Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un agencement d'appareil de cuisson à la vapeur doté d'un générateur de vapeur (22), comprenant une unité d'évaporation, un réservoir d'eau résiduelle (24) et un réservoir d'eau fraîche (26). Afin d'obtenir un agencement adéquat combiné à une structure simple, présentant des caractéristiques avantageuses en matière de nettoyage, de sécurité et d'utilisation, il est prévu selon l'invention que le générateur de vapeur comporte au moins une conduite (64) qui, dans au moins un mode de fonctionnement, conduit un fluide du réservoir d'eau résiduelle (24) à l'unité d'évaporation (32).
