Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé combiné de nettoyage par sections, avec désinfection simultanée, de conduites enterrées du réseau d'eau potable public, selon lequel une section fermée par vanne ou séparée temporairement du reste du réseau d'eau potable, par réalisation d'une tranchée blindée ouverte, est soumise à l'action d'un liquide de nettoyage mis en recirculation par pompage au cours d'une première étape dans un dispositif mobile, liquide auquel sont ajoutés une quantité dosée d'air comprimé et un mélange d'additifs chimiques faiblement concentrés pour la dissolution des incrustations et la désinfection. Après chaque passage, le liquide de nettoyage est prédécanté dans un ensemble à chambres multiples de bacs de décantation (1), de sorte qu'après le dépôt de particules de matière solide dissoute, le liquide de nettoyage est complété uniquement dans une faible mesure par de l'eau claire pour atteindre la quantité nécessaire de liquide de nettoyage à faire passer dans la conduite, l'avancement du nettoyage étant surveillé, entre autres, au moyen de la mesure de turbidité. Dans une deuxième étape, une fois la circulation du liquide de nettoyage terminée, ledit liquide reste dans la conduite à nettoyer pendant une période de temps définie, au cours d'une phase de repos, pour dissoudre les derniers résidus/dépôts. Au cours d'une troisième étape, après le nettoyage réalisé selon les deux premières étapes, les additifs chimiques présents dans le liquide de nettoyage sont neutralisés et amenés jusqu'à un milieu récepteur. Au cours d'une quatrième étape, la conduite d'eau potable (5) nettoyée est rincée à l'eau claire et, au cours d'une cinquième étape, une solution inhibitrice est appliquée sur la paroi intérieure de la conduite en vue de la protection contre la corrosion. L'invention concerne un procédé de travail à exécuter de préférence en cinq étapes et un dispositif mettant en œuvre ledit procédé.
