本发明涉及一种洗墙车。 背景技术
现有的洗墙车在进行清洗墙面作业时, 需将洗涤液和清水喷向墙面, 从 而会使清洗后的墙面上挂满水珠, 挂满的水珠慢慢地成串流下来。 而且, 当 墙面上有横向浅槽时, 水珠会在浅槽处聚集。 当墙面上的水珠与路面的扬尘 混在一起时, 便会在清洗后的墙面上留下流痕, 从而影响墙面的清洁度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够提高墙面清洁度的洗墙车。
本发明提供了一种洗墙车, 其中, 该洗墙车上安装有墙面风干装置, 该 墙面风干装置包括供风组件、 风刀组件和连接组件: 所述供风组件用于向所 述风刀组件供风; 所述风刀组件用于将从所述供风组件接收的风吹向墙面以 风干墙面; 所述连接组件用于将所述风刀组件连接到所述洗墙车。
优选地, 所述墙面风干装置还包括驱动组件, 该驱动组件用于通过所述 连接组件驱动所述风刀组件在展开位置和縮回位置之间移动,其中在所述展 开位置, 所述风刀组件向外展开以风干墙面, 在所述縮回位置, 所述风刀组 件縮回到所述洗墙车的侧面。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。 应当理解的是, 此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限制本发 明。
在对本发明进行详细说明之前, 需要指出的是, 本发明中所述的近端和 远端是相对于洗墙车 1而言的, 即将靠近洗墙车 1的一端称为近端, 将远离 洗墙车 1 的一端称为远端。 另外, 本发明中所称的 "竖直", 主要是指洗墙 车在洗墙作业和风干作业时, 相应的零部件相对于地面呈竖直方向。
洗墙车通常包括底盘 7以及安装在底盘 7上的水箱 2、洗刷 3、操纵室 6、 副车架 (未显示)、 旋转平台 (未显示)、 供水系统 (未显示) 等等。 本发明 的主要改进是在洗墙车上安装墙面风干装置, 而并不涉及洗墙车本身的具体 结构如水箱、 洗刷等, 因此, 下面主要针对墙面风干装置进行详细说明。 如图 1至图 3所示, 根据本发明的一个基本的技术方案, 提供了一种洗 墙车, 其中, 该洗墙车 1上安装有墙面风干装置 4, 该墙面风干装置 4包括 供风组件 100、 风刀组件 200和连接组件 300: 所述供风组件 100用于向所 述风刀组件 200供风; 所述风刀组件 200用于将从所述供风组件 100接收的 风吹向墙面 5以风干墙面 5 ; 所述连接组件 300用于将所述风刀组件 200连 接到所述洗墙车 1。
由于本发明提供的洗墙车 1上安装有墙面风干装置 4, 所以在洗墙车 1 利用洗涤液和清水对墙面 5进行清洗作业后, 可以通过墙面风干装置 4来对 墙面 5进行风干, 从而不会在墙面 5上留下水珠, 也就不会因路面的扬尘而 在清洗后的墙面 5上留下流痕, 从而提高墙面 5的清洁度。
为了能够方便地对风刀组件 200进行操作,使风刀组件 200在工作时展 开, 而在不工作时收回, 优选地, 所述墙面风干装置 4还包括驱动组件 400, 该驱动组件 400用于通过所述连接组件 300驱动所述风刀组件 200在展开位 置和縮回位置之间移动, 其中在所述展开位置, 所述风刀组件 200向外展开 以风干墙面 5, 在所述縮回位置, 所述风刀组件 200縮回到所述洗墙车 1的 侧面。
下面, 结合附图对墙面风干装置 4的各个组件进行具体的描述。 风刀组件 200:
所述风刀组件 200用于将从所述供风组件 100接收的风吹向墙面 5以风 干墙面 5。 如图 3所示, 所述风刀组件 200包括长条形的风刀 201。 为了对 风刀 201进行固定,优选地,所述风刀组件 200还包括长条形的风刀架 202, 所述风刀 201安装在所述风刀架 202上。 为了能够对风刀 201进行引导, 以 使风刀 201的出风口与墙面 5之间的距离保持恒定, 优选地, 所述风刀组件 200还包括两个导向轮架 203, 该两个导向轮架 203分别横跨所述风刀 201 并安装在所述风刀架 202的上部和下部,每个所述导向轮架 203的跨过所述 风刀 201的两端分别安装有适于接触墙面 5的导向轮 204。
由于风刀组件 200通常需要对竖直的墙面 5进行风干,所以所述风刀 201 和风刀架 202通常大致处于竖直状态。为了能够顺利地将墙面 5上的水吹向 地面, 在作业时, 所述风刀 201和风刀架 202可以相对于垂直方向朝向洗墙 车 1行进的方向稍微向下倾斜。所述风刀架 202的上部和下部便是指大致处 于竖直状态的风刀架 202的上部和下部。
如图 4和图 5所示, 所述风刀 201可以包括筒状主体 208、 沿所述筒状 主体 208的纵向方向设置在所述筒状主体 208上的出风口 205以及设置在所 述筒状主体 208上的进风口 209。 所述出风口 205通常设置为缝隙, 该缝隙 可以为一条, 也可以为多条。 此外, 所述出风口 205可以为连续的, 也可以 为不连续的。 为了方便设置, 且能够将来自供风组件 100的风均匀地吹向墙 面 5, 从而均匀地风干墙面 5上的水, 优选地, 所述出风口 205为一条连续 的缝隙。 所述进风口 209的设置位置根据具体情况确定, 为了方便设置, 优 选地, 所述进风口 209设置在所述筒状主体 208的端部。 所述进风口 209可 以设置在所述筒状主体 208的一端,也可以设置在所述筒状主体 208的两端, 根据具体情况确定。
所述风刀架 202用于安装风刀 201, 对于其结构没有特别的要求。 所述 风刀 201可以通过本领域公知的各种适当的方式安装在风刀架 202上, 如悍 接、通过螺栓安装或者通过卡环安装。为了方便拆装,优选地,所述风刀 201 通过多个卡环 207安装到所述风刀架 202上, 该多个卡环 207沿所述风刀架 202的纵向间隔设置。所述卡环 207的开口可以通过紧固件(如螺栓)连接。 所述多个卡环 207可以通过悍接、紧固连接或者铆接的方式设置在所述风刀 架 202上。
所述导向轮架 203可以通过本领域公知的各种适当的方式安装在风刀架 202上, 如悍接、 螺栓连接或者铰接。 为了适应墙面 5的外形, 使导向轮架 203上安装的导向轮 204在作业过程中始终与墙面 5保持接触, 从而使风刀 201的出风口 205与墙面 5的距离保持恒定, 保证吹风效果最佳, 优选地, 所述两个导向轮架 203中的至少一个导向轮架 203通过竖直设置的第一销轴 206与所述风刀架 202铰接。为了使导向轮 204的滚动比较稳定,更优选地, 所述两个导向轮架 203中的一个导向轮架 203通过第一销轴 206与所述风刀 架 202铰接, 另一个导向轮架 203与所述风刀架 202固定连接。 这样, 当导 向轮 204遇到表面不平整的墙面 5时,导向轮架 203会自动绕着第一销轴 206 旋转, 从而改变导向轮 204的位置, 使导向轮 204始终与墙面 5保持接触。 这里,通过第一销轴 206与所述风刀架 202铰接的导向轮架 203可以为安装 在风刀架 202上部的导向轮架,也可以为安装在风刀架 202下部的导向轮架。
对导向轮 204的结构没有特别的要求,其可以为本领域技术人员所公知 的轮子。所述导向轮 204的安装也为本领域技术人员所公知,在此不再赘述。 连接组件 300:
对连接组件 300的结构没有特别的要求, 只要能够将所述风刀组件 200 连接到所述洗墙车 1即可, 例如, 所述连接组件 300可以为将所述风刀组件 200连接到所述洗墙车 1的一组连杆。 为了方便对风刀组件 200进行控制, 优选地,所述连接组件 300包括回转轴 301、摆杆 302、摆臂 303和支座 304, 其中, 所述回转轴 301竖直安装在所述洗墙车 1上; 所述摆杆 302的近端安 装在所述回转轴 301上,所述摆杆 302的远端通过第二销轴 305与所述摆臂 303的近端铰接, 该第二销轴 305平行于所述回转轴 301 ; 所述摆臂 303的 远端通过第三销轴 306与所述支座 304的近端铰接, 该第三销轴 306平行于 所述第二销轴 305 ;所述支座 304的远端通过第四销轴 307与所述风刀架 202 铰接, 该第四销轴 307垂直于所述第二销轴 305。 如图 3所示, 所述回转轴 301通常竖直安装在所述洗墙车 1的侧面, 通过铰链固定在洗墙车 1的水箱 2上。
所述摆杆 302的近端可以通过本领域公知的各种适当的方式安装在所述 回转轴 301上, 例如所述摆杆 302的近端可以套装在所述回转轴 301上。 所 述支座 304为第三销轴 306和第四销轴 307的承载体,其作用在于将摆臂 303 与风刀架 202连接在一起, 使风刀架 202既能够围绕第三销轴 306旋转, 又 能够围绕第四销轴 307旋转。 这里, 第三销轴 306和第四销轴 307与前面所 述的第一销轴 206所起的作用类似, 即使导向轮 204在作业过程中始终与墙 面 5保持接触, 从而使风刀 201的出风口 205与墙面 5的距离保持恒定, 保 证吹风效果最佳。 当导向轮 204遇到表面不平整的墙面 5时, 风刀架 202会 自动绕着第三销轴 306或者第四销轴 307旋转,从而改变导向轮 204的位置, 使导向轮 204始终与墙面 5保持接触。 可见, 第一销轴 206、 第三销轴 306 和第四销轴 307共同起到了使导向轮 204始终与墙面 5保持接触的作用。
此外, 为了适应洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d不断发生变化的情况, 优选地, 所述连接组件 300还可以包括偏压件 308, 该偏压件 308设置在所 述摆杆 302和所述摆臂 303之间,用于将所述摆臂 303朝外偏压以远离所述 摆杆 302。 这样, 当本发明提供的洗墙车 1工作时, 驱动组件 400驱动回转 轴 301, 使回转轴 301旋转, 从而带动摆杆 302运动, 摆杆 302带动风刀组 件 200向外展开, 从而使风刀组件 200处于工作位置。 此时, 导向轮架 203 上的导向轮 204与墙面 5保持接触。 如图 2所示, 在各种因素的影响下, 洗 墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d不断发生变化, 当距离 d减小时, 所述风刀架 202推动摆臂 303围绕第二销轴 305旋转, 此时摆臂 303压縮所述摆杆 302 和所述摆臂 303之间的偏压件 308, 使摆臂 303与摆杆 302之间的夹角 A变 小; 当距离 d增大时, 偏压件 308将摆臂 303向外偏压, 以使导向轮架 203 上的导向轮 204在作业过程中与墙面 5保持接触。 所述偏压件 308可以为本领域公知的各种偏压件,只要能够将所述摆臂 303朝外偏压以远离所述摆杆 302即可。 为了能够方便地设置偏压件 308, 优选地, 所述偏压件 308为扭簧, 该扭簧套装在所述第二销轴 305上。 驱动组件 400:
所述驱动组件 400可以采用本领域公知的各种驱动机构,只要能够驱动 所述风刀组件 200在展开位置和縮回位置之间移动即可, 例如电机、 液压缸 或者摆动液压马达。 为了方便设置, 简化结构, 优选地, 所述驱动组件 400 包括液压缸 401和连杆 402,所述液压缸 401的缸体安装在所述洗墙车 1上, 所述液压缸 401的活塞杆通过所述连杆 402连接到所述回转轴 301以驱动所 述回转轴 301旋转。所述连杆 402与液压缸 401的活塞杆之间可以通过销轴 连接, 使得连杆 402能够枢转, 从而带动回转轴 301旋转。 如图 3所示, 所 述液压缸 401的缸体通常可以安装在所述洗墙车 1的操纵室 6的底座上。 控制单元 500:
为了保护墙面风干装置 4和墙面 5, 避免在洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距 离 d急剧变小或者墙面 5上有障碍物时造成墙面风干装置 4或者墙面 5的损 坏, 优选地, 所述墙面风干装置 4还包括控制单元 500, 该控制单元 500包 括接近开关 501和控制器 502,其中,所述接近开关 501安装在所述摆杆 302 的远端,用于在检测到所述摆臂 303时通知所述控制器 502以控制所述驱动 组件 400; 所述控制器 502用于在接收到来自所述接近开关 501的信号后控 制所述驱动组件 400动作, 使所述摆杆 302朝向所述洗墙车 1的方向縮回。
所述接近开关 501可以为机械式行程开关、 涡流式接近开关、 电容式接 近开关、 或者光电式接近开关。所述接近开关 501和控制器 502的内部结构 为本领域技术人员所公知, 在此不再赘述。 所述接近开关 501的安装位置根 据接近开关 501的种类以及摆臂 303的结构、 摆动范围等因素来确定。 在安 装接近开关 501时,首先确定一个摆臂 303与摆杆 302之间的夹角 A的极限 值, 该极限值可以根据具体情况确定, 只要能够及时地防止墙面 5与墙面风 干装置 4发生碰撞即可, 如该极限值可以为 5-15度。 当摆臂 303与摆杆 302 之间的夹角 A到达该极限值时,摆臂 303便将接近开关 501触发,使控制器 502控制所述驱动组件 400动作, 使所述摆杆 302朝向所述洗墙车 1的方向 縮回。
这样, 在工作时, 当洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d减小时, 所述风刀 架 202推动摆臂 303围绕第二销轴 305旋转,此时摆臂 303压縮所述摆杆 302 和所述摆臂 303之间的偏压件 308, 使摆臂 303与摆杆 302之间的夹角 A变 小, 当距离 d继续变小至所述夹角 A到达极限值时,摆臂 303触发接近开关 501 , 此时接近开关 501检测到了摆臂 303, 并通知所述控制器 502, 然后控 制器 502控制所述液压缸 401动作,所述液压缸 401通过所述连杆 402旋转 所述回转轴 301, 从而驱动所述风刀组件 200縮回到所述洗墙车 1的侧面。 可见, 所述控制单元 500可以在异常情况下将墙面风干装置 4收回, 从而避 免了墙面风干装置 4与墙面 5发生干涉。 供风组件 100:

对所述供风组件 100的结构没有特别的要求,例如所述供风组件 100可 以包括空气压縮机或者风机。 为了节约能耗, 优选地, 所述供风组件 100包 括风机 101和风管 102, 其中, 所述风机 101安装在所述洗墙车 1上; 所述 风管 102连接所述风机 101和所述风刀 201, 将所述风机 101产生的风提供 给所述风刀 201。 如图 3所示, 所述风机 101通常安装在所述洗墙车 1的底 盘 7上。
更具体地, 所述风管 102还可以包括第一风管 103、 第二风管 104和软 管 105, 其中, 所述第一风管 103水平设置在所述洗墙车 1的下方并与所述 风机 101连接; 所述第二风管 104倾斜连接在所述摆杆 302的远端和所述回 转轴 301的下端, 并与所述第一风管 103连通; 所述软管 105的一端与所述 第二风管 104连通, 另一端与所述风刀 201连通。 这里, 倾斜连接在所述摆 杆 302的远端和所述回转轴 301的下端的第二风管 104还可以起到加强筋的 作用, 从而增加墙面风干装置 4的稳固性。 这里, 所述第一风管 103从所述 风机 101水平延伸出来, 从而设置在所述洗墙车 1的下方。

所述软管 105的一端与所述第二风管 104的连通可以通过本领域公知的 各种方式实现, 例如可以直接使软管 105与所述第二风管 104连接, 从而实 现软管 105与第二风管 104的连通。 此外, 为了方便软管 105的安装, 根据 本发明的一种优选实施方式, 所述摆杆 302为中空的, 所述软管 105和所述 第二风管 104通过该中空的摆杆 302连通。即,所述软管 105与所述摆杆 302 连接, 从而使软管 105与摆杆 302连通, 而第二风管 104与摆杆 302是连通 的, 所以软管 105与第二风管 104也是连通的。 所述软管 105可以是一根, 也可以是两根, 所述软管 105的一端与所述第二风管 104连通, 而另一端则 与所述风刀 201的端部连通。

下面结合附图描述本发明具体实施方式提供的洗墙车的工作。 如图 1至图 5所示, 墙面风干装置 4安装在水箱 2和洗刷 3的后方。 本 发明提供的洗墙车 1在工作时, 首先通过水箱 2来向洗刷 3供水, 通过洗刷 3对墙面 5进行清洗, 然后再通过墙面风干装置 4风干墙面 5上的水。 墙面 风干装置 4在工作时, 液压缸 401通过连杆 402驱动回转轴 301旋转, 回转 轴 301通过摆杆 302、 摆臂 303和支座 304带动风刀组件 200旋转到展开位 置, 在该展开位置, 沿洗墙车 1前进方向向下倾斜风刀 201 ; 风机 101产生 高速气流, 沿箭头 B所示的方向, 通过第一风管 103、 第二风管 104、 摆杆 302和软管 105向风刀 201供风, 风刀 201将墙面 5上残留的水向斜下方吹 落; 风刀组件 200在工作时, 导向轮架 203上的导向轮 204始终与墙面 5保 持接触, 当导向轮 204遇到表面不平整的墙面 5时, 导向轮架 203会自动绕 着第一销轴 206旋转,风刀架 202会自动绕着第三销轴 306或者第四销轴 307 旋转, 从而改变导向轮 204的位置, 使导向轮 204始终与墙面 5保持接触; 在各种因素的影响下, 洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d不断发生变化, 当距 离 d减小时, 所述风刀架 202推动摆臂 303围绕第二销轴 305旋转, 此时摆 臂 303压縮所述摆杆 302和所述摆臂 303之间的偏压件 308, 使摆臂 303与 摆杆 302之间的夹角 A变小; 当距离 d增大时,偏压件 308将摆臂 303向外 偏压, 以使导向轮架 203上的导向轮 204在作业过程中与墙面 5保持接触; 在洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d急剧变小或者墙面 5上有障碍物时,距离 d可能会继续变小至所述夹角 A到达极限值, 此时, 摆臂 303触发接近开关 501 , 接近开关 501检测到了摆臂 303, 并通知所述控制器 502, 然后控制器 502控制所述液压缸 401动作, 所述液压缸 401通过所述连杆 402旋转所述 回转轴 301, 从而驱动所述风刀组件 200縮回到所述洗墙车 1的侧面。
由于本发明提供的洗墙车 1上安装有墙面风干装置 4, 所以在洗墙车 1 利用洗涤液和清水对墙面 5进行清洗作业后, 可以通过墙面风干装置 4来对 墙面 5进行风干, 从而不会在墙面 5上留下水珠, 也就不会因路面的扬尘而 在清洗后的墙面 5上留下流痕, 从而提高墙面 5的清洁度。 而且, 本发明提 供的洗墙车 1可以通过第一销轴 206、 第三销轴 306和第四销轴 307而使导 向轮 204始终与墙面 5保持接触, 从而适应表面不平整的墙面。 另外, 本发 明还可以通过第二销轴 305和偏压件 308来自动调节离墙距离 d, 从而适应 距离 d不断发生变化的情况。 再者, 所述控制单元 500能够保护墙面风干装 置 4和墙面 5, 避免在洗墙车 1与墙面 5之间的距离 d急剧变小或者墙面 5 上有障碍物时造成墙面风干装置 4或者墙面 5的损坏。 因此, 本发明提供的 洗墙车 1无需人工调节, 自动化程度较高, 从而降低了操作者的劳动强度。
本发明提供的洗墙车 1适用于墙面的清洗和风干作业,尤其适用于高速 公路隧道、 城市过江隧道和穿湖底隧道的墙面清洗和风干作业。
需要说明的是, 在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征, 可 以通过任何合适的方式进行任意组合, 其同样落入本发明所公开的范围之 内。 另外, 本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合, 只要其 不违背本发明的思想, 其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式, 但是, 本发明并不限 于上述实施方式中的具体细节, 在本发明的技术构思范围内, 可以对本发明 的技术方案进行多种简单变型, 这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。 例 如, 根据需要, 墙面风干装置 4可以单独设置在洗墙车 1的一侧, 也可以设 置在左右两侧。 连接风刀 201和风机 101的管道, 根据具体需要, 可以部分 地、 甚至是全部地采用软管结构。 为了驱动摆杆 302相对于洗墙车 1转动, 可以通过驱动回转轴 301转动的方式来实现,但根据需要也可以通过直接驱 动摆杆 302转动的方式来实现。对于大量的类似的简单变形,在此不再赘述, 但应当理解,根据本发明的思想作出的这些简单变形同样落入本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种洗墙车,其特征在于,该洗墙车(1 )上安装有墙面风干装置(4), 该墙面风干装置(4)包括供风组件(100)、风刀组件(200)和连接组件(300): 所述供风组件 (100) 用于向所述风刀组件 (200) 供风;
所述风刀组件(200)用于将从所述供风组件(100)接收的风吹向墙面 (5 ) 以风干墙面 (5 );
所述连接组件(300)用于将所述风刀组件(200)连接到所述洗墙车( 1 )。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于,所述墙面风干装置(4) 还包括驱动组件 (400), 该驱动组件 (400) 用于通过所述连接组件 (300) 驱动所述风刀组件 (200) 在展开位置和縮回位置之间移动, 其中在所述展 开位置, 所述风刀组件(200) 向外展开以风干墙面 (5 ), 在所述縮回位置, 所述风刀组件 (200) 縮回到所述洗墙车 (1 ) 的侧面。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述风刀组件 (200) 包括:
长条形的风刀 (201 );
长条形的风刀架(202), 所述风刀(201 )安装在所述风刀架(202)上; 和
两个导向轮架(203 ), 该两个导向轮架(203 )分别横跨所述风刀(201 ) 并安装在所述风刀架 (202) 的上部和下部, 每个所述导向轮架 (203 ) 的跨 过所述风刀 (201 ) 的两端分别安装有适于接触墙面 (5 ) 的导向轮 (204)。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述风刀 (201 )包括 筒状主体 (208)、 沿所述筒状主体 (208) 的纵向方向设置在所述筒状主体 (208)上的出风口(205)以及设置在所述筒状主体(208)上的进风口(209), 所述出风口 (205) 为一条连续的缝隙。
5、根据权利要求 3所述的洗墙车,其特征在于,所述两个导向轮架 (203) 中的至少一个导向轮架(203)通过竖直设置的第一销轴(206) 与所述风刀 架 (202) 铰接。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的洗墙车,其特征在于,所述两个导向轮架 (203) 中的一个导向轮架 (203) 通过所述第一销轴 (206) 与所述风刀架 (202) 铰接, 另一个导向轮架 (203) 与所述风刀架 (202) 固定连接。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述风刀 (201)通过 多个卡环 (207) 安装到所述风刀架 (202) 上, 该多个卡环 (207) 沿所述 风刀架 (202) 的纵向间隔设置。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件 (300) 包括回转轴 (301)、 摆杆 (302)、 摆臂 (303) 和支座 (304), 其中:
所述回转轴 (301) 竖直安装在所述洗墙车 (1) 上;
所述摆杆 (302) 的近端安装在所述回转轴 (301) 上, 所述摆杆 (302) 的远端通过第二销轴(305 )与所述摆臂(303 )的近端铰接,该第二销轴(305 ) 平行于所述回转轴 (301);
所述摆臂 (303) 的远端通过第三销轴 (306) 与所述支座 (304) 的近 端铰接, 该第三销轴 (306) 平行于所述第二销轴 (305);
所述支座 (304) 的远端通过第四销轴 (307) 与所述风刀架 (202) 铰 接, 该第四销轴 (307) 垂直于所述第二销轴 (305)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件 (300) 还包括偏压件(308), 该偏压件(308) 设置在所述摆杆 (302) 和所述摆臂 (303) 之间, 用于将所述摆臂 (303) 朝外偏压以远离所述摆杆 (302)。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述偏压件 (308) 为扭簧, 该扭簧套装在所述第二销轴 (305) 上。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述驱动组件(400) 包括液压缸(401) 和连杆 (402), 所述液压缸(401) 的缸体安装在所述洗 墙车 (1) 上, 所述液压缸 (401) 的活塞杆通过所述连杆 (402) 连接到所 述回转轴 (301) 以驱动所述回转轴 (301) 旋转。
12、根据权利要求 8所述的洗墙车,其特征在于,所述墙面风干装置(4) 还包括控制单元 (500), 该控制单元 (500)包括接近开关 (501) 和控制器 (502), 其中:
所述接近开关 (501) 安装在所述摆杆 (302) 的远端, 用于在检测到所 述摆臂 (303) 时通知所述控制器 (502) 以控制所述驱动组件 (400);
所述控制器(502)用于在接收到来自所述接近开关(501) 的信号后控 制所述驱动组件 (400) 动作, 使所述摆杆 (302) 朝向所述洗墙车 (1) 的 方向縮回。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述供风组件(100) 包括风机 (101) 和风管 (102), 其中:
所述风机 (101) 安装在所述洗墙车 (1) 上; 所述风管 (102) 连接所述风机(101) 和所述风刀 (201), 将所述风机 (101) 产生的风提供给所述风刀 (201)。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述风管(102)包 括第一风管 (103)、 第二风管 (104) 和软管 (105), 其中:
所述第一风管(103)水平设置在所述洗墙车(1) 的下方并与所述风机 (101) 连接;
所述第二风管(104)倾斜连接在所述摆杆(302) 的远端和所述回转轴 (301) 的下端, 并与所述第一风管 (103) 连通;
所述软管(105) 的一端与所述第二风管 (104) 连通, 另一端与所述风 刀 (201) 连通。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的洗墙车, 其特征在于, 所述摆杆 (302) 为 中空的, 所述软管 (105) 和所述第二风管 (104)通过该中空的摆杆 (302) 连通。
