地在本实施例的基础上,外壳与编码开关4之间设有第一防水件10,起保护作用。
另外,线缆组件7包括多根线缆19及固定所述多根线缆19的连接件,所述连接件固定在所述壳体上,连接件可防止多根线缆受外力后易从柔性线路板9上脱落。进一步地,所述连接件与所述外壳之间设有第二防水件11,也起保护作用。
进一步地在本实施例的基础上,控制组件3上设有防滑部61,便于用户操作。
本发明中,滑动挡片22与柔性线路板9集为一体,可以说,滑动挡片22直接设置在柔性线路板9上。调节组件2主要由按键21来实现,当按压按键21时,滑动挡片22上设置的电子器件的电阻值或其它电参数发生变化,于是对滑动挡片22起驱动控制作用。进一步地,调节组件2还包括设置在后壳5上用于安装按键21的安装部23,按键21四周还设有装饰件24。另外,为了防止滑动挡片22在壳体内晃动,还设置有用于固定滑动挡片22的固定件12。
本发明中,用户通过设置在壳体上的信道选择组件1可进行信道选择,从而与连接在不同信道上的设备进行通信;另外,由于采用线控技术,体积较小,将能满足用户在隐蔽式状态下使用的需求,如军事场合等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种隐藏式线控器,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有信道选择组件、调节组件和控制组件,所述壳体内设有编码开关、滑动挡片、硅胶按键和柔性线路板;
    所述编码开关受所述信道选择组件驱动以进行信道选择;
    所述滑动挡片受所述调节组件驱动以对每个信道的参数进行调节;
    所述硅胶按键受所述控制组件驱动,所述硅胶按键在受压时控制所述柔性线路板导通开始工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前壳和后壳,所述信道选择组件设置在所述前壳和后壳的后端,所述调节组件设置在所述前壳上,所述控制组件设置在所述前壳与后壳的轴向交界处,所述前壳和后壳的前端设置有与所述柔性线路板相连的线缆组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述信道选择组件包括旋钮、与所述旋钮和所述编码开关均咬合的连接件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述编码开关上还套设有用于将所述旋钮、所述编码开关相锁紧的螺母。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述编码开关上设有多个导电突起,所述柔性线路板上设有与所述多个导电突起配合使用以进行信道选择的导电孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述外壳与所述编码开关之间设有第一防水件。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述线缆组件包括多根线缆及固定所述多根线缆的连接件,所述连接件固定在所述壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述连接件与所述外壳之间设有第二防水件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述控制组件上设有防滑部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的隐藏式线控器,其特征在于,所述调节组件包括按键。
