背景技术
[0002] 随着科技与社会的发展,通过对城镇污水处理厂日常运行情况的观察发现,经过污水厂二级处理后的排水仍含有一定浓度的cod、bod5、nh3-n、p等污染物,二沉池出水堰极易滋生藻类,特别是在夏天藻类大量生长,其脱落后会随二沉池出水进入后续处理单元,增加滤池负担,影响滤池过滤性能。同时,脱落的藻类会增加水中SS浓度,不仅影响紫外消毒效果,严重影响出水景观和出水水质,对污水处理厂安全稳定运行及出水达标排放带来隐患。现有污水处理厂对二沉池出水堰除藻处理方法多数采用人工清洗方式,但由于藻类附着在池壁上,需工人持高压水枪或者铁刷进入二沉池内操作方可清洗干净,存在较大安全隐患;且夏季温度高,藻类生长迅速,不仅清洗频率高(基本每周都需清洗2-3次),且清洗工作量大,难以保证有效清洁,在二沉池出水堰上仍残留大量青苔,而由于人工冲洗完的藻类沉积在滤池中,滤池阻塞率也会显著提高,因此人工清洗存在清洗效果差、速度慢、成本高、劳动强度大,影响出水水质且存在安全隐患等问题。或者在污水处理厂二沉池刮泥机刮渣板上设置电动毛刷或高压水喷射装置进行清洗,虽然具有一定的除藻效果,但设备投资和运行成本高,且需经常对设备进行维护保养,采用此种工艺,只能清洗出水堰表面部分藻类,只是景观改善,却无法减少藻类产生。或者出水堰加盖盖板等阻止阳光照射,其设备投资较大,并且加盖后不方便调整出水堰高度,同时无法观察二沉池出水情况。或者专门投加除藻药剂,但需增设新的药剂投加设备,增加药剂运行成本。
[0003] 此外,城镇污水经二级生物处理后,水质大大改善,但细菌的绝对数量仍很可观,并存在有病原菌的可能,潜在的健康危害极大。按照《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002) 一级A标准出水粪大肠菌群数必须小于1000个/L,才可排入受纳水体。为此,往往需要投加消毒药剂来实现出水稳定达标。现有技术中,二沉池的出水经过出水渠道汇集后集中通过出水管道排至接触消毒池,接触消毒池在进水口处设置消毒药液投加点,然后池内部采用绕流结构使水经多次折向绕流后再进入出水处。这种污水处理系统消毒结构,虽然消毒池中已经设置了绕流结构尽量延长污水停留时间,但仍然存在消毒药液混合不均匀,导致消毒效果较差的缺陷。
实用新型内容
