会议发起者使用手机编辑短信, 短信内容为 "1 , 22226666, 22227777, 22228888" , 该短信第一个字段的内容为电话会议业务指令码, 表示发起电 话会议, 后面以逗号隔开的字段分别是参会者的电话号码。 会议发起者将 该短信发送给 100110001。
步骤 202~步骤 203 , 解析短信并发送电话会议短信;
短信平台接收到会议发起者的短信后, 解析短信接入码, 并确定短信 接入码后的短信电话会议的服务码是 0001 , 将该短信发送给短信电话会议 服务器。
步骤 204, 解析短信并验证有效性;
短信电话会议服务器接收到短信后, 解析短信内容, 包括电话会议业 务指令码、 各个参会者的电话号码以及短信发起者的电话号码, 并验证该 短信的有效性;
对短信有效性的验证, 可包含以下验证过程中的一种或者其组合: 验证过程 1 : 验证短信的发送者是否是电话会议子系统的合法用户, 即 验证发送短信的电话号码是否已在本系统中注册, 如果已经注册, 则是有 效短信。
验证过程 2: 验证短信的发送时间是否有效。 比较短信接收时间和短信 发送时间之间的时间差, 如果该时间差大于一定的阔值, 则认为距离用户 请求时间过长, 是一条无效的短信。
步骤 205 , 发起创建电话会议请求;
如果短信有效, 则短信电话会议服务器向电话会议子系统请求发起电 话会议。
又一种实施方式中, 如果短信无效, 则短信电话会议服务器可返回消 息给短信平台, 提示电话会议创建失败, 短信电话会议服务器不执行步骤 205的发起创建电话会议请求, 结束电话会议发起流程; 而短信平台可以将 该失败提示发给会议发起者。
步骤 206,电话会议子系统接收到短信电话会议服务器的创建电话会议 请求后, 创建电话会议, 并将各个参会者以及会议发起者的电话呼入到电 话会议中。
对应于上述方法, 本发明的电话会议实现装置的实施方式, 包括短信 综合业务系统, 用于接收短信, 解析接收到的短信并根据解析结果中包含 的电话会议创建参数来创建电话会议。
所述短信综合业务系统可以包括短信传输子系统、 短信业务服务器、 电话会议子系统三个实体, 如图 3 所示。 一种实施方式中, 短信综合业务 系统可以只包括短信业务服务器和电话会议子系统, 由短信业务服务器完 成短信传输子系统的功能; 其他实施方式中可以是釆用任意方式组合以这 些实体的功能。 电话会议实现装置各实体以及手持终端的功能说明如下:
1、 手持终端一一具有短信发送功能; 用户使用手持终端编辑、 发送短 信。
2、 短信传输子系统一一负责在短信的发送者和接收者之间传输短信。 在实际系统中, 它可以包含运营商的短信中心、 短信网关以及企业内部的 短信平台等, 它们组成一个完整的短信传输子系统, 负责短信的传输。 在 本发明中, 短信传输子系统将手持终端发送的短信发送到短信业务服务器 上。
3、 短信业务服务器——从短信传输子系统接收到用户的电话会议短 信, 并解析短信, 并根据解析结果中包含的电话会议创建参数发起创建电 话会议请求, 向电话会议子系统发起请求; 一种实施方式中在发起请求之 前, 短信业务服务器还验证短信的有效性, 如果短信有效才发起请求, 验 证方法可以釆用前述电话会议实现方法实施方式中的具体方法, 此处不再 赘述。
4、 电话会议子系统——负责实际的电话会议的管理与控制, 实现电话 会议的召集以及参会者之间语音的混合与传输。 电话会议子系统对外提供 了一系列电话会议服务接口 (如创建电话会议、 添加会议成员、 关闭会议 等), 供外部实体调用, 在本发明中, 短信业务服务器通过这些接口与电话 会议子系统交互, 电话会议子系统接收到短信业务服务器发起的创建电话 会议请求后, 创建电话会议从而实现电话会议功能。 在本发明中, 电话会 议子系统可以是当前已经在实际使用的电话会议系统, 只需要它可以提供 要求的电话会议服务接口即可。
图 4为另一种装置的实施方式, 其中, 发送短信的手持终端为手机; 短信传输子系统釆用短信平台, 它是独立于具体业务的通用短信收发平台, 对外提供通用的短信接收、 发送服务接口, 其它业务通过该短信平台可以 发送、 接收短信。 短信业务服务器釆用短信电话会议服务器。 各实体功能 与方法实施方式中所述类似, 此处不再赘述。
至此为本发明实施方式结束, 可见, 与现有的电话会议技术相比, 在 本发明实施方式的整个过程中用户只需发出短信, 由短信综合业务系统来 完成电话会议的创建, 不需根据语音提示来逐个输入参会者的电话号码, 其操作简单, 适合用户随时随地召开电话会议。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不 能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单 推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种电话会议实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 短信综合业务系统接 收短信, 解析接收到的短信并根据解析结果中包含的电话会议创建参数来 创建电话会议。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述短信综合业务系统包 括短信业务服务器和电话会议子系统, 所述解析接收到的短信并根据解析 结果中包含的电话会议创建参数来创建电话会议这一步骤具体包括: 短信 业务服务器解析接收到的短信, 若解析结果中包含电话会议创建参数, 则 根据所述电话会议创建参数向电话会议子系统发起创建电话会议请求; 所 述电话会议子系统根据接收到的所述请求创建电话会议。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向电话会议子系统发 起创建电话会议请求这一步骤具体包括: 所述短信业务服务器验证所述接 收到的短信的有效性, 如果所述短信有效, 则向所述电话会议子系统发起 创建电话会议请求; 所述短信的有效性验证包括如下处理方式中的至少一 种:
处理方式一, 判断短信的发送方是否是所述电话会议子系统的合法用 户, 如果是合法用户, 则短信为有效短信;
处理方式二, 验证所述接收到的短信的接收时间和发送时间之间的差 值是否小于等于预设阔值, 如果小于等于预设阔值, 则短信为有效短信。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述短信综合业务系 统还包括短信传输子系统, 所述短信综合业务系统接收短信这一步骤具体 包括: 短信传输子系统接收短信, 确定短信接收方号码, 若短信接收方号 码包含短信电话会议的服务码, 则转发所述短信给所述短信业务服务器。
5、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电话会议 创建参数包括: 创建电话会议的业务指令码、 所有参会者的电话号码、 短 信发送者的电话号码。
6、 一种电话会议实现装置, 其特征在于, 包括短信综合业务系统, 用 于接收短信, 解析接收到的短信并根据解析结果中包含的电话会议创建参 数来创建电话会议。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电话会议实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述短信综 合业务系统具体包括: 短信业务服务器和电话会议子系统;
所述短信业务服务器, 用于接收短信, 解析接收到的短信并根据解析 结果中包含的电话会议创建参数发起创建电话会议请求;
所述电话会议子系统, 用于根据接收到的所述请求创建电话会议。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电话会议实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述短信业 务服务器还用于: 验证所述接收到的短信的有效性。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的电话会议实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述短 信综合业务系统还包括短信传输子系统, 用于接收短信, 解析短信接收方 的号码, 若解析结果中包含短信电话会议的服务码, 则转发所述短信给所 述短信业务服务器。
10、 如权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的电话会议实现装置, 其特征在于, 所述电话会议创建参数包括: 创建电话会议的业务指令码、 所有参会者的 电话号码、 短信发送者的电话号码。
